Lovely resort. Thank you for our upgrade to the Lakeside Cottage. Loads of space, king-sized bed, huge bathroom with spa bath, lovely deck, and gas fire (as well as air con). Well-equipped kitchen and fridge. Continental breakfast was perfect, and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and can recommend.

We had booked a winemaker’s cottage for one night and were upgraded to a lakeside cottage on arrival. I think they are similar just the lakeside has a nicer outlook from the back veranda. The cottages are spacious and very well appointed with a separate living area, large bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Everything you could need is included and it is all very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was basic but good. Optionally you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast and barista coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort also included a pool and tennis court which would be nice if you were staying longer.

The cottage was lovely. Perfectly appointed. Hot tub was great. They were running late with housekeeping so we were parked up waiting for them to finish. That may explain why the vacuuming missed a few things. Also they were servicing the hot tub and deck while we were there. Would have preferred that was also done prior to arrival to preserve privacy and enjoyment of lovely space.

We had dinner in restaurant on first evening quite expensive but tasty. Property is some distance from centre if town and they have shuttle service other than to Luna vineyard. When we arrived were told we had been upgraded to garden cottage at the end very quiet. It was very spacious seperate bedroom with spa in bathroom. Full kitchen with all you need. A short 5 minute drive to main part of town. Breakfast was cooked breakfast cereals and fruit. Only negative was no internet in cottage had to go to bar area.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning our whole visit. Our unit was very clean and tidy. Slightly showing some signs of wear and tear. Wifi was not good and needs improving in today’s modern internet settings. The breakfast was simple and nice. Our hot chocolates were not good, needs to improve. Overall very good stay and highly recommended.

The rooms are incredible. I just think they have been designed so well. Lovely and spacious, modern decor, beautiful bathroom. There is nothing I like about this place. It’s in the middle of nowhere in the flatlands with very plain vineyard to it’s side. There are no shops or eateries within easy reach. The staff and particularly the management are incredibly rude and indifferent to customer issues. The place shuts down at 6.30 pm and the service stops. Not what one expects from any hotel, let alone a $300 resort.

This is a fabulous resort in a beautiful, peaceful vineyard setting. The room was so lovely and offered everything we needed, including a wonderful gas fire for a cold winter’s night. The spa bath was heavenly (as was the heated floor in the bathroom) and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the calm, natural colours and the view over the lake and farmland. Breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to the friendly, helpful, professional staff, all of whom contributed to our enjoyment of our visit. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of the garden villas. The private hot tub was so lovely. The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious. The cheese scones we had everyday were amazing! The location was private and quiet. We would stay again!
