The location was great and amenities are decent. Proximity to Disney was great. The rooms need to be better maintained. They’re not thoroughly cleaned or maintained. No cleaning or basic replenishment of goods seems ridiculous for the nightly costs. The pool area is not maintained at all. No towels at all. It’s a mess daily.

Not sure why they call this a resort and you will pay high fees as a resort. There is absolutely nothing to do other than a regular pool. No restaurants and the cabana bar was closed 3 days of the 4 I spent there. No room cleaning and no extra laundry or coffee stuff unless u purchase then. Very disappointing. No spa and no things for kids to do. The rides for the park I saw that it was was Epcot only once a day. Bummer, not staying there again.

The property was conveniences and close to the parks but they only offer two shuttle times and only to two parks. I ended taking Uber each day. You have to pay a resort fee but no daily housekeeping and a fee if you like fresh towels (quite disappointing). I also received dirty towels… Gym was not good and property is not new (could really use a small facelift).

Nice property. The pool and hottub are great. We did not get a VIP upgrade or benefit but that is ok. My unit was older but overall clean.

Great location close Disney World with shopping & restaurants within a short driving distance. The front desk employees were always very pleasant & helpful. Great price for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Grounds are well maintained. Rooms could be in better shape, not too bad. We had dresser drawers that wouldn’t stay shut, our back patio slider wouldn’t lock, luckily we were on a higher level & they’re all enclosed. Pool needs towel & my key almost never worked at the pool gate.

This property is located so close to the Disney parks, Disney Springs and great restaurants and shopping. It is a great value for the size of the rooms. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed here twice now and have been very happy each time. The pool is so nice and quiet, hot tub is great, rooms are very clean. Tiki bar by the pool was closed Mon. and Tues.

The amenities were nice. The pool was great. We had booked a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom superior unit pool facing. The front door we had to push and use our hip to open it and close as it was not installed properly and falling off the hinges. One bathroom had leaked water all over the floor with mold in the toilet, it took 2 days for someone to fix the toilet (and not even clean up the water when they left) and they did a quick fix to the door (maintenance came at 8:30-9pm) so our baby and toddler could not sleep and the door still left a large gap along the hinges side. The hotel should not have put us in this room when they knew these conditions, the door looked to have been tried to be fixed previously but not to a basic standard. We hoped for a vacation with no stress or issues and disappointed it resulted in numerous maintenance visits.

It was an amazing place, I love how beautiful the interior was decorated, it’s a nice family oriented place to stay. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Only flaw was that the tiki bar was close most of my days there and when it finally opens it was for only a few hours (more like 3 hrs only )

Clean room, pool, hot tub and everything, every safe neighborhood with guards. Easy access for parking that’s just in front of the building/room.

Property is excellent, comfortable and very nice upgrade. Just the elevator need to be upgraded because are in very poor conditions… also the car to carry the luggage’s is totally Brocken and almost inexistent due to there is only one and the light we arrived there was not one around the building.

We were given a unit that was really worn out, curtains hanging off, scruffy carpets, marks all over the walls. We went back to reception who said if we wanted a better unit we had to pay a further $25 a night ($150 in total). The unit was much better but still had a number of issues. Dirty carpets, TVs not working. Reported the TVs twice before they got fixed. Maintenance called at 8pm and wanted to clean the carpets. We refused because this meant that a blower would be running all night and considering we were charged more, it should have been cleaned before renting out. Lia on Reception was really helpful and agreed not to charge us the extra $150. However on checkout, the final bill showed that they had actually charged me twice. A total of $300! They have since refunded but I have incurred 2 lots of exchange fees by my bank. Not a good experience. This used to be a lovely friendly resort but the new management company have made it unfriendly and uncaring

I really enjoyed this property compared to staying in a hotel. The apartment vibe with good space, washer & dryer and the covered balcony was a plus. Having the nice big pool accessible if you just wanted to just take a day of relaxation. This property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. Also, this property is close to everything, shopping, dining, and attractions. I would recommend and I would definitely return.

We found cockroaches in the sofa

Upon entering room, smelled strong mold/ musty odor. They did offer to change our room to the 5th floor or bring in air purifier . We opted for the air purifier, which they only let us use for a few hours & they came & took it. The smell was gone for a couple of day but then came back. I noticed the master bathroom floor was very dirty & had multiple spots of blood, which they just spot cleaned instead cleaning the whole floor. Also all laundry got switches and baseboards were very dusty/grimly. One night at 10 pm guests were fighting very loudly for hours, called office to let them know & no one answered. Air conditioner was not working properly & had nasty water coming out of it. Shower in second bathroom was stopped up. Also worst part of all, we went to use the pool & it was closed for 4 days of our stay because they said they were doing landscaping. Once the pool was opened it was very cloudy water and had a lot of debris floating in it. I asked if they could skim the pool , but no one ever did. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was in 2020 and we had no complaints, that’s why I booked with them a second time. But I after this trip, we will never stay there again!!!!!

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were large and clean. Perfect for a large group or family

The condo had different bugs throughout the living areas. There was mold in the bathroom and broken doors. The whole condo needs a renovation.

The hotel was very clean. No dust, no mold in bathroom, kitchen clean. The beds are nice but a little hard. we are used to a pillow top mattress so that just may be us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Room 7402 was dirty needed upgrade compared to my last stay in February I was very disappointed with the condition of the rooms Bathrooms were not clean kitchen sink was dirty and rusty

The room smelled moldy and like urine. The carpet and furniture were really dirty,also the elevator kept struggling when it was going down to the last floor which was really fun.... Also the property as a whole inside needs to be updated. Our refrigerator was dirty as well it wasn't worth the money to stay there. I usually stay at Floridays resort and I thought I would give another place a try and it was very disappointing.

We stayed in building 4 and neither myself nor my colleague slept well. Very very noisy but not from other guests, rather the traffic noise. My room was at the back of the apartment and I could hear the travel from the front side

The beds were uncomfortable, but after a long day one just wants to sleep. The sofa was better compared to the bed. The internet was terrible, nothing connected.

Pretty decent resort. The three bedroom was really spacious. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking there. They had one pool but it was nicely sized. Overall the stay was pretty good, but it felt pretty sleepy though compared to the other resorts I've stayed. No restaurants or entertainment but for the price it was ok.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had - would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Orlando. The first night we arrived, we had an unit that was newly renovated, however the whole unit reeked of paint when we walked in. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower and there was no hot water for showering. The blinds in the bedrooms were also transparent and inadequate for blocking out the lights hanging right by the window on outside of building. We then were switched to another unit for the remainder of our stay. This unit was older and furniture was outdated. Water pressure was still suboptimal. We found 3 dead and 1 alive mini cockroaches in our second unit. The master bedroom sink did not drain water. Our sheets were old and had holes in them. Overall, would definitely not recommend this property.

The suites are so large and comfortable! I love that there was a screened patio with a view of the lake. So close to Disneyworld!

Spacious living area and bedrooms. The room was clean and we liked that there was a full size fridge, stove and microwave. The beds could be upgraded as they are hard and very uncomfortable. Two of the three bedrooms did not have ceiling fans. The pool area was nice but hard to relax as there was construction going on for upgrades.

very large rooms/condo units. full kitchen, bathrooms, quite decent internet, great service. door locks need an upgrade--they don't look so great and ours had to be repaired. unit was a bit dated (early 2000s/1990s kind of feel) manifested mainly in confusing light switches, older kitchen appliances (which worked fine), and the tv in the living room was kind of small for the room. overall the unit was really spacious, had beautiful view of the pool (which is really nice), and decent furniture. the place is really close to disney and 5 to 10 minutes to good dining/shopping by car. the price is EXCELLENT.

Terrible. Unit was very noisy from being located very near to a highway. Parking lot bright lights shine right into the bedrooms so you are unable to sleep. The window treatment is very thin and doesn't block lighting. Some of the things in the unit did not work properly. Wild animals around the property and there is feces in the stairway that is used to get up and down to the unit. Garbage was left outside the units and the animals would tear the bags and junk all over the place. Not good for the price that was charged.

Rooms were large and spacious (we had a 3 bed/3 bath apartment), and the kitchen was great. Beds weren't the most comfortable, some too soft, others too hard. We didn't utilise the hotel amenities as we were there for the theme parks and didn't spend much time in the hotel.

This was hands down the best stay at a hotel I've ever had. The room was exactly what I was expecting. It was clean, and the kitchen in my room was stocked. That is not why this hotel earns a 5/5 though. The radiator in the jeep we drove down blew about a half mile from the hotel. Through some very selective driving to prevent over heating, we managed to get it back to the hotel. But here we were, a day into our trip, hundreds of miles from our home in new york with a vehicle that had a blown radiator. The car was not a rental. It was a personal vehicle. We were lucky that we had two mechanics with us who were able to acquire a new radiator and fix it. When the resort maintenance people found us working on the jeep, they could have gotten upset. They could have told us we weren't allowed to do that there. They could have yelled at us for making a mess. (we did) but they didn't do any of that. They asked what was going on, and they loaned us tools that we didn't have to help us fix the problem saving us both the time and the trouble of buying those tools. When the front desk found out about our issue, they gave us coupons that saved us money at several restaurants. The outstanding empathy in the face of what could have turned our vacation into a nightmare is what earned them this review. 10/10 would go back again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our two bedroom apartment was perfect; clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the 24 hour fitness center as well as the free tea and coffee in the lobby. The only issue we had was that the keys kept stopping to work, but the front desk staff was able to assist quickly every time. I would recommend this place.

We booked the hotel through hotels.com and when we got to the property they didn’t have the reservation. The hotel staff seemed clueless as to help us. We waisted over an hour trying to resolve the issue. The front desk agent never heard of hotels: com Horrible!

The staff was very good and Luis the guard was excellent. I locked my keys in my car and he went above and beyond to make sure that AAA was able to find me to unlock my car

This is my third time staying with my family and honestly after this stay we won’t be visiting again for many different reasons. It’s 11am I called the building three times no answer. Requested a supervisor twice to speak with and got the same person from the desk.

Our stay was great. Everyone was helpful and quick to respond when we needed something

We like that the property is located next to preserved land, so you feel like you are not in the city.

This is our third time staying here. We absolutely love it. It's a great location. Close, but not too close. 6 minutes to Disney Springs. We'll be back next year!

We have been staying at this resort since 2022. It's a nice quiet area, close to shopping, restaurants and the Disney parks.

Love everything about this hotel. It's within 5 to 15 minutes near attractions like Disney World, shopping, and restaurants yet the facility is separate from all and very quiet. I will definitely return when I have an opportunity.

I loved the fact that there was a full on kitchen here. You can go to a supermarket and cook your own food. It is a little far away from things. If you don’t have a car, you must use an Uber to get anywhere.

Always love staying here with my family and friends for over 10 years now great location for Disney parks and easy to get groceries and dining options. Close to Vinland shopping as well.

The propery is really well located, close to all the Disney parks. It is tucked in, behind all the streets and the noise yet accessible. Pool is beautiful, big, and it was fun. Tiki bar worked on the weekend. Condo is nice and clean, well equipped with all the necessities. Service was excellent, they responded to a couple of our requests very quickly. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay.

If u like a quiet day by the pool away from a crowd, this was the place. Do not mean that in a bad way. Tiki bar closes early with very few people, but there is small store in lobby. Seems most people visit DW during the day so you don’t have to worry about getting a pool chair early. Will return😀

This is our 4th time at the property and it’s yet to disappoint. It’s everything you need for a family. It’s clean and in a great location. The suites are in need of a renovation but they’re clean. Pool and hot tub are great. Please bring back the continental breakfast! Parking is super easy too. Recaulk the bathrooms is needed. But overall , 8/10

Beautiful property, quiet and friendly resort staff. Huge pool and nice jacuzzi. Due to short staff the tiki bar by pool was closed majority of the time.

The place I stayed in was a little older but the price was good for the quality. The rooms were big and the tiki bar food was very good.

They provided complementary coffee, tea and cocoa for the kids. The concierge was very polite and courteous. Nice family spot near Disney and the theme parks.
