No coffee pot, very minimal breakfast, only 1 towel, but the lady who checked us in, was so nice! And ice machine broke! It is remodled nicely and in a good location!

Pool was nasty couldn’t even use it

The pictures are misleading. It does not look as nice as the pictures show. We visited for 3 days in June and the pool was closed. It looked like it had been abandoned for years. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and a few mini muffins, not all of the things shown in the online pictures. The soap containers in our room were empty and were not refilled even when requested. It took two days before we could get enough towels for everyone in our party. Our feet were black every time we walked through the room and our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, so our trash was also overflowing with only one tiny bin in the room. Would not stay here again. Very disappointing.

Property ok. Swimming pool poor

The overall stay went well, we only stayed one night- on the website it said for “extra features ” they have an infant crib/bed per request which was a huge plus for us but when we asked they didn’t have that.. breakfa

I was charged random fees the pool didn’t work half the trip and was unsanitary when working the breakfast was not breakfast very inadequate I was very disappointed due to the fact that the last time I was there I had a wonderful stay with time was no where near that to say the least

Didn't like the fact that the pool was not in working order. Ice machine on second floor Didn't work. Shampoo containers on the shower wall was not filled and broke off wall. Was there 2 nights for 2 people and only had 2 towels in the room and they did not get replaced after first night.

No drain plug for tub, air conditioner barely worked, no offer for breakfast.

Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again . . . Housekeeping takes hours bringing you stuff that you call for . Breakfast wasn’t even breakfast ‼️‼️ POOL WAS DISGUSTING , wasn’t even able to swim so it’s a big NOOOOOOOOO for me

Breakfast was advertised as being free. There was no charge but there was nothing for breakfast other than coffee and juice. Pay a few more dollars on the room at a place with a hot breakfast. Bathroom door was out of alignment such that it would not close. Some electrical outlets not working. Vacant properties surround this property. we had uneasy feelings while there. No fridge, microwave, or coffee in room, almost Spartan living. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. TV worked.

I had my money refunded. We could not stay there when we pulled the cover back on the bed there were little black bugs on the sheet.

The property was dirty the beds was not clean I got bitten by a bed bug the shower had another person hair the only thing that was good was the tv being new other than that I'm sorry it was a good experience

The hotel was okay if you don't mind sharing your room with Cockroaches and other unidentified vermin. Don't book here if you have a respiratory condition as the black mold in the bathroom could make you sick.

The motel smelled of mold, and smoke. The floors were not clean. There were limited towels. We left for the day and came back to the room the same way we left it, it didnt seem like there were any housekeepers. This motel appears to be a motel were people live or extend their stay. If you need extra items such as towels, paper towels you must retrieve it from the front desk. However, the motel was affordable.

The room was very dirty. the bathroom floor was not clean. There was hair everywhere it was not even swept. I have to mop the floor self.

Staff were nowhere to be found for a very long time. Room was very dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. Shower had dirty hair. Walls had a lot of questionable stains everywhere!

My three kids (youngest 13months old) pants was heavily soiled with dirt when she crawled on the floor for approximately 10 seconds. Poor hygiene and aesthetics. Please upgrade. I have never wanted to leave a hotel as fast I did there.

I didn't really expect much to begin with, so there's that. I stayed here for a weekend as I was in town for a weekend event. I was only needing a place to sleep, clean up, and get dressed to head out again. If I had to spend an extended period of time in a motel room, I wouldn't choose this one. No cups, no coffee maker, and the bottles of bodywash and shampoo mounted in the shower were empty. The shower floor had hair from a previous occupant. The room was permeated with the smell of marijuana. All said and done, I had a place to sleep, clean up, and change, and the location was extremely convenient to the event venue. I'm pretty sure those three things are all the management is concerned with (But, so is a tent campground host.) The front desk staff were wonderful! Fantastic, actually. Would I stay here, again, next year for the annual event? Maybe. For any length of time? No. Would I choose here if I weren't solo? Definitely not.

Room was fair. Beds fairly comfortable. Walls are super thin and party next door went on well into the morning. Should stagger occupancy to give an empty room between guests, as they were far from full. Bathroom door would not close (latch)

However, the walls are extremely thin, so do not expect to good night's sleep, especially given the active nightlife of the other hotel guests. Maybe weekdays are better. Additionally, the toilet did not work. After calling the front desk three times, they finally came with a plunger to "fix" it, but it remained unusable. The hair dryer also did not work and made a loud sound and smokey smell when turned on.

It was a one-night stay for an event at Stone Mountain. I didn't have great expectations, and that helped. The room apoeared clean. But, I saw two roaches before I went to bed. The first one, I killed. The other one I couldn't catch to smash. It was very late and I was extremely tired. I am so happy that my husband had dropped me off to go spend time with his cousins who were keaving the next day. By the time he returned, I was asleep. And I didn't bother telling him. If he had seen the roaches, he would have complained and tried to make the two-hour drive back home. We were both too tired to do that Please spray room 224! And the bed has a hump in the middle!

If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay for the night, close to Stone Mountain like we were— it is perfect for a one night stay.

The room had no closet had to hang our clothes on a hook on the wall. The shower was almost unapproachable had to move the shower head to the side because there was no way to turn it off from the back of the shower had to stand in front. There were are no bathroom cups, the bath towels were very small. No dressers with drawers in them.

It was the worst experience. I am a law enforcement officer from NJ. My younger son had put my NJ DL in the dryer and damaged the barcode. Therefore, it will not scan. They claim my DL was FAKE! And denied me the room I paid for in advance. I did notice the hotel was EMPTY (Literally empty) and the manager and receptionist were talking about “going home and hang” They denied a refund so they stole my money. If you reserve a room here. I guarantee you that your money will be stolen by both gangsters the manager and the receptionist Manager’s name is Ashley Barnes.

Liked nothing, hated everything about it. Asked for towels and they said no, asked for cable and they never sent anyone out to fix our tv, area was super sketchy.

Front desk was awful. Extremely rude. Asked the receptionist could my friend and I use the lobby tables to play a game, he told us no, even though we saw people using them earlier and it wasn’t even close to time the lobby wasn’t suppose to be closed. He then asked what we wanted to do and said no again. That morning we came for “breakfast” and was a little early, the guy rudely told us that breakfast wasn’t for another FIVE MINUTES! When we came back for “breakfast” the next day, it consisted of a refrigerator with three yogurts in it, a stand with some mini cupcakes and stale juice. Entire hotel smelled like pot and our room wasn’t clean. 0/10 the cheap price isn’t worth this thrash pile.

Staff was rude & told me I could go find somewhere else because I wanted an explanation as to why my card would be swiped twice.

From the day I arrived , despite telling them not even a single day room was serviced. Personally went to the reception desk and told them : no towels, no soap s. Never showed up till my check out. Terrible service and won’t even recommend it to anyone. I have no no clue my English was so simple. Sorry ,Maybe they might need interpreter.

This hotel has people living it it which is fine but I had a room next to one who fought everyday, screaming and banging. The man living there was always outside my door everyday morning and night. My key card was locked every day, I had to constantly go to the office to get it unlocked to allow me in my room. There were people in there cars all night until the morning which made me uncomfortable as a women getting to and from my car. I had a confused man walk into my room and I had to kick him out. I had another man who presented himself as housekeeping at 8am and when I opened it and asked what he needed he just walked away. When I told the office they said it was not housekeeping because they do not start at 8am, that it had to be guest. They had to re clean our bathroom because someone else's hair was all in the shower. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not come around, we had to chase them down to do the bathroom when I first go there. Stains all over the bedframe sheets and lamp posts had markings all over them instead of them replacing them they left it like that. My friend had crayon scribbles on each lamp post and the walls and they stayed 4 days and no house keeping after several requests. All weekend we complained and was told to speak to the manager on Monday. I called Hotels.com and they got my money back. Unsafe to stay at.

The room and entire area smelled of weed and was sketchy. The room wasnt nasty but wasnt perfectly clean either. There was no breakfast downstairs when we checked.

Definitely in a great location close to everything! Good enough to just have somewhere to sleep, shower. Not the best place but it’s not the worst. Employees were very unorganized and had no idea what rooms were clean or dirty due to the cleaner not updating the system.

The property is cleaner than those in the area. The front of the property is more quiet than the back. Staff is helpful.

We arrived and parked our cars. There were several suspicious people in small groups of 2-3 dispersed among cars in the lot. They immediately began watching us and approaching our vehicles as we exited our cars to check in. We were no more than 25 feet from our cars approaching the hotel entrance when we had to return to the vehicles for personal safety. It should be noted that all entries to rooms are outside facing. This hotel is poorly lit, unclean, and dangerous. We contacted Orbitz as we departed the parking lot due to concerns for ourselves and our property. Orbitz claims they contacted the hotel and were told nothing we said was true. The hotel and Orbitz refused refund. Orbits refused to take accountability for the false advertising of this "hotel". The images online are either another location or AI generated. This location appears to be nothing more than a drug and prostitution den.

Great stay enjoy all the places around the hotel and walking distance to everything

We did not stay and have not been able to get a refund. The property had multiple roaming in front of the rooms and around the parking area. The people were obviously intoxicated or under the influence of drugs as evidenced by talking into the air, shaking their arms and hands out from their bodies and picking items from the ground and putting them in their mouths or smoking left over cigarettes thrown on the ground. We were very afraid. My children would not get out of the vehicle. I returned the room card to the front desk and told the attendant what was going on. He stated that we had to cancel with expedia and that there was nothing more he could do.

Easy access

The staff was nice. My room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. I have planned another stay at home his hotel. Great location I could see the mountain from my room.

The room has been renovated so no more horrible filthy carpeting. The breakfast was very very limited. The price was right for what we received.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free, no conditioner, one bed squeaked like crazy the other one had a weird dent/ hole in it. The breakfast was ridiculous, there were five muffins and four yogurts for everyone to share.

Was good value for money but a claim of full breakfast is an absolute stretch. Mini midfins make your own oatmeal and yogurt are far from a full breakfast. That part of the stay was very disappointing. The room was very clean and comfortable

Staff was not nice, rude and non caring. No hot water for showering, but the sink had hot water? People walking around all hours of night on outside of room being excessively noisy. Breakfast was a joke. Spend the extra and stay elsewhere

My room was decently clean except for the toilet the toilet was covered in urine and it was earring all over the floor. The breakfast was simply horrible it consisted of neutragrain bars, mini muffins, apples, oatmeal, and orange juice.
