I have pictures of the condition of my room. It was dirty. I expected better. This was supposed to be a slightly romantic getaway for a couple of nights and we could not even use the pool and hot tub because it was overrun with people drinking and children, screaming, and jumping in and out of the water. 930 at night and it was just packed! A minimum of eight kids in that hot tub and it was probably made for eight people’s tops. That doesn’t include the adults that we’re trying to squeeze in there.

Great location near very good dining areas and quiet. The negative was there were a couple of silverfish bugs coming out from around the sprinkler head in my room. Also, the elevator is 4 months overdue for an annual inspection…or if it has been inspected, the new certification was not posted. Overall, a good experience.

This is our second stay here while visiting family, and it’s a great hotel for the price. The grandkids love the pool, the room is comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient to Bellevue and Offutt AFB.

Tiny room, barely big enough to pass each other in entry way. SUPER strong smell of bleach in room we could smell all night. Only working ice machine was on 1st floor. Staff was friendly. Parking was good.

The indoor pool was quite cold and not well lit. The walls were so thin it sounded like people were inside our room yelling while moving through the hallway at all hours of the night. Staff was super friendly and efficient!

Every thing here is absolutely amazing excellent customer service. Always willing to help with anything. This is my go to for hotels. Swimming pool has very sharp spots that will cut you. I have said something multipe times. Hope its fixed before someone ends up in er getting stitches.

While we were there the hotel was getting renovated. Loud working vegans in the morning, you could hear everyone’s conversation in the hallways and furniture banging around. When we got into our room it was very minimal furniture and the last tenants food was left in the fridge. However, the AC worked great, the sheets were clean, and the water was hot. The bathroom sink did make a loud vibration when you turned the handles (which were installed incorrectly) and the shower floor creaked bad when you stepped in. It’s honestly a good thing they are being renovated, just inconvenient for us because who wants to deal with that lol. You get what you paid for.

Front desk staff are amazing! Especially Yolanda! She makes you feel so at home! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Only down fall is the tile area around pool is very slippery. We had a pretty good fall when staying here. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Convenient to the interstate and several food options within walking distance!

The property seems a bit run down and showing it’s age. The building has a hard time getting the humidity out of the everything. Breakfast was okay nothing special. The beds were great nice and firm. The bathroom was clean. The rooms have vinyl floors so your feet end up black by morning. I wish hotels would stop putting vinyl floors in the rooms.

The 2nd floor smelled like pot and the rest of the hotel smelled bad, the breakfast was horrible. Even if the food was good, it would have been hard to eat with the smell. We spent as little time there as possible and did not eat their breakfast. Not worth the money

Many dead bugs behind night stands, along lamps and other furniture and live crawling ground bugs under the bed! No cleaning behind night stands, where you have to access the plug ins for months. Little response from desk clerk when letting them know the need for upkeep.

Room was big and clean. Bathroom could use more of a cleaning as there was rust and some mold spots in shower area. Try to not get room where window faces back as there are large spotlights there than shine into the room. Also, our room was on main floor near laundry room which we suggest to not stay in as the laundry smell was overwhelming in our room when someone was using the laundry room. Breakfast area is tiny and very crowded when busy.

There was a massive water damage dip in the floor with buckling flooring, not clean anywhere, breakfast wasn’t great, no bulbs in the lights, marks on the towels and rags, fridge was unplugged half way through our stay, hallway smelt like weed, and the air was muggy in the room The only positive it had was the sheets were as clean as they prob could’ve been for this crappy of a place, but had hair on them.

We were in town for Volleyball tournament. Everything was good except you need curtains that close all the way on the 3rd floor. The parking lot light shined right into our room so it was hard to sleep.

The staff here were some of the best. The hotel is just a little dated with all the problems that come with that. Shower pressure was not great, and toilet only finished flushing if i stood and held the handle down. Room was clean, linen, and towels were clean. All in all a great place to spend the night.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful - especially with my handicapped sister-in-law. It was nicely furnished and had a large TV. Good handicap parking. The room on the other hand was small and cramped. We had about 2-3 feet on each side of the bed to walk around. If we would have had full size suitcases, we would need to do hurdles. Simply no place to put anything. There was luggage rack/stand to use, but it was broken. Even the toiletries were tiny and insufficient for a 2 day stay for 2 people. The small toilet/shower combo, while it had a nice shower had a toilet was right next to the wall, was crooked and if anyone "of size" tried to use it, it would have been very difficult. Fortunately my wife and I are slim. The towel hook was coming off the bathroom door. Microwave was sticky and had not been properly cleaned.

First off the front desk woman was very friendly and helpful. No issues getting checked in. I had an issue checking out where i left behind my work cell phone. The front desk call even before i noticed it was gone. Huge thank for letting me know and will pick up in a frw days. So thankful for yout thoughtfulness.

We arrived a little late. I noticed the gentleman helping me at the desk was not exactly professional looking. Dressed in some sort of sweat shirt. I know it was the overnight shift but still. After we were done with checking in and parking the car as we re-entered the lobby he was sprawled across the sofa watching a tv show laughing. Just thought it was not very professional.

Friendly staff. I rode my motorcycle out to visit family and they made sure to point out where I could park it safely and keep it out of the storms during my stay. I greatly appreciated them stepping out talk to me and work it out with me for my stay. Clean and great stay

The first night the adjoining room fought all night. The second night the same couple decided to go out and leave their tv on really loud. At midnight I went to te front desk andlodged a complaint. He said he would see to it. I went again at 2:30am. He said he knocked on the door but nobody answered and he can’t legally enter their room at 430 they came back and turned the tv off. We left at 6

The breakfast needs an upgrade. Many choices but the syrup was thin, although the waffles were quite good. The eggs were pre-manufactured. The eggs were really not palatable for me. A for the biscuits. The apples were pretty good for off-season.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week family. Our 1st room had issues w the shower faucet and they gladly moved us to another room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good w lots of options. Just wish instead of eggs and sauce everyday they’d switch it up a little. The biscuits were very soft and the gravy was yummy. Our beds were comfortable. AC/heat worked great. We accidentally forgot some specialty sausages that we’d bought in the freezer and when we called back they had them and out them at the desk waiting for our family to pick them up for us

The property was exceedingly clean. All the staff were kind and generous. The morning complimentary breakfast was excellent; a wide variety of warm and tasty options. Parking was very easy. I will unhesitatingly stay here again!

The room service had to be requested. It was not automatic which was fine with me for just two days. I was in town for family emergency so I wasn't there too much. The breakfast buffet was not bad. There was an assortment. Thank you!
