The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Definitely no frills but clean and comfortable. No elevators so you wouldn’t want to have much luggage if having to stay on the second floor. Landscaping around building is overgrown with weeds and needs a lot of work. Didn’t use the pool, but pool and pool area looked nice.

The only positive thing was is the a/c worked in the first room. First room was nothing like pictured. Nasty stained carpet. Pool was green, the door going outside didn't lock so anyone can walk in anytime. The second night they moved us to a room with wood looking floors, but it was 2 queens not a king like we had. We killed 3 spiders, and the a/c barely could keep the room cool. We were very disappointed. Talked to front desk and they said since I booked online there is nothing they can do. Needless to say, we did not rest much. We tried to avoid being in the room as much as we could. The halls were musty smelling. We will never stay at th Quality Inn again! It was disgusting.

First the customer service was really good and friendly and I appreciate them. The room was okay. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable to me but to each their own. The breakfast was limited to waffles, a couple types of cereal, yogurt and bagels. Basically things that wouldn't need cooked by staff. There was a large gravel parking area for Semi's, RVs and Trucks with boats like mine which is great. There was a decent amount of trash scattered throughout this gravel lot and there were 110 plug-ins all along the edge of the cement parking, BUT except for 1, they were all disconnected and many either busted or broken. These are all fixable issues, if the owners decide to fix them. I'd consider staying here again but would also look around for other options.

Advertised free crib, but up charge on rollaways, got charged $25 per night for a pack-n-play. Floors were so dirty that my 10 month old had dirty hands and knees from crawling around on the linoleum. There were dead spiders in the pool. Other than that, it was peachy! Good location! Right across the street from McD’s, Waffle House and Cracker Barrel…. Good thing too, their continental breakfast is below par!

The hotel was older and needed updating. The pool was green. The area around the hotel was run down.The room was not the cleanest. The staff however was nice with the exception of the girl that checked us out. She was rude, unpleasant, and would be fired if she worked for me. We will not be staying here again.

My family and I were coming from Missouri and we decided to stay here and do things around the lake area. It looked good on the Internet. We got our room and our bed was covered in URINE! I’ve been fighting since the end of June for a refund. Hotel says they aren’t giving one since I booked through 3rd party but the 3rd party says hotel should refund. If you want to sleep in urine this place is for you!

My room had bedbugs. I woke up itching and had bites. I found one and killed it. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone up. A young man came up and I showed him the remains of the big, my bites, and the sheets where the bug had left blood when I killed it. He was very polite, apologized profusely, but had no answers. I asked for another room and was told they were full, even though they were full, but the hotel.com website indicated several rooms were available. There was NO refund or cancelation (I booked two nights). I am a 65 year old retired woman traveling solo. I had no choice but lose money or stay put. The room was not sprayed or any attempt to decontaminate it was made while I there. I had 2 miserable nights of no sleep in room 236. I highly regret my booking. I’m home now itching. My suitcase is being fogged outside to make sure I didn’t carry anything home. It looked like a good hotel…

We put this day late in the evening as we had to stop here in our road trip. We checked in just before 11 PM, honestly as a last resort it seems like the nicest place in the area. Mistake. Upon arrival into our room, the room had a strange smell And felt humid. The AC did end up working, but didn’t get light. The street lights in the parking lot shine through our room all night long making it difficult to rest. The room was dingy with stain walls and chipped paint. I killed two bugs in the bathroom. When we fold the back our bed to sleep our sheets, had a blood stain in the middle of it. Thankfully we booked a queen bed with two beds so we were table to double up in one. We were so tired that we did not have the energy to swap rooms or hotels. We slept for 5 hours and got up to leave. We would NEVER recommend this stay to anyone.

Where do I start! The hallway to our room smelled awful it was very musty and there was a leak in the ceiling with a bucket to catch the water. Soon as we entered our room we noticed the floor was dirty and sticky. We told the front desk and a young man brought some spray and rag. He did try to wipe it up, however it needed to be moped, which never happened. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it as well. The shower looked dirty like it hadn't been clean, and the commode wouldn’t flush at one time, so my husband told the front desk and they handed him a plunger in a bag so He had to put on his plumbers hat and fix that issue.. we requested our room be moped when we went out for the day. Upon returning we noticed it was never done. Where’s house keeping? It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.. we would have stayed somewhere else if it wasn’t the holiday weekend and every other place was booked.. definitely will not stay there again..

Room was RIDDLED with BED BUGS... I was there for the week for work, doing construction at the new casino. I check in late, after 9:00pm. First I get a key to an already occupied room. Imagine someone trying to get into your room when you're sleeping at that time. Guy came out yelling at me. Great start! I get another room, fine. I run to Mcdonalds across the street, get back around 9:45pm. I was in the room maybe 30 minutes, pulled the blankets back, and saw BED BUGS on the sheets and pillow cases. They were in between all layers of bedding, and of all different sizes (ages). Immediately grabbed my bags and walked back to the front desk asking for another room. The "manager" wanted to see proof, so we went into the room together with another employee. Instead of owning it, the manager asks where I've been traveling today, and claims that I must have brought the bugs with me! "they don't have a bug problem there". the other employee slowly walked out of the room into the doorway. I was dumbfounded. I demanded another room. The manager says he can't put me in another room because "I'll bring my bugs to the other room too". So they basically threw me out of the hotel after 10pm after I already paid in full. They cancelled my stay there. I'm expecting a refund, we'll see if that ever happens! Absolute dump of a place - poorly run by arrogant people. Avoid at all costs! I booked for close proximity to the jobsite, but never again! Wouldn't stay here for free

The room was not cleaned. Room smelled of bad body order. We had to go to dollar store and buy air freshner. There was cobwebs everywhere. I had to clean them off. There was black stuff on floors. The bathroom was not clean. Tub was dirty. Walls were dirty. Floors were dirty. I will never stay here gain or any quality inn.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The facility in general is just old and dated, but the room I stayed in wasn’t kept very clean. There was a dead spider in the ceiling corner of the bathroom and a crack in the bathtub. The foot felt dirty and behind the beds was four layers worth of dust. Also behind the bed, there were clothing articles left by a previous guest that hadn’t been picked up. So clearly they do not clean behind the beds. It was so gross. Like I said everyone was nice, but they definitely need to clean their rooms better.

When we came in it seemed like a decent place to be. Our room was on the second floor so as soon as we climbed the stairs the climate changed to hot immediately. Hoping our room would be cooler, it wasn’t since the air was off and it was almost 90 degrees in our room. We turned the air on and took almost 4 hours to cool it off where it was more comfortable. In our reservation it was for 1 queen bed and it was more of a full size bed which was truly uncomfortable. The smoke detector had no battery in it and light fixtures was cracked. I will say the water pressure was awesome though only good part about the stay there.

We were headed to Georgia for work and decided to stop for the night rather than drive straight thru. We've stayed in Quality Inns before so decided to grab a room here. Room was clean, a/c was cold and it was quiet, considering we saw a lot of families coming in when we checked in. Water pressure was great plus our room had a jacuzzi tub! We didnt use it but it was a pleasant surprise. However, it wouldnt be good for someone with mobility issues as you have to step into the tub to use the shower and its a pretty big step so id be sure to let the staff know if you need an accessible bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay!

For how big our room was because it was a corner room, a bigger tv would’ve been awesome! Lol! But other than that, it was comfortable to sleep. Shower pressure is GREAT. Toilets are low to ground so my 6’5 boyfriend had a time lol.

The two men working here entered my room without permission while I was IN MY ROOM GETTING DRESSED. When I confronted the situation he saw no wrong doing at all. I immediately checked out and went to a much nicer hotel because I did not feel safe or comfortable to stay there.

This stay Was accidentally booked a week in Advance. Due to Hotels.com calendar Not tracking appropriate days of the week like other websites. I stayed with this hotel two days and it was an OK experience. They would not work together and give me a refund for the day that was accidentally booked. Hotel said they would refund it the day. I actually checked in there and Hotels.com could not reach the front desk to ask for the refund. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call to get Approval to refund it. Hotels.com did not even try. I received permission the day after I made the reservation through the hotel. Very frustrating experience.

Check in quick and efficient. BUT, at the end the guy said "here is your key, you are in room 212." How does anyone in the hospitality industry not know that you should not announce a guest's room number so that everyone else in the lobby hears it? My rating would have been higher had it not been for this one very important thing.

Our tv was not working. I called front desk & the gal immediately came to our room to check it out. After trying to unsuccessfully fix the problem they immediately gave us a different room & apologized for the problem. Very friendly & helpful staff & great price!! Would stay here again!!

When we booked the room it said absolutely nothing about a deposit. Got to the hotel and was charged a $50 deposit. Then when we left they said that the room smelled so bad refused to give us back our $50 deposit and said there was dirty diapers on the bed. the diapers that was left on the bed were brand new clean diapers never been used and there was nothing to make a smell in that room because there was no smoking at all in the room. They just have a tendency of ripping hard working people out of money. The manager was super super rude. Informed me that they was keeping my deposit for the washing bedding. The breakfast wasn't even worth eating. So I payed as much as I did.

Quiet and affordable. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. Very little options. Waffle mix was empty every day and both cereal options were stale. Bread for toast was not fresh. Orange juice was empty every day

Actually a great hotel for the price. Bed and pillows were very comfy Shower worked great Check in went smoothly and friendly I did ask for an extra blanket and he supposedly couldn't find one. Hotel didnt look full so u doubt that answer Its ok the heater worked great in the room There were some worn areas in the room, but nothing to cry about Surprisingly they did have breakfast no eggs or meat, but there was waffles and cereals

Clean, basic hotel for an overnight stay. It's a little tired and dated but the room was fine. The breakfast was not good. There was no protein at all. There was a waffle maker with packets of fake syrup, 2 choices of sugared cereal (fruit loops or frosted flakes), packets of flavored instant oatmeal, some containers of generic yogurt and a few pieces of bread/packaged danishes. The staff was friendly. There was a small refrigerator in the room.
