What a cool hotel. Two things to mention - (1) the staff was absolutely super in every way; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and available and (2) beautiful, comfortable lobby bar. Rooms were very nice as well.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sowohl das Zimmer als auch die Lobby und der Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und wirklich empfehlenswert genau wie der Fitness und Saunabereich. Einfach absolut top!

Tolles, stylisches Hotel. Nur der neu angepriesene WhatsApp Reception Service funktioniert nicht. Die WhatsApp Anfrage wurde leider gar nicht beantwortet. Aber ansonsten eines der besten Hotels mit tollem Frühstück und sehr guten ausgestattetem Gym-Bereich und sehr schöner Spa mit Sauna und Relaxing Area. Jederzeit wieder.

Schönes neuwertiges und modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Mainz, fast direkt am Bahnhof. Durch die gute Schallisolierung bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht viel von der zentralen Lage mit. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend, interessiert und präsent. Die Betten sind super bequem und im Hotel selbst findet sich neben Bar auch Fitnessraum und Sauna.

Das Hotel und Personal und insbesondere das Frühstück ist hervorragend! Da ich ein „FitnessFreak“ bin, lege ich großen Wert auf das Fitnessstudio… und hier dürften die Geräte … im Besonderen… das Rudergerät besser gereinigt, gepflegt und hier im Speziellen auch geölt werden! Beste Grüße

Sehr gute Lage, Hotelpersonal und Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gratis Mini Bar, abends frisches kostenloses Popcorn oder eine Candybar Zimmer sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, geräumige Dusche, sehr modern, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lediglich Zimmerklimatisierung hätten wir gerne kälter gehabt. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage im klassischen Sinne, man konnte nur bis zu 2° wärmer oder kälter auswählen.

Sehr gute Lage, Hotelpersonal und Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schoon en modern hotel met een zeer goed ontbijt. Kamers zeer goed onderhouden,schone lakens en nieuwe bedden. Parkeren 25 euro per dag graag wel vermelden in de bijlage.

Mi sono piaciute la grande pulizia, la squisita cortesia ed efficienza dello staff, l'eccellente insonorizzazione e il simpatico design. Non mi è piaciuto il minimalismo del bar (bevande e snack tipo quelle da macchinetta e null'altro), l'eccesso di digitalizzazione, non avere in stanza una sedia con schienale ma solo sgabelli, TV solo in tedesco. Però l'atmosfera e la cortesia sono davvero speciali, i trasporti comodi.

The semi industrial decor creates a more interesting environment than the blandness of many hotels. Every thing was efficient and immaculately clean. The only criticism is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

Clean, nice and modern place, but very loud in the night (police, ambulance and helicopter operations during the night). Breakfast was fine. Next time I rather book a hotel which is not so close to central railway station and the hospital.

Le camere sono moderne ed eleganti, con letti confortevoli e un buon insonorizzazione in molte, ma diverse recensioni descrivono layout compatti con docce a vista che riducono la privacy. Sehr stylisches, aber gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestelle vor der Tür), Hbf fußläufig, Innenstadt nicht weit, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der lauten Straße kein Verkehrslärm, da die Fenster sehr gut isolieren. Zumindest nach hinten raus! Ein paar Schwierigkeiten hatten wir mit den Rollläden, da sie sich selbst auf durchlässig gestellt haben, was ich nachts aber nicht gemerkt habe. Ohne die Verdunkelungsvorhänge war es dann sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Aber das weiß ich ja jetzt fürs nächste Mal. Die Matratze (Queensize-Bett) ist zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Nette Bar mit schönen Loungeecken, Raucherzimmer. Essen haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Das Hotel hat eine lockere und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war recht klein, das Bad zwar stylisch, aber auch unpraktisch. Die Waschtischarmatur gibt Rätsel auf, nutzbare Ablageflächen Mangelware. Zur Frühstückszeit zwischen 7:00 und 8:00 ist ein Platz an eine Esstisch Glückssache, die Frühstücksauswahl recht übersichtlich, aber gut (das matschige Rührei augenommen). Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig.

What an unique hotel! Cute, very nice room with a separate toilet and shower. The shower is open to the room, fyi. Extremely convenient location to the Mainz train station. Loved the fitness room, too. Only downside is that the whole building was too warm, hence it was really warm in the fitness room, too. Maybe they have aircon in the summer? Breakfast was too expensive (21€) for me to try it, but I’m sure it would have been excellent like everything else.

Stylisches Hotel, Personal sehr nett, Frühstücksraum zu klein nicht genug Platz wenn was los ist dafür gute Qualität, Safe ging nicht auf. Klimaanlage geht nicht wirklich. Lage Nähe Hauptbahnhof, also zentral. Zimmer sind schon relativ klein. Im ganzen ist es aber ein schönes Hotel.

Modernes Hotel mit guter Lage und mit guter Anbindung. Allerdings Frühstück 25€ finde ich überteuert. Das Zimmer war klein und eng und das Bad/Dusche war nicht separat, sondern ins Zimmer integriert. Keine Diskretion. Es war nachts sehr laut, da Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße und Bahnhof. Für diesen Preis etwas besseres erwartet.

Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla Mainz Hbf, con tram e autobus nelle vicinanze, e raggiungibile a piedi dal centro storico e dal Reno. Alcuni notano il traffico intenso e le sirene in questo incrocio trafficato; l'insonorizzazione aiuta, ma alcuni hanno comunque sentito rumore o hanno trovato difficile guidare e parcheggiare.

Sehr stylisches, aber gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestelle vor der Tür), Hbf fußläufig, Innenstadt nicht weit, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der lauten Straße kein Verkehrslärm, da die Fenster sehr gut isolieren. Zumindest nach hinten raus! Ein paar Schwierigkeiten hatten wir mit den Rollläden, da sie sich selbst auf durchlässig gestellt haben, was ich nachts aber nicht gemerkt habe. Ohne die Verdunkelungsvorhänge war es dann sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Aber das weiß ich ja jetzt fürs nächste Mal. Die Matratze (Queensize-Bett) ist zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Nette Bar mit schönen Loungeecken, Raucherzimmer. Essen haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Schönes neuwertiges und modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Mainz, fast direkt am Bahnhof. Durch die gute Schallisolierung bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht viel von der zentralen Lage mit. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend, interessiert und präsent. Die Betten sind super bequem und im Hotel selbst findet sich neben Bar auch Fitnessraum und Sauna.

Clean, nice and modern place, but very loud in the night (police, ambulance and helicopter operations during the night). Breakfast was fine. Next time I rather book a hotel which is not so close to central railway station and the hospital.

Das Hotel hat eine lockere und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war recht klein, das Bad zwar stylisch, aber auch unpraktisch. Die Waschtischarmatur gibt Rätsel auf, nutzbare Ablageflächen Mangelware. Zur Frühstückszeit zwischen 7:00 und 8:00 ist ein Platz an eine Esstisch Glückssache, die Frühstücksauswahl recht übersichtlich, aber gut (das matschige Rührei augenommen). Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig.

Funky and modern but a little too basic for me. It was clean and comfortable and I didn't mind that the room was small but I struggled without coffee/tea making facilities and no working English TV channels even though they were on the guide. The evening food was Caribbean which is fine if you like spicy food so I found the choice too small

Mi sono piaciute la grande pulizia, la squisita cortesia ed efficienza dello staff, l'eccellente insonorizzazione e il simpatico design. Non mi è piaciuto il minimalismo del bar (bevande e snack tipo quelle da macchinetta e null'altro), l'eccesso di digitalizzazione, non avere in stanza una sedia con schienale ma solo sgabelli, TV solo in tedesco. Però l'atmosfera e la cortesia sono davvero speciali, i trasporti comodi.

very handy to the train station, new rooms well insulated as there is a lot of trafic. Great breakfast and particular loved the fact that they provide free of charge in the room fridge a few bottles of water, coke and even a small wine bottle( already rare to have a fridge in the room) + they have a great bar and sell many smacks so if you arrive late no issues they have you covered
