Excellent stay. Plenty of shopping and dining options. At night parking did become scarce but I’m assuming the hotel was completely booked to capacity.

The place was dirty in common areas. The staff didn’t even know if the place had a restaurant. The pool was filthy and full of drunk people spilling drinks in the pool etc…NO, I didn’t take pictures. This was the crappiest Hyatt that I’ve stayed in, and I use them all the time for travel with my company. Won’t come back.

The description on the page when I booked my room said tub/shower combo. When I got checked into my room ready to relax in the bath, I was mad to find that it was just a shower. I went to the front desk and he said there were no more handicap rooms left with baths. Grant, I am not handicap and don't need a handicap room. Food at the bar was VERY minimal and undercooked. Basically its microwaved food. Don't expect anything but expect to pay a arm and a leg. I also requested a quiet room. I had my neighbors making noises and banging around from 10pm-12am at night and woken up at 6am from the people upstairs stomping. Wasn't worth a dime, should of gotten a refund or partial refund for the inconvenience.

The people at the hotel are very nice and the location is super close to plenty of dinning and shopping options. I've stayed here in the past and will stay again. I also used the fitness center which was nice.

Service was okay. Everyone friendly. Got a drink at the bar, that was served I. A cracked glass. The beds were comfy and clean. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom shower curtain liner was mildewy and the wall mounted toiletries were completely empty leaving me to wonder how frequently they get checked. For the price, I would expect these things to be addressed

The room was not as clean as it should have been for a higher end hotel. Patchy repair work on the ceiling. The shower curtain liner was dirty. The tile grout was not cleaned well. The pool had debris in it. Included in the paper about the property should be no outside shoes in the pool. A guest walked in the pool with outdoor sandals and when the guest got out walked all the way back to where ever with the same shoes. The iron I had was steaming white stuff on my clothes. Then the second iron rhat I recieved from house keeping. Leaked yellow stuff all over my daughter's brand new white dress that I had to scrub out. I was disappointed with this hotel.

I booked this hotel last min for a stay with my family which included my two toddler children. While the staff were polite upon entry the wait smelled steak. Not a pleasant clean smell but a musty odor. When we entered pass the lobby the halls were dark (bad lighting. Almost creepy) we opened the door to our room and at first glance it appeared clean but after a second look the furniture and room were not clean to my liking. The bathroom shower had visible signs of grime and mold. Again bad lighting in the shower area and the furniture had visible chips. The couch was stained. I walked out after 60 seconds. I asked for a full return of my money as I did not like that the room was not tidy. The GM quickly reversed my stay for a refund. I’ll be waiting for it to hit my account.

First the hotel is around ALOT. Able to walk or drive to food and shops. Mall near by. My room was very spacious. Breakfast was good eggs, bread, oatmeal, and meat. The man at the front desk had a pleasant attitude. Parking was easy. My con is the cleaning. There needs to be deep clean. Stuff on head boards, curtains dirty, couch gross on the arm rest, lobby and ice machine walk ways and floors had dirt and trash. Also, the bathroom is quite small. Trying to shower my kids was hard because the door hits the toilet when it opens and there is no standing room. Over all I would stay again depending on the price. I did not check out the pool or gym. It was only a one night stay. I had no issues with hot water.

Horrible, disgusting, gross room! The carpet was dirty, there were stains on the pullout sofa, the refrigerator was wobbly, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The towels were worn and there was no tissue in tissue box!! Never will we stay in this hotel again!!

I booked for myself and 4 kids for a birthday so we could enjoy the pool with a small amount of noise. The pool was fine, it was very dim in the area and not bright at all which was pretty okay. When we got back to the room I noticed the front light didn’t work, AND there were ants in the sink then on the bathroom floor. I cleaned them up and I was going to let it go, HOWEVER, when I pulled out the sofa bed there were chips all crushed up on the mattress pad thing all folded up in the bed. Lifted up the coach cushions and there was a scrunchy, a ring, HAIR, and white stains that I can almost bet what it was.. I lost it after this. I called the front desk which they were never pleasant and very monotoned and nonchalant, they switched my room however that’s the ONLY compensation they did offer, very ridiculous. I had to pack up myself and 4 kids and move rooms at 11pm at night. Very unfortunate. The next room you could smell the cleaners which leads me to believe the first room was never cleaned at all.

The room was clean and neat. The faucet head was loose on the basin. The sliding shower doors would not stay closed. The tiny bathroom made maneuvering out of the shower a bit of a challenge. There was no microwave oven, but I may have been able to request one (not sure). Overall, it was about average but nice. It wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd stay again for an overnight stay.

Really nice hotel. The room was very clean. The maids did a good job cleaning every day. It's like a mini apartment because you have a sitting area where the couch and ottoman, the bed, and then a desk. There's a counter with some extra storage room and a mini fridge too so I like the setup. The only thing you did not like about this place is that there was no microwave in the room so I couldn't take any leftovers and warm them up from any of the places that I went.

This Hyatt Place is much better than some of its own. However, it is showing signs of wear. 4th floor hallway AC out for the entire 4 days and the AC in room may need a filter change. The staff ,outstanding as usual.

The rooms are large, but the space is not designed very well. Lots of wasted space. The bathroom is very small. The toilet is in the same space as the shower. The entry door is very large/heavy and low to the floor. The hinges on the bathroom door are rusty. When opened, it takes the bath rug and bunches it off to the side. The shower doors are VERY hard to move. The a/c blows directly on the bed at night, making it very cold when sleeping. It is very loud when it cycles on/off and it frequently woke us up at night. The room wasn't cleaned one of the days of our stay. Breakfast was good.

I have booked this hotel many times for myself and also for clients for work. I never will again. The general manager is aggressive and rude. When I told him inwas going to report him to corporate, he said he'd spell his name and give me the number- which he did. There are numerous reviews from people who have complained about his conduct. I can see nothing has been done. So i will just choose another hotel in the future.

The manager was extremely nice, unfortunately my partner is allergic to animals, and the website stated not pet friendly, but it is, so if you have allergic reactions to animals, not the place, also a $30 late check out fee is absurd, out of every hotel I have ever stayed, I have never had a charge for going past the check out time, so I was not happy about that. The place was clean, but still could smell animal dander and the couch was dusty.

This was a very nice hotel. The only drawback was not having a room key until the next morning when it was time to check out. The software they use to make keys was down so the front desk staff had to walk everyone to their rooms, pool, fitness center, etc.

Poor and unresponsive service. No soap in the bathroom. Key cards to doors constantly didn’t work. Breakfast available times was limited. Front desk constantly not manned. Zero control over air in the room.

The property only takes major bank credit cards... so I had to stay at a different hotel because although they took my money from my debit card which still hasn't been refunded a week later.. and the desk person was quite rude with me..the hotel looked nice and I would have loved yo have stayed..

This hotel was clean inside and out, the staff was helpful and polite. We felt safe during our 8 day stay there. It is located within walking distance of about 4 or 5 places to eat. Easy access to the main roads to get around the area quickly.

The staff at this hotel are great. They are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is better than one usually finds ... the food is fresh, with lots of fresh fruit, hot oatmeal and toppings, freshly cooked eggs, sausage, potatoes/waffles, etc.

This hotel was $329 a night when I booked. I had to ask them to turn on the pool lights. I called to ask for more towels and was asked could I come down from my room to the front desk to get them. What is room service for?? Breakfast time was horrible. They didn’t have any kind of breakfast meat. Everything was plain.

The description on the page when I booked my room said tub/shower combo. When I got checked into my room ready to relax in the bath, I was mad to find that it was just a shower. I went to the front desk and he said there were no more handicap rooms left with baths. Grant, I am not handicap and don't need a handicap room. Food at the bar was VERY minimal and undercooked. Basically its microwaved food. Don't expect anything but expect to pay a arm and a leg. I also requested a quiet room. I had my neighbors making noises and banging around from 10pm-12am at night and woken up at 6am from the people upstairs stomping. Wasn't worth a dime, should of gotten a refund or partial refund for the inconvenience.

We chose to stay at Hyatt Place because we have stayed at other Hyatt Place locations and were really impressed with them. This one was ok, just ok. The blanket on our bed had stains, there wasn't any hand cream provided in the room, and the breakfast was eh. For the most part we had a nice stay but if we were to stay in the area again this hotel would not be our first choice, it wasn't worth the money.

The first time we stayed here it was much better. Thia time we were given a room that was dirty there were crumbs in the beds and a bad smell throughout. There was a group of people who kicked us out of the pool who were being incredibly rude and loud running the halls till 1 in the morning and the staff did nothing about it. Food was cold and fruit was moldy. This was a significant decline in just a few months. We stay in hotels almost every weekend for travel sports and this was the last time we will stay here.

When my wife and I arrived to check in, the front desk receptionist didn\'t notice us because he was too busy counting coins further down the desk. After standing there for 60 seconds, I moved in front of him to get his attention. I knew he was busy, but I wanted to make sure he knew there were customers waiting. He wasn\'t entirely friendly. The breakfast buffet was "eh" at best. Breads, some fruit, oatmeal, and the typical hotel powdered eggs. We ate a little, but left to eat elsewhere. The room itself was clean, laid out nicely. Everything worked in it. Comfy bed.
