The service was truly the best I've ever experienced. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the poolside attendants—was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They anticipated my needs without me having to ask, which made for a completely seamless and relaxing trip. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful. My room was immaculate, with a stunning view and a wonderfully comfortable bed. What stood out most, however, was the cleanliness. The property is impeccably maintained, and the pristine condition of everything from the common areas to the guest rooms truly reflects the high standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The food was a highlight of my stay. I had the pleasure of dining at several of the resort's restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were incredible, and the presentation was a work of art. The dining options offer something for every palate, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Finally, the gym and pools were absolutely fantastic. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, allowing for a great workout. The pools, in particular, were a paradise. Stayed for the President’s Day weekend and it was amazing! Hotel staff has top notch service & cleanliness. Go see concierge Sydney S. for reservations on & off property and recommendations. She’s the best! Hotel puts on a great fireworks show right in front of the pool area. Definitely would recommend this location!

Stayed for a big birthday celebration and anniversary. The resort is stunnng. The room was beautiful and the service exceptional. Loved everything about our stay. The staff go above and beyond and even surprised me with a birthday cake! My son enjoyed a round of golf which he said was the best course ever! while my daughter and I enjoyed the lazy river. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s a very expensive hotel so if you’re on a budget I would avoid. In the coffee shop on site they were asking $18 for a cup of fruit. 😱 I think the hotel for a 5 star is too big. You wait on busy nights too long in the bar / around the pool to even get served etc but overall the facilities are class and all the staff are too. There was only one time around the pool where I asked if we could move an umbrella and the guy turned round and said yes and walked off….. Thanks for your help! The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful. Fireworks on a Saturday night are epic and out of this world! Overall great trip and great hotel and I would go back.

Service level around the pool was deplorable. Everyone was complaining . They include a 18% service charge… so there’s absolutely no incentive for these people to do a good job. Not what you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. Hotel had less than 50% occupancy and they put me in a third floor room looking straight into some palm trees. Absolutely no view. I know service in our country has nosedived, but you just don’t expect this from a Ritz Carlton. Very little attention to detail.

We love the Ritz Carlton one of the most beautiful and luxurious Hotels my wife and I stayed at and we have been to several countries and the Ritz is definitely in the top 3 the only thing I would change is the bed is rock hard which is important for a good night sleep so I would request a different mattress if available when I return but love the place!

The experience was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For our anniversary and celebration of our first baby, they left a thoughtful gift and upgraded the view of our room. The dining options were good and access to both pools was nice. Some constructive feedback: the bed was very hard and hurt our backs and made sleeping difficult. And the towels and robes were a bit scratchy. Outside of these things, everything was great and we had a nice time.

Absolutely stunning resort and property! I was upgraded to a club level suite upon arrival and it was one of the best hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in! What else would you expect from the Ritz? The service was on par to what you would expect! I can’t wait to book again. This will be the only place I stay while visiting Orlando!

Absolutely stunning experience at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their warm welcome and impeccable service. The property is beautifully landscaped, creating a serene oasis that feels a world away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando tourism. The only significant thing I noticed was a front office clerk that was rude to his co workers and to myself when I asked for change for staff gratuity. Princess couldn’t be bothered.

We did the sunrise Safari excursion and I would recommend this to anyone - young and old. Amazing trip around the property and we couldn’t have had a better guide then Adrian.
