Bathroom was not no clean and toilet seat loose, and shower water diverter was away from shower wall. This morning got in elevator and when it stopped at 1st floor and door would not open? I left my cell phone in room - I tripped alarm and used phone to call - the phone would ring, but when answered by front desk, got a busy signal. I pounded & pounded on the door, nobody came- finally a Lady I heard a Lady tell me was working to get me out? Simone was turning the elevator on and off, I punched button to move to a different floor, would not work? Finally the door had a crack, O put my fingers in the crack and forced the door open!

The property is being rehabed. Not finished. Boxes and building material in hallways. Will be nice someday. Room: light switch at entrance not working. bathtub rusty no guide on TV. Room was like an old Days Inn. My GPS couddn't find the side street to get to hotel. On the good side the breakfast was great and the main floor and breakfast area neat and clean. Suggest you wait until rehab done before staying.

The hotel lobby and halls are well organized and the room was large with plenty of space, clean and updated. The room smelled fresh and the cleaning staff came in daily to refresh the room. The breakfast was delicious and we felt it was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, even better than some Disney resorts. Rates were very reasonable through Expedia. Our only complaint was that the hot tub and pool were a bit dingy, my husband said the hot tub water smelled pretty badly.

Room was nice and very clean! Overall it was quiet at night and easy walking distance to great bbq place for dinner! Hot tub was a bit too cold for us but pool area was nice. Would definitely stay here again! Husband loved the pancakes for breakfast!

The parking was safe and easy which made for a great arrival. Our rooms were very clean and we all agreed that the beds were the best-so comfortable 😀 Good breakfast. The luggage trolleys were a bit difficult to maneuver, but overall it was great stay, and very convenient to our destination.

Nice stay. Clean, comfortable, nice hot and cold breakfast buffet. Bummer hot tub jets didn't work. Had some issues with a few TV channels. Told front desk who said they'd send someone to room, but no one ever came. Front desk staff on our first and last days were great. Tuesday through Friday staff at front desk didn't seem interested, although breakfast staff and housekeeping were outstanding.

We love to stay at The Holiday Inn Express. Employees are cordial and professional. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with friends & family and it was wonderful to return to a comfortable and clean room to spend the night. Thank you 😊

Every thing was fine till I when’t to take a shower. I turned the light on and saw a couple of cockroaches. I was able to kill one and took the evidence down to the front desk, she apologized but said since I booked with Expedia she could not give me a refund because Expedia uses their own credit info so she said to talk to Expedia. So I am looking for Expedia to contact me about a refund

We've been staying at this location during Daytona Bike Week for 3 years now, and have noticed a decline in the condition of the hotel. Stained carpets, walls deteriorated by water around the shower, window seals broken and dirty... It's in bed if a refresh. All that being said, it's clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is well stocked and hot, so you can definitely see that the employees are doing the best with what they've got

Our room smelled like mold and mildew, and I saw black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Sincerely hope they renovate soon. But if you’re desperate, it works for a quick stay. The only reason I’m giving the hotel 3 stars is because the service was great! Thank you staff for kindly checking us in (love the warm welcome cookies), and being so gracious during breakfast. Thank you!

Very Nice, Bed was comfortable. The carpet needed to be cleaned. Our socks got dirty from walking in the room. Otherwise staff was nice. Breakfast was good, and Keurig coffee machine in the room was good. I would definitely recommend staying there.

A little outdated! They claim to have one bedroom at least with a divider. Not the case. King size bed by the window and a small live seat and tv on the side of it. But pics show divider so it was not what I expected but no big deal.

Everything from cleanliness to staff was very average. A comfortable nights sleep was not possible because the air condition unit rumbled when it turned on and was very loud. When the unit was not on you could hear water dripping onto the unit from the other until from the next floor up. Cigarette smoke started coming in from the ceiling vent in the bathroom so we had to turn on the fan to try and keep the smoke out. The bathroom vent fan was extremely loud even with the door shut. Between the bathroom fan and the air condition unit we were awakened all night. We finally gave up trying to sleep and got up at 5 am. There was nothing bad about the staff. It was kinda like the service you get at a gas station or library in appearance and service. We have been to many holiday inns in the past 30 years and this was just very average. We did not eat there breakfast so we have no review on that.

Hotel was going under WiFi upgrades and we were not able to connect to cast mobile to the tv. Xavier and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and 24-7 coffee a plus…great perk!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire USA. Such a friendly and super CLEAN staff. The rep at front desk Alex was super friendly and polite. He made us feel as we came over to stay with family. His genuine kindness made the experience that much more memorable. The room service entire crew were kind and always friendly. The morning breakfast is outstanding. They make sure it’s always stocked up and it actually changes everyday. Beyond what you can imagine. And quality of food is better then diners.

Property was well kept and serviced was Awesome. We had a problem with the toilet and they were there within minutes trying to fix it. When they were unable to repair it we were in another room as quickly as I could exchange the keys. They were so understanding and accomodating. We will definitely go back if in the area again.

Straight trash. Lilian, the woman at front desk told me I couldn't check in when I flight got delayed and I got there at 3am in the morning. I had nowhere else to go and she didn't give a crap. She basically said I have to figure it out with Expedia but she's so sorry and walked away. Luckily the Hilton saved the day. At 3am they were willing to give me a room and not charge me extra for early check in. I'll never stay at holiday-trash inn again in my life. Flew in for a funeral and you literally didn't care.

Arrived from uk for my brothers funeral and while being met by other family in the lobby, we were shocked by the rude duty manager who told us to stop making noise and when told that her attitude was unwarranted, she then refused to check us in and gestured for us to queue to have the other member of staff check us in. Made to feel unwelcome. Breakfast food not great quality apart from cinnamon rolls. Tea/coffee available 24hr. Noisy room with poor soundproofing between rooms. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Other reception staff helpful but some staff in breakfast area miserable. Expensive room rates for a budget style hotel.

Staff members are friendly and competent. Room is nice, bathtub a little worn. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great with a good variety of items. Nice that it has a small outdoor pool. Location was 10 to 30 minutes away from whereever i wanted to go. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
