Excellent location, clean big rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, fresh and crispy patisserie's croissants (or other options like traditional pasticciotto), refurbished shower rooms, flexibility of remote check in, easy free parking in the same road of the Palazzo, all basic necessities in the room like intimate gel, shower cap, body lotion, shower gel, soap etc Hotels.com managed poorly the check-in info, we arrived and we had no instructions.
