Immaculate, friendly staff, free breakfast is awesome, convenient to downtown and the turnpike, free parking and they take pets for a minimal fee.

Faucet in our tub was broken. Room wasn’t very clean. Ice machine was broken. Only one luggage cart. Not the greatest Hampton.

The hostess was GREAT brought us the extra towels and bedding that we forgot when we checked in. The one negative thing would be the pool was cold for being inside

No problems from check in to Check. The only thing was when I made the reservation a month earlier. I asked if the pool was heated and the representative said yes and told me the hours of operation. When got there on Wednesday the night time at the pool the Air was warm andthe water felt like a sauna. However Thursday when I actually got in the pool the air in the room and pool Temp was cold. So I called the front Desk and asked why it wasn't heated and the pool water was cold. The female attendant said you know what room temperature means? That's what water will be and it is not heated.Needless to Say we went in on Friday before we check out The air in the room was warm and the pool was still cool but better than the previous 2 days. So be careful and make sure your more specific when asking about a Heater Pool.

Although the hotel was a little "well used" it was clean and quiet. The staff was very accommodating giving extra wash cloths as needed. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff at the front desk were so unwelcoming bothbat check in and check out. The staff at breakfast working to clean was lovely. The floor in our room was sticky and our bathroom was not clean. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the bedding and the rest of the room. The breakfast was great!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and comfy. The area was quiet and friendly. The hostess was amazing and I loved how the screen welcomed me. I would definitely return!

Got in around 10pm. Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful. Felt like we woke her up. Hotel is meh at best. Rooms need some updating and a good cleaning. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was filthy. Muddy handprint on the wall. Dirt on the floor throughout. Sheets were clearly not changed. No toilet paper, no shampoo, no conditioner. Towels were soiled. When we arrived, they gave us the wrong room, they were nice about correcting the issues, but was a frustrating experience.

First room given was dirty. Manager moved us to another room but it was very musty. Family was up all night stuffy and sneezing.

Great service at front desk for check-in, updated and modern rooms in very good condition, excellent breakfast. It is a busy season and it could be attributed to just one cleaner - but when I turned down my bed, I found a crumpled (used?) tissue….so obviously the bed had not been changed from the last checkout. It was late, we were tired and there was a second bed, so we just dealt with it…but….yuck. The bathroom floor also had a need for a good mopping!

What was not good - hairs the bathroom, deattached faucet in the bathroom. The worst thing is noise from ice maker machine, it was so loud. We lived in the room 222 next to the ice machine. Btw breakfast was good.

Shower in room was showing signs of wear. The room itself was clean & modern but shower was showing its age.

The beds were super-comfy, the fitness center and breakfast were terrific. The pool was nice and warm. Everything was very clean, and the staff was nice too! The only thing I’d change is that the carpets in the rooms are really thin and feel like they’re directly over concrete. I had to stretch some in the morning, and it wasn’t the best environment to do that. Other than that, 5 stars all around!!

There was a noisy air conditioner in the room that made it difficult to sleep. The pool was cold and there was no one to talk to in the front desk about it.

Room had minor issues. Door to refrigerator was hanging a bit. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. No microwave. The room is the perfect size for a family, but the lack of convenience with no microwave in room was felt. Breakfast was only mediocre. My room was not cleaned and no fresh towels during my stay. I had to take my own trash out. Front desk had to give us toilet paper as there was only a partial roll when we checked in and room was not serviced

I enjoyed my stay. I was pleasently surprised. My room was very modern and in very good condition Breakfast was very good and liked the free coffee throughout the day option. Nice touch

We stayed in room 222 for two nights. The thermostat screen was broken so we couldn't see the temp, set the a/c, or modify fan settings. As a result the room was very cold. The mattress had no pad, just a sheet, and the mattress was very stained. There was no local information: no map, no restaurant suggestions, no what to do in the area. The charging unit on the left side of the bed was inoperable. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing. The spigot for the tub was hanging off. We were unable to use wifi unless we became a rewards member. There was no staff at the front desk except in the early morning... very unwelcoming arrival in the evening hours. This is all unacceptable as the price for the room was expensive. We expected much better from a Hampton Inn!

The check-in staff member had no warmth, the the one for checking out was great. The food options were subpar. Kids were running up and down the hall of the second floor until 2a. And that ice machine emits a high pitched whine when it's running. The accomodations were great, facility clean, and the bed super comfortable!

Property was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good. The check-in registrar was unpleasant. No greeting. No information offered. Otherwise the hotel and stay was just what we needed.

I was given one King bed after pre-paying for 2QUEEN beds huge inconvenience and the person checking me in wasn’t very helpful

It started when we first got there. The lady at the desk told us the checkout time for the next day but we were there for 3 days. Did not tell us about breakfast in the morning. Then we were put next to dogs barking late at night when it wasn't busy. We only had one face cloth. The second day that we were there no made came into tidy up the bed or give us fresh towels. The last night that we were there we got fresh towels but it was another awful night with people yelling in the hallway and the people above us on the third floor were walking and pounding all over the place. I almost went out in the hall at midnight to tell them to be quiet and go it back into their rooms but it sounded like a family with kids talking from different rooms in the hallway. It was not a good experience for my husband and I and definitely will be thinking about staying elsewhere the next time we visit Massachusetts.

The staff (particularly Larry, the night manager), was particularly accommodating when we checked in late at night. He gave us a free snack as we were hungry. The room itself is well-designed compared to many similar hotels: more spacious and updated renovations. This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for the price. (The free breakfast was better than the usual grain-based "continental breakfast.")

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm to check-in. Even though I had a reservation (made 4 weeks in advance) and had it confirmed with hotel, we were told there were no rooms available and that a wedding group had booked 3 weeks in advance. We had no choice but to drive 2 hours home - after a very long day. The best we were given was that it was Travelocity's error. No accountability was taken even though I had spoken to the actual hotel weeks prior. I called Travelocity while in the hotel lobby and told it would be a 15 min wait for someone to speak with. After 40 mins, a representative apologized and then but me on hold another 10 mins only to be told the same information we were given at the hotel. It was now after midnight and we started our drive home. They connected us with another person who also put us on hold several times, only to be told we could drive 11 miles to the nearest available hotel room and that we would need to pay upfront. At this point I had zero faith, and said we did not want it. I was then asked if I wanted to keep my current reservation! The same reservation i had made 4 weeks prior, just spent over an hour with customer service explaining the hotel had no room for us. The problem is, as sorry as everyone told us they were, it wasnt going to change our situation. Extremely disappointed.

It was a place to sleep, that's about it. The front desk clerk at check in was quite expressionless and unfriendly, as was the other ones thereafter. No one likes working while others are vacationing but c'mon, a smile and a "thank you" brightens the whole hotel. The pull-out mattress had what appeared to be blood washed out blood stains on it, besides being quite uncomfortable. The bathroom had brown stains in streaks all over the floor tile. In conjunction with the blood stains on the mattress could give anyone nightmares. The musty smell from the air conditioner kicked my allergies into high gear. One souvenir I took home with me. On a positive note, the breakfast was plentiful and very well prepared, though the juices were too watered down to be enjoyable. I, like so many other patrons, threw it away. Yes, the hotel saved money on the prep, I suppose, but are they really saving money on food that just gets thrown away? In the future, if I have to stay there, I will literally hold my nose and do it. But if I don't, I decidedly won't.

A bit expensive for a Hampton Inn. Requested that our bed be made at the front desk, which they affirmed it would be communicated to housekeeping - came back that evening and of course the bed was not made.

Showing its age a bit but still a good location and nice stop during annual road trip from VA to ME.

Sign off Exit 41points to the right but hotels to the left. Need better signs. Other than that, it was a quiet comfortable night.

It’s at a major intersection with Interstate 90, east to get confused with traffic pattern.

We use this hotel whem we visit my in-laws. We only stay one night. But it is easy, riget off the highway. Never had any problems there.

It was in a convenient location off the interstate. Several fast food restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and comfortable

It was a short stay for convenience, just needed to house some family members late at night til early morning to attend a wedding. But the breakfast was a bonus. Hotel was clean, quiet and close by to everything we needed.

Easy of access from highway

The hotel is nice, clean, and offers a good breakfast as well as a pool. For us, the location was ideal. The value for money felt a bit on the higher side.

Odd location, sort of tucked in near an industrial complex, trucks frequently in and out.

Love the delicious oatmeal in the morning made with milk not water. Soooo creamy. And the breakfast staffs were so friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff working the breakfast were friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great stay. 😊

I will 100% stay here again when I am in the area. Service was great, room was clean and comfortable. If I have one complaint, it's that the shower looked like it could use a refresh....still fine though. Breakfast was included, and was great for what I paid. They have TWO waffle stations and the expected sausage, pre-made omelets and some potatoes. Cereal, bagels, etc. were also available. I feel like I got good value for money staying here.

Breakfast hot foods were cold. Only downer to our stay.

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had, room service was phenomenal, and had extras for us in the lobby every day!

The hotel was kept very clean. I found the staff very amicable & friendly service. Breakfast was sparse & waffle machine was not refilled for my entire stay. Other than that a pleasant environment & nice rooms.
