El aire acondicionado no funciona en todo el edificio desde hace dias, esta de reformas. Las paredes sucias, rayas, escorchones en la pintura. Las mamparas del baño rotas y reparadas con pegados de silicona. Deberia estar cerrado y no ser un fraude , pagar por un hotel de 3 estrellas y no llega a pension.

Estancia horrible en este hotel entre los dias 28 y 31 de julio de 2023, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en todo el hotel,mas de 28 grados en la habitacoon, se notifico a la recepción no haciendo nada para solucionarlo en los tres dias de estancia. Ademas es algo recurrente somos clientes habituales y no es la prinera vez que ocurre. Por cierto también hubo un ascensor que no funciono en toda la estancia.

En gång i tiden var detta nog ett lyxhotell, men åren har gått. Vi bodde tre nätter till ett väldigt bra pris och med detta i åtanke ska hotellet få allra högsta betyg. Staden är lite sliten men har fin strand. Hotellet har ett säkert garage till human kostnad. Vill du bo en natt eller två så är hotellet perfekt.

It was a good size room with a balcony and a fridge. Bottled water in the fridge could be bought. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and cupboards. Bathroom was clean but needs updating. Acces to shower over the high sided bath was awkward. A walk in shower would be a huge improvement. Access to the balcony had to be carefully negotiated. Steps and door sill. The so called solarium was in process of a big renovation and is, apparently, only available in summer. However notices in the lifts said it was open! Now covered up after my husband went up there looking for the solarium and met one of the builders! It’s about 400metres to the beach. There are restaurants and bars nearby.

Me sorprendió que por el precio … que no es barato, el aire acondicionado no estaba dado por la mañana ( en pleno julio) y la puerta de la terraza estaba rota. Llamamos para que la arreglaran pero no acudió Nadie. No volveré

Nada más llegar, el primer inconveniente. La habitación que me asignaron tenía la orden, al menos en recepción, de poner una cuna. El servicio de habitaciones decía que no, pero después de revisar sus papeles admitieron su error y la instalaron en un minuto. En recepción olvidaron darme el mando a distancia de la TV. Lo solicité tres veces en recepción, alegando que tenía mucho trabajo por la llegada de más huéspedes, algo que en cierta medida, era cierto. Al final y después de una llamada, me lo subió a la habitación. Tanto en las camas como en el suelo de la habitación y también del baño, había cabellos largos de color moreno. Supongo que será del servicio de limpieza, a la que a alguna trabajadora sufre de alopecia. Deberían llevar un gorro. Tanto la habitación como el baño son correctos, aunque algo antiguos, con unos 15/20 años. El servicio de limpieza debe ir muy rápido con pocos minutos por habitación. Las toatas las cambiaron pero no las dejaron en la habitación, si no encima de las camas. El bar estaba cerrado. El solarium sí estaba abierto, pero no lo usé. La TV tenía una recepción correcta a excepción de algunos canales. El teléfono de la habitación ponía que había que insertar una tarjeta SIM y no se podía llamar ni a recepción, se queda de adorno. La conexión wifi, simplemente patética. No lograba conectar mi ordenador portátil. Tuve que compartir la conexión de datos de mi teléfono móvil, que por desgracia no tenía mucha cobertura, aunque suficiente.

Experiencia muy grata, se ofrecieron ayudarnos en todo y fueron muy flexibles. La habitación la limpian todos los días y se queda impecable. Todas las chicas de recepción fueron majísimas. Y nos dejaron tanto medicación sensible a altas temperatura en una nevera como las maletas en una consigna todo de 10.

La recepción estaba muy bien y el personal muy atento, pero la habitación muy sucia, en la entrada de la habitación había una humedad enorme y había que rodearla para poder entrar. Dentro de la habitación, bañera con chorretones de jabón, llaves de la luz sucísimas, paredes sucias y con desconchones; todas las puertas llenas de marcas de dedos, las cortinas con cagadas de pájaros, las puertas de los armarios estaban rotas y fue imposible abrirlas. Dejó mucho que desear nuestra estancia, no es un sitio al que queramos volver.

El hotel no está mal, habitación grande, la almohada no es muy cómoda pero aceptable. Las instalaciones un poco antiguas, sobretodo el baño, y el mayor problema ha sido que el agua de la ducha no se podía regular bien, pasaba de ardiendo a congelada.

The hotel was good for my needs. I wasn’t on holidays. It was close to the sea and the room had a balcony. I needed peace and tranquility and I found this in or near this hotel. I think the hotel was poor in its condition and needed desperately some TLC from carpenters, painters , etc.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo unico que pagamos más por una habitación con vistas al mar, y resulta que justo abajo en la calle viernes y sabado habia verbena por las fiestas de eses barrio, por lo que el descanso no fue él deseado. El buffet lo recomiendo solo para desayunar.

El personal muy esforzado y explotado,la misma persona tiene varios cometidos con lo que posiblemente no consiga cumplir con ninguno. El comedor expectacular, cada cliente se debe montar su mesa y cuidado con llegar a ultima hora seguro que te quedas sin comer o cenar no hay servicio de cocina durante las comidas, en cuanto a la cafetería si quieres tomar cafe despues de la comida , busca en recepcion quien te puede atender . UN FIASCO EL ULTIMO SITIO DONDE IRIA ES MAS ANTES DE VOLVER A ESTE SITIO ME QUEDO EN CASA

It was a desastre from begining to the end of the stay. Old hotel. You can literaly feel the wind coming inside the room. Receptionist can't find my two nights. It was already paid with email as proof. But keep saying I didnt book it. After calling expedia who confirmed i booked it. She was making no effort to help. Waist two hours by to be refund. You can find better in the next village.

If internet is not important to you during your stay, you sure can book this hotel. But if you need internet don't believe what you read here that it's available in the rooms - it is not. So I had to work on my laptop from the lobby; which was very drafty in exchange. Otherwise, the hotel in general: reasonably good location, super-unhelpful and unfriendly staff/management. We made a simple mistake in our booking which could have been easily corrected by a simple email to hotels.com - they refused because they "can't". (Read: "we don't want to help".)

La verdad que nosotros solo fuimos una noche y nos ha encantado. El precio está bien, además de estar a 5 minutos de la playa andando y tienes aparcamiento de sobra para dejar el coche sin necesidad de pagarlo y encima por un poco más puedes elegir para tener el balcón con vistas al mar. Lo único el desayuno que pondría más variedad por el precio que pagas la verdad ,es lo único que le pongo una pega . Pero sin duda si de nuevo vuelvo a viajar seguramente reserve en este hotel porque hemos estado muy agusto y con tranquilidad

It was a good size room with a balcony and a fridge. Bottled water in the fridge could be bought. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and cupboards. Bathroom was clean but needs updating. Acces to shower over the high sided bath was awkward. A walk in shower would be a huge improvement. Access to the balcony had to be carefully negotiated. Steps and door sill. The so called solarium was in process of a big renovation and is, apparently, only available in summer. However notices in the lifts said it was open! Now covered up after my husband went up there looking for the solarium and met one of the builders! It’s about 400metres to the beach. There are restaurants and bars nearby.

Experiencia surrealista... Habitación minúscula enfrente del ascensor, decoración obsoleta, comida de colegio. En fin, tal como decían las reseñas. Menos mal que sólo estuvimos una noche (y solo porque no pudimos encontrar otra cosa).

Pour l'hôtel en général il n'y a rien à redire à part que la réceptionniste était seule à s'occuper du bar du restaurant et des arrivées un hôtel de 4 étages à elle toute seule donc on nous a fait aller dans 3 chambres différentes dont une pas nettoyé avant de trouver la nôtre mais ce qu'on voulait signaler c'était le restaurant on avait pris le repas du soir on était seul tous les deux dans ce grand réfectoire on nous avait préparé le repas à l'avance imangeable dégueulasse on a rien mangé car on savait pas ce qu'on mangeait. Personne dans le réfectoire pour nous donner des explications au pays des fruits et des légumes on a eu droit à des clémentines toutes molles et tout noir qui datait d on sait pas combien de temps. Quand on ne peut pas assurer le repas on ne le fait pas tout simplement nous on est parti on a rien mangé heureusement que hotel.com a été super ils nous ont remboursé les repas

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo unico que pagamos más por una habitación con vistas al mar, y resulta que justo abajo en la calle viernes y sabado habia verbena por las fiestas de eses barrio, por lo que el descanso no fue él deseado. El buffet lo recomiendo solo para desayunar.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!! Upon walking into the room the heat was turned up very high. My husband and I tried to turn it down, but were unable to, so we had to leave the balcany door open to cool the room down after we were told that we were unable to run the air conditioning and that we should just shut it off. At first the room seemed very nice, but then 2 hours after we went to bed i woke up and realized that I was covered in bug bites. The bites were extremely swollen and in rows all over my arms. After i noticed it i turned on the lights and noticed that there were bed bugs crawling all over the walls. My husband and I immediately packed up all of our stuff and headed down to the lobby. We were told that we could get another room a few rooms away from the infested room. We declined and asked to be moved to another floor. The second room was bug free, but I am currently covered in dozens of itchy bites. My husband and I were told that we would receive free breakfast the next morning, but then they charged us $25 for the mediocre breakfast. It's very frustrating because the bed bugs spent hours feasting on me, yet they still made us pay for our not so good breakfast. Only stay at this hotel if you don't mind sharing your bed with bed bugs and waking up extremely itchy. It makes sense that the heat was turned up so high. I think those poorly educated people knew about them and may have thought that blasting the heat would kill them. I definitely would never stay there again
