From the time we first pulled up to the entrance, to the time we got back into our car at the end of our stay, we felt well taken care off. Our room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly appointed. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. We made reservations for Cafe Zinc before checking out, and the experience and food were *chef's kiss*! We were there for a surprise trip we arranged for my mom's 70th birthday, and we are so glad we decided to go with the H. Valet was a lovely perk of staying as well, and all staff that we encountered were courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed concerned with making our stay pleasant their top priority. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel is beautiful! Room was spacious and very clean. the complementary hot chocolate and cookies at night were a nice surprise. Gym locker room was nice loved that they had lockers that locked with a pin pad. Was a perfect way to spend our anniversary

This was our 3rd stay at this H hotel. We received an unexpected upgrade that included the 4th floor lounge -which was exceptional! All of the staff from the GM, restaurant, front desk and housekeeping were kind, helpful and professional. An added bonus was the bike rental and the biking/walking trail outside of this hotel. The bikes were very well maintained and fun to ride. We intend to stay at this hotel again next Summer as well!

Loved the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Staff could do better on tidying up room during stay. A vacuum of the room common areas every few days would have been nice. Pool and hot tub need to be replaced as the water has stained the edges and vents making it look dirty. Overall, great option for lodging when visiting that area of Michigan.

Our room could have been cleaner! The bathroom, most importantly, was dirty. They didn't clean the sink from the last guest as there were facial hair all over the sink! Floor was dirty, etc. We went to say something to the front desk but they were too busy catering to guests checking in for a wedding....so we cleaned it ourselves. We enjoyed the amenities outside and around the hotel. The property grounds were well maintained. Not sure we'd stay again because of the dirty bathroom experience....

Pretty hotel. Lobby is well appointed. Rooms are nice. We had an accessible room. Was nice, but carpet had lots of stains. Pool and workout area are nice. Open 24/7 and only one other person in each area. I am sure it is beautiful during the summer and at the holidays. I would stay again. Wish there were a few more stores nearby to visit.

This hotel is amazing in every way. The staff is overly friendly. Need a microwave late at night, they are happy to hand-deliver it to your room. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. The mirror TVs are awesome! Great location.

The temperature in the room would not adjust. It was 78 degrees in room 233 and we could not get it lower. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Awesome hotel bar with friendly staff. Extremely clean and comfortable place to stay.

Check-in was a complete and utter mess between Expedia and the Hotel. No room was ready - ie there no rooms cleaned at 9 PM ~ the desk clerk said it was because Expedia takes reservations without considering the status of rooms. It took an hour to get the room ready … then there was some sort of problem with the ‘virtual payment method’ from Expedia … another 15 - 20 minutes. Have no idea what the malfunction in operations was but the experience was far less value than the $254 a night charged. Not sure if it’s an Expedia or Hotel issue but what Pain in the …

This hotel is nicer than any five Star chain I’ve stayed at. Beds extremely comfortable, no expense spared on the room. Food incredible. Only challenge we had was at Zinc cafe in the morning. We looked forward to breakfast after checking out and there were many tables open, we walked in the hostess advise us to wait and took about fifteen minutes to return to the stand. Then she asked us if we had reservations and we advised that we didnt just down for breakfast and she said she had to space. Might have been better to ask prior to us waiting. So we ended up heading out instead.

I could not recommend this hotel more to someone! It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and they accomated everything for me. Helped me set something us to surprise him in our room for no extra charge. They were the nicest staff and I would love to stay here again if we get the chance!!

We chose to stay here and had the most amazing visit. Service was top-notch, even when they made a mistake (forgot our room number for room service), they owned up to it and surprised us with a dessert. Squeezed us in the restaurant at the last minute for dinner during prom/graduation weekend. We will make sure to stay here each time we visit Midland.

We always have a great stay at the H hotel. It is in a great location to catch a show. We also love the igloo dining in the winter for a unique experience,. It is a nice walkable location to several other downtown restaurants and shops.

Lovely weekend! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, robes in the room, attention to detail, and the amazing food at One Eighteen restaurant. The hotel was busy due to hosting a wedding but was nonetheless a great place to get away for the weekend.
