Love the NO carpets in the room. Not happy about pool and hot tub closed.

Very friendly and fast staff - very service oriented. Super clean building. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfy. Walking distance to fast food & convenience store in safe area. Pool & hot tub area was nice & clean. Hotel restaurant was nice.

Vending machines and ice machines were not working…it was disappointing.

The pool was under construction which was very disappointing as I was traveling with my daughter, and we chose this property because the pool looked good. The rooms were nice though.

One of the best gyms at a hotel! Pool wasn’t cold, which was awesome. Room was nice, too, and I loved that the room included shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a shoe cleaning sponge. Never seen that before-and my shoes did need some cleaning!

We had a fantastic stay! This place is very nice - especially for the area - but would stand on its own just about anywhere. The rooms are very spacious and up to date. The staff was really good and attentive too. The pool and hot tub are fine - a little on the "loved to death" side - but definitely workable. All in all, great location, good facilities and a great staff - what more could you ask for?

Not my first time here, won’t be the last. My favorite thing about this place is the laundry amenities and the air conditioning with a fan that can stay on 24/7 which helps block out noise outside the room.

After six hours in the car, this hotel was a perfect oasis for the two of us. The in-hotel pub served great food and beer. The room was roomy, the bed beyond comfortable and the bathroom was modern and fresh.

Pool is too cold to use

The one thing I like about this hotel is the beds are comfortable and it’s is clean. I put 4 star on the condition and facilities because of no hair dryer and no safe deposit in the room and the big one is when someone closes the door room it is so loud that you can hear it every time someone closes the door.

One night stay, passing through town. Check in was easy, clerk was friendly. Due to some catered parties within the hotel, it was a bit noisy. Bar/pub on sight was convenient, otherwise the cost per night was too much for the area/space. Food was good, bartender was friendly. Bed was comfortable, walls are thin, doors are loud. Overall was fine but overpriced.

We were in Rockford for a family wedding. I would think twice about getting the Premiere suite. it says it is a separate bedroom. It is up a flight of stairs like a loft. there is not air movement up there. we kept the ceiling fan on all day to keep it from getting extremely hot. we had a bedside table we kept on all night. it is not clear in the description that is a loft room. the furnishing are ok. we had to use a large desk to put our large suitcase on. we left everything down stairs, because the bathroom is down there. the bathroom is wonderful. the shower is amazing for a hotel. this one needs to keep making updates. and get rid of the loft.

I do not recommend staying on the first floor especially at the end of the hallway it’s super noisy from the outside traffic!! King room also needs new bed! Super clean though!

We had a nearly impeccable experience during our stay at your establishment. The facilities were exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and convenient accessibility to various amenities. However, the overall quality of our stay was marred by what appeared to be a lack of staff training. Upon my arrival on Saturday, there seemed to be an assumption that I was part of a group party taking place at the hotel. Despite my clear clarification that I was not associated with the party, the front desk attendant seemed slightly embarrassed and dismissed the misunderstanding. Regrettably, I was assigned two rooms on the first floor. Considering the potential presence of numerous party guests on the same floor, I inquired about the possibility of a room change. The front desk attendant assured me that only two rooms were occupied by party guests, which turned out to be an outright falsehood. As a result, my family and I were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night, enduring loud noises, screaming, and slamming doors that persisted until 2am. Eventually, we were compelled to contact the front desk for assistance. Had the front desk attendant been forthcoming about the actual situation and shown more empathy towards the well-being of her guests, this unfortunate ordeal could have been entirely avoided. I believe that improved training and a heightened sense of responsibility among the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Stopped here on our way to the Airport. Nice hotel - a bit older but in good condition and and was fit for purpose. Well placed for a selection of local restaurants.

It would be nice for an online and one key check in option. Another amenity would be shuttle service to the Casino. The restaurant opened 15 minutes late, but the bar tender was awesome and apologetic.

This has been mentioned before. The hotel does not have a free breakfast option like many in the area. The restaurant was closed on Sunday but we had other plans.

The property shows its age. Room floor wasn't carpeted. On-site restaurant had very slow service due to serving a wedding party. No breakfast provided.
