Good: Clean facility, comfy bed, good breakfast, short commute to NYC via car or train. Bad: Musty, smokey smell in rooms and in halls (mostly from people smoking near exits); security card machines were missing from side entrances so anyone can just walk in; possible resident guests

Wasn't told about breakfast even though it was included in the price, but after seeing the conditions we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Room was in poor condition. Broken toilet seat, cracks on the floor, open coffee package, dirty shower. Asked for extra pillows and was told to find housekeeping outside the door.

Poor breakfast offering. Room thermostat didn't work on arrival. Had to get help to get it working. All soap and shampoo dispensers in bathroom were empty
