There was empty tv boxes/garbage/curtains throughout the lobby, which was also about 90 degrees inside. Said there was coffee and water, but not clean nor prepared. The noice of the AC unit drowned out the noisy highway traffic, albeit to the cost of no sleep. I did not want to walk without shoes on the carpet.

I took pictures of the room #117. the room had not been vacuumed, the towels etc where stained and thread worn. The refrigerator was not working, the furniture was all stained and should have been thrown out. The picture that was on the computer was for show and not the real deal!!!! Shame on Expedia for not checking on properties they put on their sight for travelers to chose from

Run down, outdated and dirty. Save your money and book something else. We only booked because it was cheap and right off the interstate. Upon walking into the room, it smelled of smoke. Smoke detector covered with a trash bag, bathroom vent stuffed with toilet paper, duct tape covering holes. Black mold in the bathroom, Stained sheets, and bed bugs. My spouse and I are covered in bites. It's ran by a family and while I respect and appreciate the hustle, this place shouldnt even be in operation. How it still is in operation, is beyond me.

The room was cold. You could see a space around the air conditioner, where you could see outside with cold air blowing in. Also wasn’t very clean. Nobody cleaned the bathroom that’s for sure.

Be aware! Our room was filthy. It was clear the bathroom hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Long black hairs on the shower walls. A dirty washcloth hanging from the shower head. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. There were holes in the walls. And there were obviously people living in the hotel who were arguing and sleeping out on the balcony. The gal at the front desk was barely competent. She couldn't run our credit card so we had to pay cash for a pet deposit that we weren't made aware of. We chose this place for the price, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Bugs laying dead in the shower. Bug dead in the toilet. No extra security latch on the door. Door jam was broken. Management could NOT change the Television from Spanish back to English. Worst overnight stay in my life and I’m 75 years old. Never again.

The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. So much my husband got sick. Neither of us felt safe. I wouldn't have left the room alone and my husband was concerned that someone would break into the car.

What I liked most, it had running water. Didn't like the carpet, felt dirty and damp and was wet in front of the air conditioner because they had a window unit stuck in in place of the original unit and it was so loud, the base for the bed was broke and tipped to one side, the room itself smelled very musty, loud music into the night, you could hear and feel the guest's upstairs. I do know I will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone. such a terrible experience, not to mention being checked in by a very young boy, and having to wake the owners in the morning to check out because they don't open the office until 8:00AM. I was ver disappointed.

I'm not sure that the linen was clean and the mattress felt like I was sleeping on a bag of rags there was nothing for breakfast except coffee the no cups or ice container in the room no hangers just not a good experience the air condition was loud and disturbing.

For it to be a non smoking room I found cigarette butts behind the dresser and in the corner! There was no kleenex, no drinking glasses, no extra blankets, the TV did not work!

I will never stay at this dump ever again. I asked for a ground floor room when i made the reservation and upon arrival but still got placed on second floor. The microwave was missing a knob on the timer, the bathroom door knob didn't work and was loose, bathroom and vanity area was disgusting. Should have took pictures.

I have stayed at some very nice Rodeway Inns but this one was not among them. When I turned the heat on it smelled like an electrical fire. It was late so I didn't go ask for another room. I the only good part about it is it was easy access to the Interstate. I would never stay here again

You could call this Bates motel the check out says 11am the property manager says check out is 10:18am. I checked in and went to my room and the person working in the office came over to our room really creepy. I felt so uncomfortable I left shortly after checking in. Very creepy people working and very secluded motel.

Could not stay. Room not cleaned. Cat food on the floor. Used soap on floor inthe bathroom. Mattress did notco er bed frame, and itcut my shin. Desk clerk was rude, and said all rooms the same. Very very bad experience.

I have stayed at this location often while working in Sioux City. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. I have never experienced any issues with cleanliness or been unsatisfied with my stays. My main concern has always been with affordability which I have never had a problem with stay here, it is very budget friendly.

Everything was awful service, room door security, light fixtures, knobs no working remote, couldn't take a bath, no batteries in smoke detector, no covers on ironing board, was refused clean bathing linen. , barely working air conditioner, old beds n lumber out doors in parking lot. Rude staff, would like to request a refund

It's kind of a rundown and ghettorific place. Key cards had to be renewed every day because something always went wrong nobody managed the front desk cuz they're always in the back with their kids and the damage and repairs to the rooms was unacceptable
