Great service. I have nothing bad to say about the personale. They where all nice. The hotel could benefit of a little TLC. The tiles in the pool was falling of and we kept stepping on them on the bottom of the pool. The bathroom could is also In need of some fixing up. The toilet buttons was broken so every time we flushed the toilet it kept running until we hid it hard so it would pop back out. The paint was peeling of the wall. And there where mole in the corners of the shower. The dustbin was broken. The safe box didn’t work. It’s a great location and a great hotel if only they fixed it up a little bit.

Hôtel récent situé dans un « centre commercial » petit et mal entretenu.. hôtel et chambre sans âme et sans décoration. Pas de bar ni d’espace détente, uniquement un restaurant avec peu de choix et service réduit. Piscine ferme à partir de début octobre. Parking pratique avec recharge incluse mais peu securisé. Ne mérite pas plus de 3 étoiles..

Hotel muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã. Academia razoável. Piscina muito boa. Toalhas de piscina. Quarto muito bom. Quarto vizinho barulhento. Infelizmente pessoas não polidas.Estação de trem muito perto. Se se hospedar aqui considere apenas duas possibilidades pra ir a Barcelona: trem ou automovel. Restaurantes e minimarkets muito perto também, tudo a pé. Parking por 12 euros a noite ou possibilidade de estacionar na rua de graça. Disponibilidade média de vagas na rua. No geral, um ótimo hotel.

20 minutes train ride to Plaza Catalunya. Information about the trains operating hours should be informed. The train ticket kiosks is inside the bar that are open only at limited time. Rooftop pool can be better. IDK if the water were changed or the pool were maintained and cleaned. It seems like a stagnant water. Cleaning the glass fence can be improved it is too much thick dust around it.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very big and breakfast was nice, however it is rather dated now, the village foesnt have much to offer at all, checkin is 4pm which is alot later than most hotels at 2pm, we arrived midday so had to kill alot of time before we could get into the room and the hotel doesnt offer lunch so it wasnt a pleasant wait. The hotel is in a one way system and there are signs on the road saying it is striaght on when you need to turn right. The car park is if you are facing the fron of the hotel go right down that road and its your 1st left I think after you pass a square with shops. Down there on the left is a car park enter and drive all the way to the bottom. Just some useful advise as we were driving around for 10-15 mins trying to figure it out and eventually had to go into the hotel to ask where the car park was

Rooftop terrace was closed for winter - not specified at booking. Onsite bar did not open until 7.30pm so nowhere to go to relax. Coffee machine in room but no coffee - asked for some but did not get any. Lots of dirty stains on sofa. 2nd room stunk of cigarettes, house keeping did not attend so had to swap room for second night. Very noisy with youths outside late at night & in corridors.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was bland but clean could've had more pillows but were provided when requested. No tea / coffee making facilities which for a 4 star I thought would be standard. The ladder into the pool was broken and wobbled when in use not safe really. Breakfast nice selection but eggs were cold on most days. The local metro station was closed for remodelling which was not known at time of booking shuttle bus provided for free to the next main Red Line Metro.

Bra plassering for oss. Rett ved motorvei men langt nok unna til at man ikke hører støy. Flere koslige spisesteder rundt hotellet. Enkel parkering i kjeller. Masse ledige plasser. Lett og kommunisere med oersonalet på engelsk. God frokost mye utvalg. Fint basseng på toppen. Rolig og fin utsikt.

Near the train station. The R3 line trains are a bit delayed, but it’s okay. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is great. The staff is very kind and accommodating for everything needed. The room is tidy and clean. An affordable hotel in a quiet area.

Don’t stay here! If you care about your rest just put 40-50 more Euros and book a better place. Stayed here 2 nights didn’t had any sleep at all. Walls are like made out of paper. You hear everything, last night me & my wife were hearing people having s*x upstairs. All the conversations on the corridor , people closing their doors. As I said if you want to sleep find a better place. I woke up at 8 am both days due to the noise on corridors. Next up the cleanliness of the room. My wife found black long hair inside of the shower walls + next to the sink. Toilet bowl runs dirty even you don’t flush, stinks. Bedding was dirty, there are broken marks on the walls & furniture. So The list keeps going.

Im Hauptflur wurde 7 Tage der Müll ( ein bisschen Pspier, Verpackung und Ohrentaps nicht weggeräumt bzw. gefegt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und am besten waren die Abgestellten immer höflich und hilfsbereit.

My stay was great. There is only one comment, you have a gentlemen that worked the front desk and he was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question he knew nothing, asked for an ironing board, was told there was none. The other matter is that some of your bedding is stained and should not be used.

Zimmer sehr groß (3 Bettzimmer). Leider hat die Whirlwanne nicht funktioniert, trotz Vollbad. Sanitäreinrichtitung generell unsauber verarbeitet. Rezeption sehr nett.

In general the hotel was ok, however the AC was not working properly even that my family and I mentioned that we were not feeling on the AC, due the amount of people going to ask questions to the front desk we thought it was necessary more staff, we had a situation at night with the sink in our bathroom they didn’t have after hour technicians, service in general could be much better. The lady at the cafe / restaurant was super nice she was over the expectations. I huge thanks to her.

The room was a good size and clean. The bed had wheels which moved which was strange. The bathroom was good with extras like tooth brush etc. We were given a room with disabled toilet facilities which we did not require but it was still good. There are no tea making facilities which we are used to the the UK. There was a restaurant on site which was open at certain times but we did not use it. Travelling from Barcelona you take the R3 train to Montcada Ripollet (be careful as all trains do not stop there) which is very close to hotel. This take around 30 mins. We would not have liked to arrive when it was dark as you walked over derelict area to get there. Also surrounding the hotel was more like small industrial units, There were no cafes etc beside the hotel that we could see, maybe across the railway line there were some.

This review is somewhat complex to make as this was a last minute booking, I didn't stay for many days and didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the hotel but here is my general review of the things I did experience. The staff is lovely and always ready to help, from calling taxis to suggesting delivery apps, and the reception was manned 24h a day which is always a plus. The hotel is located just in the outskirts of Barcelona in a quiet area but it is very easy to get to Barcelona centre; there's a train station just a 3min walk away from the hotel that takes you to Barcelona centre in just 22min. Now, an area to improve would definitely be surrounding appliances. Some appliances in our room were in need of replacement as they were quite old or simply not working; The light shade between the beds, for instance, was rusty, whilst some light bulbs needed replacement and the phone did not work. Overall, it was good value (especially since we booked it very last minute) and the faults did not bother us too much.

Tuve que pasar la noche del 22 noviembre en Moncada por trabajo, estábamos cansados, la habitación muy reconfortable, zona tranquila. Tuve la suerte de poder hablar con Nazaret, la recepcionista. Ella siempre muy amable, una gran sonrisa y dispuesta a resolver atentamente todas nuestras dudas sobre la zona y cómo poder organizarnos con el horario de los trenes y demás. Solo pudimos estar una noche, pero me quedo con el trato recibido por Nazaret.

Breakfast really nice with lots of choice however, the restaurant food not the best for our limited taste but that was more a matter of what we like than what they offer. Only negatives was the area - fireworks at night for no apparent reason in neighborhood and it is 12 euros per night to use the car park under the hotel. Perfect location for F1. We hired a car, but the train is very convenient to get to the track according to other people we met.

This is not my idea of a 4 star hotel, but the staff was excellent. This hotel is in an awful area and you need a car to get anywhere - there is no food in walking distance besides a few coffee shops and a mall that was closed the entire time. It was very unsafe and dirty. felt like we were in the ghetto. would not reccomend

Safe and quiet property. Shopping mall nearby and public transport and taxi easily available right outside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety and food options and fresh fruits and fresh baked croissants and pastries. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the room was very old and had tear in the cushion. When you sit on the couch bum would sunk in and was very comfortable to sit on it.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very big and breakfast was nice, however it is rather dated now, the village foesnt have much to offer at all, checkin is 4pm which is alot later than most hotels at 2pm, we arrived midday so had to kill alot of time before we could get into the room and the hotel doesnt offer lunch so it wasnt a pleasant wait. The hotel is in a one way system and there are signs on the road saying it is striaght on when you need to turn right. The car park is if you are facing the fron of the hotel go right down that road and its your 1st left I think after you pass a square with shops. Down there on the left is a car park enter and drive all the way to the bottom. Just some useful advise as we were driving around for 10-15 mins trying to figure it out and eventually had to go into the hotel to ask where the car park was

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. The in-room safe did not work, and despite calling reception multiple times, no one ever came to fix it. This lack of follow-up was frustrating and unprofessional. Hygiene throughout the hotel was unacceptable. The glasses, plates, and cutlery were consistently dirty, and we didn’t see a single clean table in the dining area during our stay.
