I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean, inside. The elevator was beyond small but we appreciate having one available. Jocelyn at the front desk desk was awesome. Some of the other staff was stand-offish. The breakfast was really good for it to be free. Beach proximity and privacy is excellent, Beach Access is messy when it rains though. Dining options and shopping nearby were pretty abundant. The only real drawback was paying a toll daily to return to the island.

Our stay was good, clean room,clean lobby, grounds were maintained. I did get an ocean view balcony room , i will say i wouldnt do that again as your balcony is an open walkway for all guests so you do not have privacy. It it an older hotel but well groomed and i would stay again but in a base room . We enjoyed the 2 nice pools and the hot tub was fantastic. Also loved that the beach had an entrance from the hotel, although being reconstructed right now, it will be lovely wwhen complete. Also they had par for our rv although limited space it was in the front entrance on the side of entrance. We were grateful to have rv parking.

We had a great 4 night stay! The distance to the beach is amazing, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub was perfect. We had a fire in the pit one night, and used the grills twice to cook food. The breakfast was great with different things switched up everyday, every staff member was friendly and helpful. It's in a nice quiet area, at the end of the strip of hotels. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay! Great location, a variety of activities readily available. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. During our stay the power went out & we had some issues with toilet not flushing, but once reported, both were immediately handled professionally. Pool was immaculately maintained. Short walk to get to the beach, but the walk does need some repair. Great variety at breakfast, but dissappointed we didn't stay during the biscuit & gravy mornings. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

We stayed 5 days. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Location on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. The included breakfast has a lot of options and changed slightly each days. The ladies who run it keep it well stocked and spotless. NOTE: The local water does not taste good (not the hotel's fault). Brind bottled water to drink!

Great place to stay! Right on beach, good breakfast, 2 pools and friendly staff. Close to bike trails and shopping. My only suggestion would be more umbrellas around the pool for shade.

The location of this hotel is everything, but it’s definitely lacking in a couple things. First of all, the staff was more than accommodating and helpful when we needed things. Couldn’t ask for better. But on our first night, we did find a huge roach in the living area. While it was the only one we found in our room, they were EVERYWHERE out by the ice machine, which is outside. Also the boardwalk down to the beach is under repair and just cuts off about 3/4 of the way down which seems unsafe, especially if you have young kids. The pool areas were nice and clean and open late which was amazing and the breakfast was fantastic!

Had an ocean side, double queen suite, the air conditioning systems on both the front and the back of the room would freeze you out as they blew directly onto one of the queen beds, and directly onto the sofa in the other room. Was most uncomfortable to try and sleep When the AC units would cut on, as they were also noisy.

Our 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our weekend stay! It was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, the pools and hot tubs were great, and the staff was helpful when we needed anything. It was also the perfect location in relation to our soccer tournament which was about a mile down the road and had good restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again if we come back!

All the reviews were right - the property could use a little more updating, but the room was nice and clean. The lobby was awesome, and had a selection of beer, wine and cocktails to buy at a fair price, so we didn't have to go anywhere! The only downside we experienced was the Internet. Even after we were able to find the wifi, the connection was REALLY slow, which made it difficult to watch the Roku we brought. Otherwise, wonderful stay! We will be back!!

Oceanfront is a misleading. It’s on the ocean side but you can only see it from a long distance. The pictures appear that you have a balcony but it is really 2 chairs in the passage way so there is no relaxation. Plus we were put next to the stairs so people were passing our room constantly. The inside was ok, but no closet. Maybe I just have a higher expectation in a beachfront hotel.

I’m here for a Rotary district conference and this has been amazing experience! We had several rooms here and the staff have been absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk folks to housekeeping has been so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The suites are wonderful and super spacious. The breakfast is amazing! There are plenty of activities for families to do and it’s walking distance to the village and convention center. If you don’t want to walk, you can rent a bike. We had several in our group that did this. Again, the staff here is incredible! Thank you so much for everything that you did for our group. We will definitely be back!

Service was awesome, heat did not work when we checked in, called front desk and within 3 minutes, 2 repair guys were there, determined the unit was bad and replaced it. This was all happening on a Saturday afternoon during MLK weekend. From the time I reported it until it was replaced was no more than 30 minutes. Amazing.

The location was fantastic, easy access to the beach and within walking distance to the shops. There was a bike rental right beside the hotel. The pools were very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was good with meat and egg options that changed daily, so if you are staying multiple days, you do not have to eat the same thing everyday. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

This Days Inn met my expectations for a budget motel. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, safe and faced the ocean. The location is ideal, on the ocean and is an easy bike ride to the main streets. Bike rentals on site. Good basic breakfast.

The hotel has a nostalgic feel. Things are a bit dated but very well maintained. The property is on the beach. Jekyll Island is an exclusive area and it will cost you $10 each day you enter and exit the island. The room itself is spacious. The free breakfast was quite surprisingly good. Definitely recommend a stay here.

The breakfast menus said continental - wasn’t expecting anything special- somehow this breakfast was the best breakfast. I don’t eat sausage - I ate 5 pieces. My daughter doesn’t eat eggs- she went back for seconds. Everything in this breakfast was mouthwatering ! The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly! I think her name was Leslie when we checked in was really sweet and helpful- I would definitely recommend this hotel !!

Overall, a great stay. Having two on-site pools and on-site beach access was wonderful. Two downfalls (1) the beds need to be replaced. My mattress had a ridge down the middle of it from long term use. (2) the front desk is hit or miss. When I checked in the guy was super nice and everything went smoothly. Every other time, I got the same middle aged petit dark hair lady. She was exceptionally rude and interrupted you every time you tried to ask a question.
