This is my first Christmas since my separation from my kids mom and I wanted to take my kids to a hotel with a pool and i got what i paid for. This was the cheapest option in a 50 mi or so radius. Yes, they have an indoor pool, the pool room temp was probably 60. The pool was mildly warmer but definitely not warm. My son started chattering in 20 min but his lips werent blue so we kept playing. I let them know that night that we'd swim again innthe morning hoping they would turn on the heater. No such like. Hotels.com advertised free breakfast and there was none. The fridge did work. The mircrowave couldnt even pop popcorn and the bed was uneven and lumpy. There was no secondary lock on the door, just the deadbolt, which was only unsettling because there was a latch on the wall. Will not be returning. Definitely will try to pay more for a better venue if i can afford it.

The rooms were dirty and had no fitted sheet so you’re essentially sleeping on a bare mattress. Plenty of long term residents wandering around the halls throughout the night yelling, hanging out in the parking lot and premises. Staff was nice enough.

I rented this room for family coming from out of town to a wedding and the first room they have them smelled like pee and musty and so has to get another room but wasn’t much better could of been cleaner. Wouldn’t recommend

The hotel seemed dirty, the room smelled awful. There was a sharps container in the hallway for needles and trash piled up outside a side exit door and walkway till it was picked up a day and a half later. The front desk person was helpful when asked for clean towels.

When we arrived the lobby smelled of marajuana, and the desk clerk laughed it off and said others have said that but she doesn’t notice it. When we got to our room it was horrible!! It smelled of mold and marajuana and stale cigarettes. We arrived so late we felt there was no other option but to stay, but it was horrible. Key cards didn’t work properly, people were outside stating the keys probably weren’t working because they didn’t pay their rent!!!! I felt very uneasy and unsafe. The room looked and smelled like it was straight out of a horror film! The hotel stated that the smell likely is from being right by the pool. No!!!! That hotel is gross and should not be renting rooms!!!!

My first room had a flea infestation, room #2 had kights and bathroom vent fans that did not work and the third was ended by the fire department crashing through our door in what ended up being a false alarm. Then we were subsequently accuser of triggering the smoke alarm even though we were cleared of any wrongdoing.

We started out in the wrong room for one room.After everything was unpacked and carried up the stairs,we had to move. Given a key for one room and there was luggage in it, then with the the new room key ,the room reeked of weed and weed was found on the floor of the room. We did not feel safe enough to spend the night and we all left the facility.
