Hotel hat eine super Lage sehr zentral in Mainz am Wasser. Das Hotel hat zwar eine Tiefgarage, welche leider voll war. Direkt nebenan in der Passage gibt es aber auch ein großes Parkhaus. Das Personal war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage ist für warme/heiße Tage leider gar nicht ausreichend. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Wellnessbereich mit u.a. kleinem Schwimmbecken und einem Whirlpool. Mir persönlich war die Temperatur im Whirlpool viel zu warm. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiter empfohlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr angenehmen und aufmerksamen Personal. Schöner Pool, flexible Spa Zeiten. Direkt am Rhein mit großer Terrasse direkt vorm Hotel. Altstadt von Mainz mit nur kurzem Fußweg erreichbar.

Hôtel Grand confort, moderne, propre, beaux matériaux. MAIS 1 Ascenseur en panne, hamam en panne, beaucoup de monde lors du réveillon et on a senti que le personnel était dépassé... Nous avons été coincés dans le parking, Aucune communication sur les activités de l’hôtel Dîner au bar les assiettes sur nos genoux, petit déjeuner idem…. Très moyen pour un hôtel de ce standing

We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room during our stay, but the staff was courteous and very responsive. They fixed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good space for clothes and a desk to work at. The bathroom has a sliding barn door, so not as great for privacy as a normal door. Breakfast started after I had to leave for my work meetings, but there were some pastries and coffee set out in a easy "grab and go" manner. Overall, a good choice for a hotel in Mainz.

It was very nice and the staff lovely. Bed comfortable and clean. The bathroom grout looked pretty dirty and moldy. Would have loved the air conditioner to get cooler and the WiFi to be better connection. The breakfast was superb though.

Sehr schön gelegenes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes, Hotel mit einigen Mängeln, die wir so nicht erwartet hätten. Enttäuschend das Frühstück. Das einzige, was frisch zubereitet wurde, war das Heißgetränk, der Rest war vorbereitet. So z.B. hatte der Käse die rote Farbe der Salami angenommen und war kaum vom Käse zu trennen. Das Frühstück kam eine halbe Stunde später, nur auf Nachfrage unsererseits. Unhygienisch schmutziger Frühstückswagen. Löchrige Gardinen, löchrige verwaschene verfusselte Servietten, Kaffeespritzer am TV Schrank, Schabe in der Badewanne. Fotos vorhanden. Sofortige Reaktion seitens des Front Manager, Parkgebühren sowie Servicepauschale wurden gestrichen. Danke schön! Das war aber der berühmte erste Eindruck, den nichts wettmachen kann.

Tolles Hotel, super tierlieb, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht wirklich ordentlich gereinigt. Lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Erst nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen, wurde noch mal ordentlich gesaugt. Fenster war defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Service bringt den Hauptgang obwohl die Gäste ihre Vorspeise noch nicht beendet haben. Für diese Preisklasse wünscht man sich etwas mehr Qualität. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter lassen einen aber darüber hinweg sehen.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Zimmer. In der Dusche fand ich abwischbaren Schimmel, außerdem Überreste vorheriger Gäste im Bad. Am Whirlpool lag ein altes Pflaster. Die einzige sichtbare Erneuerung der letzten Jahre scheinen die überdimensionierten Fernseher mit unnatürlichem Lilastich zu sein. Entsprechend war ich sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Ich hatte mich lange darauf gefreut, einmal in Ihrem Haus zu übernachten, und umso ernüchternder war diese Erfahrung. Beim Auschecken habe ich die genannten Mängel freundlich an der Rezeption angesprochen. Als Reaktion wurde mir eine Cola aus der Minibar erlassen – was in Anbetracht der Umstände jedoch kaum als angemessene Entschädigung empfunden werden kann. Positiv möchte ich allerdings hervorheben, dass das Personal während unseres Aufenthaltes stets freundlich war und ich den Lobbybereich als sehr ansprechend empfand.

Die Kabel am Fernseher waren locker und rausgerissen und kein Empfang möglich. Bei der Dusche kam das Wasser am Anschluss raus gespritzt so das aus dem Duschkopf kein Wasser kam. Die Schubladen vom Nacht Schrank waren von innen mit irgendwas extrem verschmiert. Für 5 Sterne und den Preis ist dieser Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Da die Übernachtung ein Geschenk war und ich nicht selber gebucht hatte, habe ich die Mängel selber behoben.

Just stayed one night but it was a wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms. It's right on the river, so you can walk all along it. The hotel is huge. The breakfast buffet looked great, but we didn't partake. It's a short walk to the city center where the bars and restaurants are. I'd stay again!

床墊太軟 (Mattress), 七晚也睡不好. 而且今次房間的窗也能打開, 開了冷氣也有點熱. 雖然在預訂時已提出要求在床墊下方多加一塊板作承托, 但最後是沒有. (2024 和 2025年來入住時, 是可做的)

Room was great, clean, soft bed, lots of pillows, I would recommend some firmer pillows, but that’s it for the room. Breakfast buffet was very expensive for a buffet $34 euros, definitely not worth the cost.

Room was great, clean, soft bed, lots of pillows, I would recommend some firmer pillows, but that’s it for the room. Breakfast buffet was very expensive for a buffet $34 euros, definitely not worth the cost.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Zimmer. In der Dusche fand ich abwischbaren Schimmel, außerdem Überreste vorheriger Gäste im Bad. Am Whirlpool lag ein altes Pflaster. Die einzige sichtbare Erneuerung der letzten Jahre scheinen die überdimensionierten Fernseher mit unnatürlichem Lilastich zu sein. Entsprechend war ich sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Ich hatte mich lange darauf gefreut, einmal in Ihrem Haus zu übernachten, und umso ernüchternder war diese Erfahrung. Beim Auschecken habe ich die genannten Mängel freundlich an der Rezeption angesprochen. Als Reaktion wurde mir eine Cola aus der Minibar erlassen – was in Anbetracht der Umstände jedoch kaum als angemessene Entschädigung empfunden werden kann. Positiv möchte ich allerdings hervorheben, dass das Personal während unseres Aufenthaltes stets freundlich war und ich den Lobbybereich als sehr ansprechend empfand.

Nice property right on the Rhein, and close to an S-Bahn and the Altstadt. Only little issue was that I found the room cold, and the heat wasn’t very responsive, but we were brought an extra duvet so all fine.

Das Hotel ist leider wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sollen echt mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht mehr wie es mal war. Personal bisschen überfordert und der Kaffee ist echt schlecht.

We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room during our stay, but the staff was courteous and very responsive. They fixed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good space for clothes and a desk to work at. The bathroom has a sliding barn door, so not as great for privacy as a normal door. Breakfast started after I had to leave for my work meetings, but there were some pastries and coffee set out in a easy "grab and go" manner. Overall, a good choice for a hotel in Mainz.

Location is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to visit Frankfurt for example. Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste.

Das Hotel ist (an sich) phantastisch. Die Lage, die Zimmer, Rezeption, Pool, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Restaurant lassen keine Wünsche offen, besser geht es nicht. Der Service in der Lobby Bar allerdings, ist leider für diese Klasse von Hotel weit, weit weg von akzeptabel. Schade dass Hyatt Mainz dort einen sehr schlechten Beigeschmack für den Aufenthalt mitliefert. Unorganisiert, unfreundlich, zum Teil drunter & drüber.

Hôtel Grand confort, moderne, propre, beaux matériaux. MAIS 1 Ascenseur en panne, hamam en panne, beaucoup de monde lors du réveillon et on a senti que le personnel était dépassé... Nous avons été coincés dans le parking, Aucune communication sur les activités de l’hôtel Dîner au bar les assiettes sur nos genoux, petit déjeuner idem…. Très moyen pour un hôtel de ce standing

Hotel hat eine super Lage sehr zentral in Mainz am Wasser. Das Hotel hat zwar eine Tiefgarage, welche leider voll war. Direkt nebenan in der Passage gibt es aber auch ein großes Parkhaus. Das Personal war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage ist für warme/heiße Tage leider gar nicht ausreichend. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Wellnessbereich mit u.a. kleinem Schwimmbecken und einem Whirlpool. Mir persönlich war die Temperatur im Whirlpool viel zu warm. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiter empfohlen.

Just stayed one night but it was a wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms. It's right on the river, so you can walk all along it. The hotel is huge. The breakfast buffet looked great, but we didn't partake. It's a short walk to the city center where the bars and restaurants are. I'd stay again!

Sehr schön gelegenes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes, Hotel mit einigen Mängeln, die wir so nicht erwartet hätten. Enttäuschend das Frühstück. Das einzige, was frisch zubereitet wurde, war das Heißgetränk, der Rest war vorbereitet. So z.B. hatte der Käse die rote Farbe der Salami angenommen und war kaum vom Käse zu trennen. Das Frühstück kam eine halbe Stunde später, nur auf Nachfrage unsererseits. Unhygienisch schmutziger Frühstückswagen. Löchrige Gardinen, löchrige verwaschene verfusselte Servietten, Kaffeespritzer am TV Schrank, Schabe in der Badewanne. Fotos vorhanden. Sofortige Reaktion seitens des Front Manager, Parkgebühren sowie Servicepauschale wurden gestrichen. Danke schön! Das war aber der berühmte erste Eindruck, den nichts wettmachen kann.

A hotel of excellence.. from the chilled water, juice and treats waiting g for you in the lobby, to the quick, polite and efficient checking staff. Our stay was off to a perfect start. We arrived early and were given a room with no fuss. The lobby is large and has great sitting areas with inside and outside bar service. The room was spacious and well appointed. The drinking water supplied was a treat. The bed was so comfortable, and linen crisp and spotless. Our towels so soft. Being a step to the Rhine waterfront and walking distance to the city centre were a bonus. I would highly recommend a stay of a couple of days to really enjoy your time.
