Very strong smell of ammonia. We were in the hotel for about a half hour. Then we went to dinner and you could smell the hotel on our clothes and in our hair. Our clothes in our bag even had the hotel smell. Also, we killed a couple of bugs in the bathroom.

Changed rooms 4 times just to get a working TV. The room I finally got into i sat at the desk to eat dinner and watch the bears game, only to find roaches living in the little coffee maker that sat there. After finding them, i immediately checked out. They didn’t offer me a refund after going from room to room and even after showing them the video of the roaches. Other issues were lots of big garbage bags packed with leftover food left in the hallways, blankets, sheets, and pillow cases having stains. Would not recommend for anyone.

We arrive to the hotel with overflowed trash cans Our toilet overflowed unexpectedly Water everywhere they did help with that But continued to have issues Light bulbs out in bathroom A smell when using the heater The outside was trashy and no up keep on the grounds Side entrance was a mess with access to a door that would not shut properly so anyone would have access to enter with no key Did not feel comfortable here at all And will never return

Worst hotel and customer service experience I’ve ever had!! Do not stay here!! Read reviews from other sites as well!! Not only were conditions completely and utterly unacceptable, but the hotel manager AND hotels.com would not help make any of it right or help to relocate my family somewhere else that was safe for my child to stay. We were on live support with hotels.com for 30 min and then another HOUR AND 30 MIN on the phone with them trying to make it right. Explaining we would gladly pay an upgrade fee to be moved to a more suitable place that was not completely filthy! No resolve. The manager said we were late checking in to get a cancellation- WE DID NOT CANCEL, we showed up, hoping to stay and it was so gross, I would not even bring my bags in. The carpets are filthy, there were hand prints on all the mirrors, the bed wasn’t made, the windows were so dingy and dirty you couldn’t see out of them. There were holes in the wall. I could not stay there - especially with a child!! And for no help or solution to be help make this right and to lose out all the money is absolutely ridiculous. Trust me when I tell you- FIND ANYWHERE ELSE to stay and honestly, probably won’t use hotels.com anymore - which is sad considering I have been a customer for a long time!
