We couldn’t find the thermostat to change the temperature. It was a little noisy including noise from our upstairs neighbor.

My daughter and I stayed here for Ayop Nationals for 8 days. Pros: Clean Spacious Room Provided Basic Kitchen Utensils to cook Free use of washer/dryer A/C worked well Shower Pressure was good Close to all the shops Free and lots of parking Dog Friendly Cons: Staff could be more welcoming Staff could provide more information Dishwasher/Sink clogged Fire Alarm went off at 1am We had a pleasant stay overall. The only thing I would say is I felt that I was almost bothering the staff whenever I would ask a question or request. It would be nice if they would’ve told me certain things during check in like, where trash goes/free laundry/free coffee/loaning station for kitchen. It would’ve helped me knowing instead of trying to figure it out myself. They were helpful when I would ask for items but again, I felt like I was bothering them most of the time. They should initiate the good mornings and have a good day instead of guests. The first day our dishwasher did leak but they were able to fix it the next day. The fire alarm did go off at 1am. So be careful cooking in the middle of the night. The room itself was great and I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 8 nights and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. The bathtub had visible mold and stayed clogged for three days before it was finally fixed. Our room was never serviced the entire stay; no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. I had to go downstairs and request clean towels. The property itself also needs attention. The grass outside looks like it hasn’t been cut in months, and many of the fixtures around the hotel are rusty and worn. The staff were ok when approached, but overall the upkeep and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.
