Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brooksville-I-75 by IHG

I had no issues with the internet, didn't use it much. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with many options to choose from including a pancake maker! Thanks much for everything.

Clean room, friendly staff.

The woman who check us in was friendly and excellent. In the morning, there was a good variety of food for breakfast. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Overall an excellent experience

The staff was very good: courteous and helpful. However, the room was disappointing. The chair/lounge is a bad choice. It is uncomfortable as both a chair and a lounge. The room needs a regular arm chair, preferably with an ottoman. It also needs a side table of some kind. The bathroom was just ok. Removing the coffee maker is a mistake. Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards.
