Loved this place and the staff is so nice and friendly. Pickle ball option, indoor pool, smells clean. Comfy sheets and bedding. Great breakfast. So much to do near. So welcoming with our pet etc. we will be back again.

We love this property! We stay here every time we visit Show Low. The staff is great, the breakfast is great, has a great walking path directly behind the property. We don’t like how the hot tub seems to have chlorine bubbles, an excessive amount. It’s happened every stay we’ve had there.

Great location and quiet area. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was ok, all clean and fresh. Excellent service from people in front desk or reception, especially Christian. He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to my daughter when she tried to get a feminine towel from the dispenser. My daughter is bilingual, and understood very well everything that the adult told her. It was not very nice and very unprofessional. My wife was really upset but we decided not making any scene and just leave the property. Really sad that all the nice work from other employees and good customer service is lost for one person that is not very happy for what she is doing at work, and a minor ends paying for her frustrations. We still love the property and service. We are going back!!

Our family of 4 stayed in the 2 queen suite with balcony. Had a great time in the heated pool with my two young boys. Beautiful location, great parking and breakfast was delicious!! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next winter skiing vacation.

Some of the bar chairs in the eating area had loose legs and also some of the foot rest bars were missing on the sides of them. Also some of the tables were not wiped.

Super clean. Excellent staff. No worries if you have pets-they weren't weird about my large dog. They were super sweet to her. The breakfast was good except turkey sausage day but that's a personal preference thing so nbd. The coffee was great. I gave a 4 for comfort because the beds should be replaced soon. Overall excellent experience. Would highly recommend if you ever end up in Show Low, AZ.

The bed and pillows in the room was awful, the shower pressure was non-existent, and the room itself was much smaller than advertised. The front desk staff, however, was super friendly, and very welcoming when we checked in. I paid over $200 for this room and it was defiantly not worth it!

The listing says that the Two Queen sleeps 5, but it only sleeps 4! The room isn’t big enough to add a cot. We had to go to Walmart and get a blow up mattress. The hotel would be fine if the listing was accurate, but the inaccuracy created issues for us.

The bed was horrible was a nightmare for me and my husband. It must have been a firm mattress. I have stayed in many hotels and never ever had such a firm mattress. VERY disappointed. In addition I was not able to get any points for the hotel stay on their end because I booked with third party. Something I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IN THE FUTURE!

The person that checked me in was rude, at one point I think she rolled her eyes at me. When I came back to ask for help with the Wi-Fi I waited for someone to appear for what seemed like a half hour. Then again, she treated me like I was stupid.

Really sad that all the nice work from other employees and good customer service is lost for one person that is not very happy for what she is doing at work, and a minor ends paying for her frustrations. We still love the property and service. We are going back!!

Very disappointed in the customer service. There was wind blowing into the room from under the heater I asked for another king bed room and was told they were sold out of my PRICE POINT king beds so they could only offer me two queens or find me another room at another hotel. Very disappointed with this as there were other King beds in the hotel.

There is not much in show low and pine top that is close together but I love staying here since I can walk over to the Pitalian located in the same parking lot. There is also a gas station across the street conveniently.

The hotel was beyond my expectation. Friendly staff and easy check in process through the app. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I really liked the breakfast they served and that was more than I expected. The overall experience of this stay was excellent and made me consider taking more vacations like that with hotels this excellent.
