Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Mitchell Cincinnati Area

The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They consistently made sure we had fresh towels and clean bed linens, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also reliable each morning, and the air conditioning unit handled the unpredictable Midwest weather surprisingly well. The standout feature of this hotel was definitely the staff. Every interaction we had was professional, prompt, and positive. They created a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our extended stay much more comfortable. There was also some light construction happening during our stay, but the staff handled everything professionally and did their best to minimize any inconvenience. The only issue we had was with the pool. We specifically booked this hotel because the amenities listed included a pool, but during our nearly 3-week stay, it was unavailable the entire time. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly stated when the pool is open and operational, or temporarily removed it from the amenities list until guests are actually able to use it.

Smoking available but considered second class citizen with boarded and taped window pane. Was told that I would be fine and not to worry

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms could definitely use a upgrade but over all, not bad for the money

No bed bugs. Sheets are clean. Top blankets dirty. Good thing I take some with me when I travel. Just a suggestion take your own.

Everything was what you expect for the price.
