Days Inn by Wyndham Atlanta Stone Mountain

The pictures were very deceitful. I would not book a hotel like that ever but like I said the photos online were deceitful. I asked for an electric Iron to iron my clothes three times and the staff gave me one excuse after another until I left for my event. I did not receive a call and I did not get to use the iron. They removed all the irons in the room, you can still see the hangers there but no iron. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my second day and no one showed up and it was never cleaned. Overall, I think it has to do with the management. They are Indians and all the staff are Indians as well and the customer service was just terrible.

The room was dirty the curtains were completely stained there was holes in the picture on the wall the walls had stuff on them I had to clean the shower because there was still hair in it from the previous guest where it did not get clean the TV did not work at all I ended up cleaning the entire room just so that I could still sleep there because I knew I would not get a refund zero out of 10 I do not recommend

Staff was amazing and manav went above and beyond to take care of me and my girlfriend. This hotel is perfect for the price and the customer service was far superior to any hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms were clean and staff made sure that if I needed anything I would get it with no hesitation. Definitely coming back and would recommend this hotel to anybody

The first room had bugs and smelled. The second was better, but by that time I was already uncomfortable.
