This is an older property that needs some repairs but the staff is excellent. We were especially impressed by the afternoon lady that even made sure my grandchild had a warm towel when he got out of the pool.

You get what you pay for. I only needed to stay over-night so the damaged carpet in the hall and comforter on my bed were tolerable. It is advertised as having an indoor pool. It does not. And I was told there is no intension to open the pool or fix the hot tub. It is in a good location for shopping and restaurants and was quiet. Definitely could use some updates. It’s my hotel of choice when I need a short stay.

GREAT customer service at the desk. They let me check in early. Indoor pool was colder than the 80° told to us. Also the curtain/drapes was stained and the comforter had whatvseemed to be burn holes.

The guy at the front desk and staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately due to the heavy contractor traffic the common areas were filthy. There were chunks of dirt and mud throughout all hallways, stairwells, lobby area and breakfast area. It was so much that it was impossible for the cleaning staff to handle in one day, so they just left it. If you’re going to continue to host “dirt working contractors” you should either implement rules for those guest not to wear their mud covered work boots inside or provide those guest with an area to clean off or store their nasty boots so that it doesn’t effect the comfort of other guests or the cleanliness of your establishment.

The property is a little dated. It was an average night’s stay. The bed was comfortable. The sheets had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The towels were ok, not very soft. The price was right. They are in the process of updating the hotel; we had loose plug ins but compared to the comfort and service offered it was not a concern. Breakfast was mostly carbs but there was yogurt with cane sugar. It would be rough for diabetic and there was plenty of coffee, thank you!

This is just not a great hotel. First off, they have a very long check-in process. At 11:00 at night all i want is my key and a bed. I paid everything beforehand. But no, a long arduous process of getting yet another $100 dollars from me in case i mess the room up and then a long lecture on all the policies including things like no smoking and no pets, etc... Got the key to my room but had to finagle it a while before it worked. Opened the door and the room smelled very badly either of smoke or some other nasty, musty smell. We had no towels in our room, good luck taking a shower. No plunger for the toilet, what am i supposed to do? I was disappointed and don't plan to stay at a Super 8 again.

Breakfast was horrible. Both days had to ask them to refill the coffee. There was only one apple for the fruit. It was not a healthy breakfast at all.
