Property on exterior grounds were nice rooms were old and falling apart. I went there because of the lounge and restaurant and pool and they were both closed. Should be informed about this kind of stuff before we book.

The hotel is under renovation, receptionist was not on the counter. After waiting 20 minutes I have to look for someone to check me inn. Guy was outside talking to some girl. Pool was closed due to construction. Nothing was mentioned on the website

AC took 3 days to get to 68 degrees. Bathroom is broken and disgusting. Floors are sticky. There are no elevators and the walk to get to your room or the lobby is like ten miles long. They are extremely as they do not turn on the ac in the lobby or hall. There needs to be atleast 4 elevators. Its like a run down Atlantic City Casino. If you have a heavy bag, luggage, or laptops its very difficult to navigate. I would recommend Days Inn across the road is somehwat better than them. I would give them a Zero if I could. Definitely would not go there again or recommend it to anyone!

They lied about their Gym, everything in the Gym was broken or not working, the exterior of the building was horrible when we arrived also anyone could enter and leave as they like as the entrance doors at the side and back of building was broken there was also a lot if noisey kid’s running around the entire time we stayed there in addition the receptionist wanted to charge is for a a third key for our daughter, it was just not a good experience, we will definitely not be going back!!!!

Not at all as advertised. It’s old dark and the smell of air freshener was overwhelming and nauseating. There is no pool , it has been under reconstruction for a long time. No one is working on it. Needs a lot of work inside and out

The room smelled bad, there where roaches in the bathroom, the shower curtain was falling, the towels were small and hard. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they sent someone to try and fix the curtain but didn't have the right tools or parts to fix properly. He also sprayed roach killer, and the smell lingered for hours. The following day, there were even more roaches. They placed me in another room which was slightly better but still had roaches. I had to buy more spray for the roaches and roach traps as well. I had an issue with the remote, but they didn't change it, they just said that sometimes you need to go to the tv and use the buttons to volume up or down and to turn it off.

Not clean spiderwebs all near food where breakfast and in the room and floor so dirty dropped something picked it up full of hair no soap no cream in dispensers the ceiling was dirty in room the curtains The beds smelt like humidity the hallways wreaked of cigarette and marijuanna which seeped in the room the hallways full of carpet no elevator all utility room doors opened and disgusting. No pool barely any food for breakfast Would not recommend was there for one night less then 24 hours. Everything looks like it’s fallling apart feels like a motel more than A hotel. The price does not match what you get. I wanted a partial refund or an accommodation we got there 11:00pm and it was loud in the hallway we had to bring everything up the greasy stairs stroller luggage kids Would not go back.

Room was dirty and disgusting. Things splattered over the curtains, holes in the walls in the bathroom. Really unclean. Was offered a late check out which I paid for to try to rest before a long travel day. At three different times I was woken up by knocking telling me it was check out time even though each time I showed them how I extended the checkout hours. So I paid extra and was just annoyed for the two hours and ended up leaving early anyway. Staff was borderline friendly, but this place is horrible and I will never return.

During my stay, I noticed ants in the room and a stain on the sheet. The front desk attendant was friendly, but only one key card was provided. The TV setup was inconvenient unable to change inputs when connecting additional HDMI devices for work or personal use, unlike other hotels. The AC worked fine, but the lighting in the room was quite dim. Overall, the price was decent, but I feel I could have found a cleaner, better-equipped room elsewhere for less. I would not stay here again.

Property either had no elevator or it doesn’t work (never received a clear answer) so if you’re staying on anything other than the first floor, you must use the stairs. The 2nd floor smelled like smoke, and out TV never worked for the 3 days we were there. Cleanliness was okay, and staff was friendly, however they never came to fix our TV as requested.

I booked through Hotels.com and usally only go by 3* plus when booking. The property was ran down in the rooms. The towels had stains on them and were cheap like a cheap white wash cloth. The lighting was very dem even when i turned all lights on. The night stand looked like it came from a dumbster. It was warped and peeling back.

We had to request new sheets because there were hairs on them, like a dog was shedding in the sheets. We could hear everything from the room next door and in the hallways. The breakfast room was freezing. Our one room key didn’t work. The bathroom grab bars were coming off the wall. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. However, staff was nice & friendly.

It was an overall pleasant stay. However when we first entered at 2:45p, there was no one at the front desk. I tried calling and no one came to pick up the phone either. I was actually ready to leave when someone finally showed up to check us in. Later when I passed by the front desk, no one was there again but they did have a sign up this time that said be back soon. The floor in the room were laminated which was nice and felt cleaner than carpet. I got a room with a kitchenette that is supposed to come with plates and utensils but there was only one spoon and knife so I went out to get cutlery as I intended to use the kitchenette. The bathroom seemed in not the best shape but functioned well. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty so I used the shower gel to wash my hands. The bed was comfy.

Prepaid. Got in at ~9:30 Hotel smelled of weed and looked like an 80s movie set. Key didn’t work. Had to call front desk and wait “2 minutes” for a new one, which the rude employee tried the old one (as if I was an idiot) and then the new one. Never said a word. No apology. Just stared me down and switched the key handed it to me. Stains on the “bedspreads”. Nasty.

The rooms were smelly and didn't have a good ventilation system. This place needs a lot of TLC. Don't go by the pics they have posted. Bathrooms need a major TLC. Also the flow of water from shower was low and it takes forever to take a shower. Toaster in Breakfast room didn't work and it only worked on one side. Cereals are off brand and there was no quality in breakfast. Even on weekends the breakfast was until 9:30 am only and they took out all bagels, doughnuts out of the bf room at 9:30 am. There were people who were still sitting in bf room and kids couldn't get an extra doughnut. Very cheap attitude!! If you are booking just because they offer bf than it's not a dealbreaker at all.

Elevator broken. Had ti carry bags up two flights of stairs. Not one garbage can in room. Renovations being done on stair case we had to carry our bags up. Free breakfast ? No, they had nothing. Kept saying two minutes and I’ll brung scrambled eggs. After 20 minutes we left and eat at a restaurant.
