It’s ok wish the pool gate was open!

The stay was fine, I was charged for “parking” which was not explained anywhere through the booking process and I was not made aware of the charge at the desk when I checked in. I was told my card “needed to be on file”

Everyone was very nice and professional. They made sure everything, policy wise was clear from the beginning. They were ready to help with any problems or questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. I've seen some reviews complain about the ac in the room, but once we ran ours and gave it a bit to fill the room it was perfect. Honestly can't figure out why this place has low reviews. My family loved it.

I like this place because you have your own entrance, a big fridge, you can smoke and bring your dog. Plus the front desk people are cool.

After a long day of travel it’s nice to just park in front of your room and go right in. The only problem is other guests or visitors outside who are loud and unaware or indifferent to quiet hours. The hotel did not seem very busy but we were given rooms on the same row as the office. Seemingly on either side of the only other guest and one room was next to what I believe to be a full time resident. The outside noise was just excessive after 11 PM. The carpet was dirty (so dirty that I walked around in the room for 15 minutes before showering and my feet were black with dirt, my traveling companion as well. We were in rooms 103 and 105) and the shower curtain and bath mat were stained. But the coffee was good and the staff was friendly. Sheets were clean. Towels were thicker and nicer than the Red Roof in SC the night before. Room did not smell musty but the overwhelming smell of cleaner was nauseating, especially in the lobby. If we weren’t location and budget had not necessitated our stay we probably would not have chosen this option and likely will not again.

You can tell the place was not cleaned. Not with any real cleaning supplies.Looks like they just wipe stuff down. Found hairs get in the bathroom on the tub, In the tub and also around the toilet.

the place was filthy. I seriously doubt the sheets had been changed. the shower was covered in mold, and the entire room smelled musty. worst experience. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. I expected low quality because the price was cheap, but this was beyond what I imagined , I am honestly at o loss for words.

Fridge sat on luggage rack, didn’t work. Tub faucet was stripped, only hot water. Not many plugs, one behind one nightstand. Just dirty, stained tub. Towels thin & dingy. $100 deposit required & they check room before they refund it. Really?! Have pictures but don’t see where I can upload.

I paid for the room ahead of so I couldn’t get my money back so I slept in my truck there was blood on two of the pillows when I removed the cases hair in the bed blood drops on bathroom door headboard dusty an dirty bed linen dingy desk chair, leather, broke up and peeling off the room smelt of moldy water. It felt safer just to sleep in my car.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and easy to deal with. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the lot and grounds were clear of debris. Perfect stay for me and my son.

Dresser drawer falling open and wouldn't shut, could see previously taped shut - flat screen kept streaking and image breaking up not watchable - bed made metal banging sound (the frame) when you got in and out of it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bed broke in the middle of the night. Some type of bugs crawling on the walls. Tv has no sound.

Very respectful workers and easy going

The stay was originally great until the very last night when the power went out and the attendant didn't know how to fix it. She wasn't willing to troubleshoot and 97% of the adult population understands that it is a simple fix of flipping a breaker however she was too inconvenienced or uneducated to read the schematics and refused to let us. My husband has a handyman business and we do things like this daily. We weren't even gonna charge her lol

Excessive late fee charges , extortion .. I would not recommend this to any one for they took all my money and late fees and kicked us out because we put a bad review on them and told us if we did not remove the review they would make us leave which they did and we lost out on money

Check in was easy. Polite and nice people. Just an older hotel that needs a remodel. My bed valance was moldy and room had smell of mold. Hot water and pressure good for showering.

It is great every time I stay there! GREAT LOCATION: YOU ARE NEAR EVERYTHING FROM RESTRAUTES TO STORES! EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL!

Not bad for the price. Right off the highway, plenty of restaurants and a Kroger within walking distance.
