My first two nights were not good as had noisy next door, this can happen anywhere, they gave me another room for the next night and the rest of my stay was ok. Missing a trick with not having sky in the bar area, spent quite a bit watching in bars, would have been nice in the hotel bar area. Sauna, booking system, was easy and you can book in advance. However when I arrived it was not on and was switcched on but didn't seem to work. It's small for max 2 people. I don't think the lady in charge was bothered really. There is a bus to the player grande area, very useful, not in the evening though. It's up a hill from old town, keeps you fit. For the money it was ok

Good hotel for a stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Room was light and airy, clean and welcoming. Cleaned daily. All inclusive food was satisfactory, drinks likewise. Small games room in hotel. Convenient to have a souvenir shop and food/drink shop in the hotel. Plenty of alternative dining options within walking distance. Old town 5 minute walk. Main strip 10/15 minute walk. Taxis are cheap enough and hotel were super good in arranging them for us everyday. The hotel is on a hill, expect incline walks if you plan on walking. Main pool is nice enough, there is a second pool also. I can’t really comment on evening entertainment we went out every night of stay. Day time entertainment is your typical water polo, aqua aerobics and water polo. It is a nice enough hotel. You get what you pay for. Expect 3 stars.

Changed rooms twice in 5 days, due to the walls being as thin as plasterboard can hear a pin drop from the room next door. The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers did a fantastic job each day. However, the rooms are always humid so all of my clothes in the wardrobe were damp as a result as was my sheets. The air con barely worked only in the last room I was in. Cant fault the pools, poolside kept clean. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and helped with my many complaints and room changes. The hotel is overall fine for the price but pick your rooms wisely, the rooms on the "poor side" across the road are FAR from premium. The staff and the food helped save the experience at the hotel even if the rooms were awful. Location is pretty far from civilisation, with a nice walk down but terrible walk back up. Would I stay here again? No. The rooms unfortunately let the place down for the price point, unless you have one of the suites on the main side with sea view. But if you are looking for somewhere just to lay your head for your holiday then its fine. Thankfully the staff save this place.

Pleasantly surprised by the apartments. Great facilities. We ate at the pool bar and the food was lovely! 10 minutes walk into the old town. Free bus to the beach. The apartment didn’t have many kitchen facilities, only a fridge microwave and kettle. There wasn’t anywhere to prepare food, but this wasn’t a problem as we ate out most days.

El estudio estaba impecable, ha sido ideal para la estancia que me proponía. El personal de recepción y limpieza extremadamente profesional y amable. Mejoraría algún espacio común, personalmente suelo usar las salas de gimnasio y ésta necesitaría una actualización. Entiendo que estará en la lista de mejoras futuras y espero que lo consigan. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y queda cerca de la zona de ocio.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Facilities are really good for all ages, pools are heated which was good for babies and the pool bar serves nice food. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels supplied. Only thing is the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill however taxis cost between €5-8 to the main centre. Definitely would return!

Enjoyed the stay, first time in the island so used this as a base to wander around. Note that it’s on a hillside so walking involves some ups and downs. Great breakfast buffet. Property is in two sections connected by a subterranean tunnel which I assume is to keep kids out of the road running between them. The larger section has facilities and kiddy pool, bar etc. the smaller section seemed more for apartments and had its own large pool. Both pools were deep (2m ish). There was some confusion about the inclusion of breakfast in our room rate but this was resolved (maybe double check this). A little dated, but good value and solid facilities. Apartment had a small kitchen with fridge microwave kettle and two ring stove plus some pans plates glasses etc. plenty of stores around for groceries, drinks. Town dominated by Irish bars and Irish visitors. We found great restaurant options beyond the ‘strip’. Beaches are a short hike away.

Firstly, the apartment was nothing like the pictures on Expedia.The apartment was like a hospital ward. No coffee sachets left. Front door not locking properly. Whilst the bedding looked clean, there were tiny ants crawling all over both beds. The appartment faced the main road, and dirty and unswept. There were a lot of cats in the back yard near the bedroom window, meowing all night. When I queried the apartment quality for the £130 for 1 night we stayed for, The receptionist, Carmen could not comment as she didnt know the value of her own hotel apartment! WE WERE GOING TO GET THE BUS BACK TO PLAYA BLANCA THAT NIGHT, BUT IT WAS VERY LATE, HOWEVER WE SURVIVED THE NIGHT.

La piscine de l'hôtel est sympa, chauffée, le seul point négatif c'est à nous de porter de sortir les transats et les placer, et ils ne sont pas confortables. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits sont faits tous les jours, mais la chambre n'est pas forcément nettoyée à chaque fois. La femme de ménage plie les serviettes au lieu de les changer, donc on ne sait plus qui a laquelle. Concernant l'emplacement, ce n'est pas loin des restaurants, bars. La plage est à 20 min à pied.

Dette er et bra hotell. Rommet jeg fikk var pusset opp i 2019. Rom 228. Havutsikt og sol hele dagen fra terrassen. Litt støy fra ei vifte som tilhørte kjøkkenet, ikke veldig plagsomt. Veldig bra rengjøring hver dag. Frokost og middag var veldig bra. Middag kostet 11€ p dag. Den 8 gratis. Besøkt flere hotell på Lanzarote. Første gang på øya 1992.

The room was spotless, The reception staff couldn’t have been any more helpful they are very professional. There was an issue with the restaurant as I went into the buffet I confirmed prior to the gentleman that I’m self catering I will be paying cash. He was also professional as I was finishing up I paid and ask could I get a paper/plastic cup as I had a glass, He said it’s fine go ahead with the glass so on the way back to my room I was physically grabbed a member of staff from the bar accusing me of not paying and telling me I can’t bring my glass. My Spanish is below average as he needs to go study English as it’s a tourism industry with majority of people coming to this area are English speaking people. I went to the staff at reception to resolve this issue as it was extremely embarrassing as I was a solo traveler I paid my bill and also tipped the staff wore lovely people but the guy from the bar didn’t even apologise when he called his colleague to confirm I paid and I was told I could bring the glass. I was extremely embarrassed I was offered 1 drink as there was no manager he’s on vacation I found that extremely confusing as a hotel chain they have no manager on site 3 days ago I reported this every day I went down to see what the update was. I was told no manager. I only wanted a apology from the guy who made me so embarrassed and physically put his hands on me. I’m a friendly non aggressive guy but he told staff he has no reason to apologise so I was told to email

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Was quiet and comfortable overlooking the pool. Daily cleaning was hit and miss, some seemed to do the bare minimum ie make bed, empty trash and a quick wipe with the mop. Reception were uninterested in the guests. Keycard for gate stopped working before check out. Advised reception staff but basically ignored us. No asking if we had a pleasant stay. Or wishing us a safe journey home. Just took the key. Goodbye!

Stayed as a couple and booked a last minute get away. Choose the Flora because it seemed to have all we were after. Its cheap and cheerful but does need to be picked up on a few things. We stayed over the road and our apartment, room 312, was very dark and dingy. there isn't really a terrace and they are all one level so def no balcony's. People walk by you all day and you take a chance with leaving any washing out on the rack they provide. The lack of cups, bowls etc is a bit of a pain and room cleaning is a bit hit and miss. some days you get all the towels and some days you don't! The floor is left soaking so beware when walking straight in because it is very slippery. Also I don't know the reason for this but every day the beds were made with wet pillowcases. I had to dry ours with the hairdryer before going to bed. Other than that it was absolutely fine and served its purpose. The pools are lovely and they were quite warm when we were there (June) although the sides could've done with a scrub. The one across the road is the quiet one but both were nice. Its not part of the hotel but I would highly recommend Highlander.too bar just down the road for family games nights.

Changed rooms twice in 5 days, due to the walls being as thin as plasterboard can hear a pin drop from the room next door. The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers did a fantastic job each day. However, the rooms are always humid so all of my clothes in the wardrobe were damp as a result as was my sheets. The air con barely worked only in the last room I was in. Cant fault the pools, poolside kept clean. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and helped with my many complaints and room changes. Just a few nights stay, but overall quite impressed. Clean, spacious rooms, incl separate lounge. Good facilities, easy on-street parking, and other than the steep hill is easy access to old and new town. Friendly staff. Downside: sound-proofing not great and too many screaming kids (not hotel's fault).

Pleasantly surprised by the apartments. Great facilities. We ate at the pool bar and the food was lovely! 10 minutes walk into the old town. Free bus to the beach. The apartment didn’t have many kitchen facilities, only a fridge microwave and kettle. There wasn’t anywhere to prepare food, but this wasn’t a problem as we ate out most days.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for my 21st birthday, was booked in Black Friday and amazing value for money. Really wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised and really can’t complain. I had emailed prior requesting if possible to have a sea view room as it was for my birthday and would have paid more for that option( it was with junior suite). They gave us such an amazing room, the view of the sunset and sea was unreal alongside a bottle of wine brought to the room on my birthday was a lovely touch. We went for all inclusive, which I would really recommend as drinks were fairly expensive, a couple rounds each and 1 meal had already paid off the all inclusive. Also, half board doesn’t even include water, a couple we met were on half board and constantly having to try and sort water as they are really strict on keeping watch who is using the machines. The food is fairly oily however very very nice. There was also different themes and meats every night. For 5 days it was great. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, but in December it wasn’t too hot, so was a pretty manageable walk back up, however we are both fairly active and avoided the steepest bit. Overall after reading some reviews I was really surprised, was an absolute bargain and would definitely recommend!

My first two nights were not good as had noisy next door, this can happen anywhere, they gave me another room for the next night and the rest of my stay was ok. Missing a trick with not having sky in the bar area, spent quite a bit watching in bars, would have been nice in the hotel bar area. Sauna, booking system, was easy and you can book in advance. However when I arrived it was not on and was switcched on but didn't seem to work. It's small for max 2 people. I don't think the lady in charge was bothered really. There is a bus to the player grande area, very useful, not in the evening though. It's up a hill from old town, keeps you fit. For the money it was ok

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Facilities are really good for all ages, pools are heated which was good for babies and the pool bar serves nice food. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels supplied. Only thing is the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill however taxis cost between €5-8 to the main centre. Definitely would return!

Enjoyed the stay, first time in the island so used this as a base to wander around. Note that it’s on a hillside so walking involves some ups and downs. Great breakfast buffet. Property is in two sections connected by a subterranean tunnel which I assume is to keep kids out of the road running between them. The larger section has facilities and kiddy pool, bar etc. the smaller section seemed more for apartments and had its own large pool. Both pools were deep (2m ish). There was some confusion about the inclusion of breakfast in our room rate but this was resolved (maybe double check this). A little dated, but good value and solid facilities. Apartment had a small kitchen with fridge microwave kettle and two ring stove plus some pans plates glasses etc. plenty of stores around for groceries, drinks. Town dominated by Irish bars and Irish visitors. We found great restaurant options beyond the ‘strip’. Beaches are a short hike away.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for my 21st birthday, was booked in Black Friday and amazing value for money. Really wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised and really can’t complain. I had emailed prior requesting if possible to have a sea view room as it was for my birthday and would have paid more for that option( it was with junior suite). They gave us such an amazing room, the view of the sunset and sea was unreal alongside a bottle of wine brought to the room on my birthday was a lovely touch. We went for all inclusive, which I would really recommend as drinks were fairly expensive, a couple rounds each and 1 meal had already paid off the all inclusive. Also, half board doesn’t even include water, a couple we met were on half board and constantly having to try and sort water as they are really strict on keeping watch who is using the machines. The food is fairly oily however very very nice. There was also different themes and meats every night. For 5 days it was great. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, but in December it wasn’t too hot, so was a pretty manageable walk back up, however we are both fairly active and avoided the steepest bit. Overall after reading some reviews I was really surprised, was an absolute bargain and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The apartments are conveniently located (circa 10 min walk) from the old town with its lovely restaurants and bars. the appartments and complex are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real bonus delicious food with so many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. We are already thinking about another short break to Lanzarote soon!! THB Flora will be top of the list when we search for accommodation.

Arrivée à 14h15 on nous dit que le Check in c est 15h et d attendre ou faire un petit tour . Soit, on revient à 15 h là on est désolé mais la chambre n est pas prête il faut attendre 1/2 h de plus. L hôtel n étant pas plein pourquoi ne pas nous donner une autre chambre à l heure prévue ?? Le site est très beau, la chambre spacieuse, la literie confortable mais la chambre est très très mal insonorisée et pour notre malchance le voisin de droite regardait la télé tard et celui de gauche la regardait à 4 heures du matin …. Au restaurant il y a du choix mais on vous refuse même un verre d eau filtrée : en demi pension il faut acheter des bouteilles (1,8 euro le 1/2 l). Je considère qu au moins l eau (soit elle est filtrée) devrait être offerte !!!

Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel.

We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall.

Were pleasantly surprised with the junior suite size and with amenities in the room. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel abroad and I’ve been to a few. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful if they had tried. Think we will definitely return within the year.!
