Really enjoyed this property. Even though it was large, it didn’t feel overwhelming. Starbucks on site, plenty of pools, nice paths to each building. Very friendly staff. Ricardo at front desk and Spencer at concierge were very personable. Fitness centre and arcade were great. The location was so convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Even though our room wasn’t renovated yet (others have been) we were still very happy with the space. The only thing that I’d say was not “perfect” is that at the main pool - since there aren’t any lifeguards - one night (out of six) some groups got a little rowdy by throwing several balls in the pool taking up a lot of space and being overly loud - and many kids were cannonballing in the shallow end which can be dangerous. This didn’t ruin our fun though. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay! Recommend to anyone. So many beautiful amenities and the spa is great.

Biggest issue we had was no communication of check out. So we had to rush a family of 6 because it had past without our knowledge. 1 hot tub was down, another had no jets. Otherwise great spot to stay. Room service only comes if you ask

2 bed premium apt in building 1 great view over lake eve , furniture in lounge bit tired but bedrooms really nice would stay here again great location pool at building 1 is quiet during day as it is shaded but can be busy at night and is open till 11pm ask for a room up upper floor and room ending 01 or 13 as these 2 bed apt are bigger and better layout , have experienced both layouts at building 1 2 other pools 1 mainly adults and the main pool is huge

Only issues I had was the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, you had to fiddle with the handle. Then with the shower the water seemed very harsh and left my skin super dry on top of the actual shower head was spitting out the water weird. Hot tub was also very small for the amount of people at the resort.

Newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, very clean. Easy check in and check out. Amazing pools! Plenty of poolside seating, fun activity schedule, close to attractions/grocery store/restaurants. A great place to relax and enjoy some sun shine. On site gym, multiple hot tubs, water slides, indoor pool, pool side bars.

Beautiful grounds and well kept. Pools were nice, saunas were excellent and staff is top notch.

In a building where ground floor was unfinished. Pool access was denied for longer than necessary.

Perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen and washer/dryer made our week long stay so much easier for me. My 4 kids (ages 11-16) loved the pools and game room. There was daily activities that we all enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

The resort has a lot of amenities, but we were not notified of the major construction happening until just before the start of our trip (even though this is clearly a planned Reno and could have been communicated when we booked). As result, part of the kids pool area was closed as well as part of the larger pool. We also had issues at check in (the carpets were soaking wet) and called to ask for a fan or something but no one actually came. Called back in the morning and they said they would dispatch someone (?!). The area is amazing and the resort is likely beautiful when not undergoing major renovation.

The property is nice , convenient to shopping and food options . The rooms could use a really good cleaning. The floors needed to be mopped . Pool area very clean .

Wonderful stay! The room was very spacious and clean. The pools were clean and staff was very friendly.

The light fixtures, curtains, headboards and wall behind the headboard were visibly dusty. The bath tub had an extremely slow drain and standing water while we bathed/ showered.

The property is nothing close to what you see in pictures. Property is old, dusty, moldy and the carpet in the room have stains everywhere. They need to upgrade and clean this property asap.

Sadly we found a cockroach on the kitchen of our apartment. I spent the entire night going through all our clothing and luggages. The lady Sara that was at the front desk was good, and I spoke With a lady named Jess

I have family that stay at this location so I thought it would be a good place to stay. The floors were absolutely disgusting, animal hair, dirt, dust, nail clippings, hair, dead bugs, sticky gummy stuff all over. The counters and cupboards were just as gross. I called the front desk and a house keeping supervisor came to take pictures and send to her manager. They came back and used a spray bottle with a microfiber sweeper to "wash" the floors. The 2nd night, I opened the refrigerator and a cockroach came running out from under the fridge! Needless to say I won\'t stay here again.

First room was dirty. 2nd room was much better but clearly they don’t clean the floors because our feet were black after an hour of being in there. TVs barely work and only 1/3 at a time. Water pressure in the shower is absolutely terrible.

This resort definitely needs some updating. The area around the property needed som cleaning and some places even needed repair. The room had contemporary furniture but was not very clean and the showers had very low water pressure. Based on the cleanliness of the entire property and our suite, this was more of a 3-star property in my opinion.

Great stay - 2 bedrooms with kitchen was very spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had enough dishes + pans + etc that we could actually cook. Super-nice bathrooms and comfy, downy beds. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. My kid's favorite part was the arcade and they had a nice market for grab-and-go items. Would definitely stay again

The buildings look modern from the outside but some of the rooms have older decor. It appears as if they are in the oeocess of updating the interiors building by building. Currently working on buildings 2 and 5. But other than that, rooms very

You could hear the people upstairs loud and clear. Loud steps and moving stuff. People would be in the pool till late and where loud too.

Didn’t make it to breakfast. Didn’t know it was included. Big place..lots of walking. Size of room was great. Furniture need updating.

Nice accommodations close to Sea World. Loved the resort and amenities. Room and property was very nice. Did notice some guest noise from the hallway once in a while thru the walls.

Wifi connection is nearly unusable.

The room was large and spacious. Location was great. Beds were comfortable and the view was fabulous! I was able to walk the property after work and by the little lake.

We arrived early to our destination and able to check-in to our room right away. The room was beautiful room with a great view. The room was very spacious, comfortable separate bedrooms, plenty ceiling fans, and ac to keep to everyone cool. Kitchen was well equipped and helpful to be able cook my own food due food allergies. We will definitely stay again on future trips.

During the first day, we had issues with door key not working. Staff/security arrived within 5 min of both issues to let us into our room and they replaced the lock and we had no other issues.

Upon checking in it was quick but when sent to get our parking pass we were met by a woman attempting to get us to attend a “sale pitch” of some sort in exchange for free things. We politely declined multiple times and left. The next day we received a phone call at 8 am asking if we could attend the same sales pitch and we again declined and told them to take us off the list. Everyday following our hotel phone range multiple times asking us to attend this presentation. Pools were nice, wish they stayed open later. Also bars closed early. I wish they had more activities going on around the resort. Room we stayed in was very nice. Screened in porch was great. Resort is in a central location to parks. A lot of parking if your rent a car. BUT Be mindful of charges to your credit card on file, they allowed a fraudulent charge to be made to my room and did not make it easy to refund it. Simply because of the fraud and the obsessive annoying phone calls everyday I would not return. They need to have more security measures in place to prevent fraud and those types of things from occurring. Identification should be required to charge anything to a room.

Great customer service and the resort was beautiful

The property is nice and everything but the check in process was a problem for me. The young lady who checked me in was amazing but it was after the check in when i had to get my parking pass. She sent me to a different counter and a different person. I've stayed here before and knew they try to sell you time share when u get your parking pass. I declined all the offers and refused to give out my phone number to them because of the annoying spam calls. The guy was very rude when i refused and didnt want to give me my parking until i gave him my number. Eventually a manger came over n gave it to. I wish they wouldn't do this. Especially after a long drive there. All i wanted to do was just get in the room and get settled in.

Very accommodating. We had issues with a reoccurring clogged toilet the day we arrived and they moved us to a new room no problem. Great pool and environment.

The apartment itself was really very nice, but the service was poor — check in was a long wait, then I was told the apartment was not ready for another hour (despite me arriving at 5pm past the check in time promised), the check in agent was very poor and not very welcoming. He didn’t mention anything of importance, I had to ask a manager for a room as he was not helpful. There was no cleaning offered during the stay, they put me on a text list but the agent at check in didn’t tell me I would have to send messages to international number for help at $2.50 per message — such a poor system, it should instead be on a platform like WhatsApp not with text message. The apartment upon arrival had barely any soap, they had not refilled the containers — a small thing which was not acceptable for this price point. Overall, it was a 4/5 stay which came down to 2.5-3/5 after the staffing issues which made me feel like it was a budget chain hotel not a bespoke resort.

The room was nice. Unfortunately, the toilet seat had dried poop on it. The cleaning lady was extremely rude during checkout.

Upon check in, they said they did not have my reservation. Despite me receiving a welcome email. Tired kids waited an hour for check in. Room had ants and the master bedroom didn’t have working lights or outlets. Despite 4 calls no one ever brought the pack and play they said they had available for us. After a chaotic check out I was denied a refund or compensation for all the issues. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful area. Can hang out on property but is also very close to Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful and incredibly clean. The pools are amazing but do get crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair but that’s anywhere in Orlando we’ve stayed at. A Lyft to Disney was less than the cost to park ( Uber was more expensive each time).

The staff was very attentive. Location is great close to Disney and shopping. The pool was very nice. The rooms have been updated. The con was the water pressure was very low. It is a great place for family’s and I would recommend going there.

The property was well maintained. Renovations were being done at the time of my stay. But that did not get in the way of having a comfortable stay. Easy to request rideshare. I would recommend.

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday! The resort has all of the amenities that we needed and it’s super clean! All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. The pool is huge and the water temp was perfect. The resort is so close to most of the restaurants and night life on International drive! We will definitely book again.

Overall pleased with the resort! Maintenance on the exterior needs to be addressed but since Hilton just bought them out, I would imagine it will be. We asked for an updated condo and they obliged. We were happy to not be in the units by the large pool, that pool is party central! The indoor/outdoor pool was more our vibe. The restaurant in the clubhouse was wonderful. The pizza was amazing! The resort is centrally located near shopping, parks and restaurants.

We have stayed here a lot and love it! Our only complaint was how slow the service was. The bar areas are very under staffed and we had to wait so long for drinks.

Well, we've called for bell service to pick us up a couple times and no one ever showed so we walked anyway, the room is in rough shape as all the furniture is chipped, stained, dirty. We went to change rooms and the room they showed us was literally the same as far as the furniture goes. The shower floor in the master bathroom tiles are so uneven on the floor it hurts your feet to shower. The fire alarm in the front lobby has been in trouble status since we have arrived and it gives off a loud high pitched beep non stop that you can hear from the balcony which makes it unusable. I messaged about that and nothing was done. The construction noise above our room started yesterday (on my birthday) at 800 sounding like someone was hammering the floor above us. There is only one gluten free option here for food which is pizza that wasn't that great so we have to go out to get anything for my son to eat. The water pressure in the showers are terrible and the washing machine sounds like a cement mixer. All in all it's a pretty lousy experience here. Also most of the employees we've encountered look miserable or aren't very personable. We just came from Hikton grand vacation seaworld and it was a completely different experience.(much better) This property got bought by Hilton a few weeks ago and you can tell the employees aren’t happy about. I would Avoid until it’s completely turned over and renovated by Hilton.

There was only one employee working at the cafe by the pool, so there was a long line and food was coming out very slowly. Check in was confusing too because there were 2 check in locations on the property, one for the full time residents and another for hotel guests.The room was great though... very spacious and clean. Great bathtub and balcony.

The property was safely secured....the bars close a bit too early

Check in was quick and parking was easy. The rooms we had was a bit outdated but was good for our 2 night stay. The kids loved the pools and scenery was great. The dishwasher in one of our rooms had standing water so it was inconvenient but we made do. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the convenient walk to Benihana to grab dinner. Loved that the grounds had a guarded gate.

This property was very convenient for going to the Orlando theme parks. The bedding was comfortable and kitchen was fairly well stocked with kitchen tools. Clubhouse pizza and sandwiches were good and margaritas happy hour a great value. Pool restaurant was not great and value was terrible. Overall , the property was good and would definitely recommend.

This property was great. The 2 bedroom space was good for my family and young adult kids. The amenities such as the pool, the hot tub and the breakfast with starbucks coffee was welcomed. My family also enjoyed their arcade.
