The room was clean . The bedroom was small for a double, bed was very comfy but had a terrible squeak every time one person moved . The bathroom spacious and good shower. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Located very good for travelling around the area .

We stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. We had a great time despite all the museums being temporarily closed. They will be open next week possibly. Dawn and Danny were fantastically hospitable. The room was very comfortable with a huge shower. We ate in one evening after a drink outside. The standard of the food was fantastic as were the breakfasts. We will undoubtedly return when the National Trust have opened everything up again.
