Sauberes und gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Mainz. Fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Zentrale ÖPNV-Haltestelle direkt am Eingang. Hoteleigenes kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus mit rund 20 Stellplätzen. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Trotz der Einbettung des Gebäudes zwischen zwei Schnellstraßen und eine Bahnlinie vergleichsweise ruhig.

Hotel füssläufig ca. 5 MInuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, daher zwar gut zum Erreichen der Innenstadt aber nicht das schönste Umfeld. Hotel allerdings prima, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Kleine hoteleigene Tiefgarage allerdngs großes Parkhaus direkt nebenan. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gute spontane Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und es fehlt an Nichts. Fremde Haare an Duschwand, Waschbecken und Fußboden waren nicht so schön. Laute Umgebung, aber sollte man ja in Kauf nehmen wenn man zentral übernachten und die Unterkunft mit dem Auto gut erreichen möchte. Also vielen Dank!

Leider dieses Mal ein Flop. Erst ein Zimmer zugeteilt, das noch nicht gereinigt war. Danach ein Einzelzimmer mit 1,40 Bett mit nicht wirklich funktionierender Klimaanlage für zwei Personen bekommen. Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht. In einem Voraufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Lage, sauber, Einrichtung gut.

Perfectly ok for a few nights stay, comfortable bed, nice size and a very quiet room - despite facing a motorway. A perfect welcome at the reception - efficient and polite, without taking too much time. A clean, spacious, and a nicely lit up bathroom, with good ventilation. The room comes with a drink cooler fridge, a kettle, and a tea/coffee tray. Entrance is virtually behind the train station, and next to a bus/tram stop, making it super easy to reach the rest of the city. Our second, and if ever back in Mainz, not the last time here.

Location was ideal next to the railway station but it was noisy but that was not the hotels fault. The girl on reception was friendly and helpful The hotel rooms themselves weren’t very welcoming. They were dark and dated but very clean. I didn’t like that they changed the towels every day whether we wanted them to or not. Not very green. Our stay was ok!

Fairly good place, located 3 minutes from train station and walking distance from town centre. Clean, all in good condition, completely quiet despite next to busy road and train tracks. Bed a bit on the soft side, and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Tip: sign up for their ‘H Rewards’ loyalty programme and you get free public transport ticket from reception.

A very handy hotel just opposite the West exit from the main station. Modern building with spacious, comfortable rooms, really quiet even though on a main road. Staff friendly and helpful, if you join their free H+ rewards you get a free public transport ticket for the local area which is handy. I got my free drink for being a Hotels.com status customer at check in. Room was nice with free bottled water, shower a bit weak as it's an eco shower but otherwise I'd recommend highly for the price paid!

A good room that is starting to show some age. The mattress is a bit too soft for me. But it’s a perfectly fine room, especially for the price. The rest of the property is is great shape and up to date, as is the room itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near the train station. Room service is upon request (not sure if there is a charge). There is no shampoo/conditioner in the room, which is weird. When asked, I was told to use the body wash instead. Seriously?! I also did not appreciate being charged for an early check in. I arrived around 1 pm. I understand when the room is unavailable, but they had the room and still charged me 25 euro.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass das Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe war. Ansonsten war die Frühstücksauswahl auch reichlich und sehr gut. Und auch sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, würde gerne jederzeit wieder kommen.

The front desk people were amazingly friendly and helpful. The bed was standard European uncomfortable but the AC was good, as was the shower pressure. Very close to the train station and walkable to the sights.

Ok location,front desk staff were great, bartender too. The person who seated us for breakfast wasn't very nice. I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel. The 17 euro breakfast had meager choices, not impressed.

Fairly good place, located 3 minutes from train station and walking distance from town centre. Clean, all in good condition, completely quiet despite next to busy road and train tracks. Bed a bit on the soft side, and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Tip: sign up for their ‘H Rewards’ loyalty programme and you get free public transport ticket from reception.

Sauberes und gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Mainz. Fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Zentrale ÖPNV-Haltestelle direkt am Eingang. Zimmer war sehr sauber und relativ modern ausgestattet. Die Umgebung des Hotels war allerdings nicht wirklich einladend, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ausbaufähig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedoch definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Hotel füssläufig ca. 5 MInuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, daher zwar gut zum Erreichen der Innenstadt aber nicht das schönste Umfeld. Hotel allerdings prima, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Kleine hoteleigene Tiefgarage allerdngs großes Parkhaus direkt nebenan. Kommen gerne wieder.

Rummet var mycket mindre än vad som visades när jag beställde. Det sades vara 19 m2 men var nog max 12m2. Dessutom står det att restaurang skulle finnas. Var en av anledningarna till att vi valde detta. Restaurangen har varit stängd sedan covid. Vilseledande information !!!

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass das Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe war. Ansonsten war die Frühstücksauswahl auch reichlich und sehr gut. Und auch sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, würde gerne jederzeit wieder kommen.

Love the location and ease of access to the city. The room was very comfortable and functional for working. The dining options were unimpressive in the hotel and held odd hours. But I felt safe and comfortable and had great sleep! Would definitely stay again!

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, and it was very hot in July. They gave us an electric fan to use. In the past, InterCity hotels have included a tram /bus pass, but they don't do this any more. That's one reason we stayed here and also that it is close to the train station.

This is a hotel that does not provide anything amazing but neither does not disappoint you. Best part of the hotel is definitely the location - right next to Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance from the city center. Room was clean and sufficiently spacious. Air conditioning was working but was barely keeping the room cool during the night. Good, basic breakfast. Reception seemed quite crowded all the time, it is a good idea to do the check-in in advance online. Overall it was a good stay, would consider going there again when going to Mainz next time.
