This was a wonderful place for my son and I to stay at. The breakfast was delicious and many choices. My son is autistic and the staff was wonderful. The fish tank was amazing.

Liked the room and friendly staff. Loved the pool. Breakfast is pretty basic. Probably the best hotel to stay at in Westfield.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, but the room was not very clean. Lots of dirt on the floor and walls.

Overall our stay was good. The staff was super friendly, the pool area was nice and clean (but needed more towels) and the overall cleanliness of the Hotel seemed good. The only "issue" we had was the floor in our room needed a good sweeping/moping - this made me question how clean the rest of the room really was and we needed additional towels due to only having 2 in the bathroom when we arrived at check-in. Also, the lighting in the room is horrible - there isn't much for it except in the bathroom and entryway. There is a little lamp on the desk and a little light by the bed but they aren't very bright. As for amenities - the pool and gym were only open until 10pm which didn't give us much time to use them but was nice. The breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast but make sure to go early because they will literally close the doors on you and shut the juice machine down right at 10am. Parking was easy and close to the building.
