One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of its location to DC and to the National Harbor as well as thier indoor pool. Once I arrived to the hotel I looked everywhere for the pool. I eventually asked the front desk attendant and he went on to say they didnt have a pool and the picture on the website was from 12 years ago. Thats false advertising promoting a pool to draw guest in only to find out there isnt one. I was highly disappointed.

I stayed in this hotel because of NYE party across the street. Should tell that it is better than other Marriott's Pros: I really like the area - quiet and nice. Cons: Breakfast could be better, elevator did not work, staff should do something to obey quiet hours.

The elevator was not working properly very slow. The hotel need to update there television to smart TV.

Nice staff and great area. Plenty of dining options, and the in-hotel laundry facility was very convenient.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Was able to checkin early and get a late checkout. Only downside was the laundry room was oit of order and the firepit.

We stayed there over the holiday break renting three rooms and it was so nice. The morning breakfast was well stocked and the area was so nice to sit and enjoy your breakfast. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and our bed was so comfortable. This hotel is directly across from the Gaylord which was so convenient. Parking was around the corner from the hotel in a covered parking lot. The fee was $24. a day and you could go in and out as many times as you want to daily.

I didn't like having to pay $24 per day for parking!

Place was nice but one of the elevators was out of order which was a huge inconvenience, parking was ok as long as you got to the garage after all the nightlife activities were winding down also a issue with my room that I care not to discuss.

Even visible if your room is located towards back of hotel.Walking distance from the water and all restaurants. Room/bathroom very clean no complaints and hotel space clean as well. Staff was super helpful and always someone at front desk. Ill be returning if in the area again.

Great location but our room near cooled down. It was almost humid inside though it was nice outside. The beds were comfortable but our bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the floor & in the tub that was definitely not ours. The breakfast was awful.

The hotel was clean,quite and in waking distance to everything. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff gave best in class service. I would definitely stay again when visiting the DMV area.

Went to see the Titanic Experience and stayed there. The hotel was within walking distance to the event as well as many restaurants and shops. We would like to go there again in the spring or summer and visit National Harbor again. The hotel had complimentary breakfast that was excellent and the whole building was clean and very modern. Loved it.

This hotel was amazing, especially for the price. The room was very large and quiet. We were next to the elevators and still couldnt hear a thing in the hall. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very nice.

Not quiet in the night.

This property was falsely advertised as update to date and State of the art, IT IS NOT!!! IT'S OLDDD,old technology TV no streaming and broken TV tech called, USB ports didn't work, ripped up furniture, poor breakfast choices, trash in the hallway for 2 days, the pull out bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable NO ONE COULD SLEEP ON IT! No enough bedding, no liquid dish detergent in room, refrigerator was dented old and very hard to open. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Plus member, I want a refund for this horrible stay!! My husband is partially disabled and all the staff offered was to move us to another old room after we had already been settled in!! Expedia just sent me back to the hotel management and The hotel management sent me back to Expedia and said you just wanted to get rid of me and my complaints and not refund me!!! I want a refund for all of this inconvenience and trouble and false advertising from Expedia!! If going to report the false advertising everywhere and let everyone know not to use Expedia and that Marriott Bonvoy is falsely advertised as well!!!

Paid extra for river front view, did NOT get river front view. Your site advertised view, hotel only has "partial" views, and that is a stretch. Don't advertise view and charge extra of they don't have it! Thick i deserve partial refund. Fridge was dented all over, looks like they got it at a garage sale. Tv was small and old, not even a smart tv. Very disappointed....

We’ve stayed in four hotels in National harbor for different sports events at the Gaylord. This is hands down our favorite. Front desk staff were all kind and welcoming the whole weekend. It’s right across from Gaylord with a handy pedestrian crosswalk that takes you to the back entrance / water side of Gaylord to access the convention center. Way less hectic / crazy than the Gaylord. Nice sized rooms. Great breakfast that was well stocked every morning. Parking right outside the back of the hotel. It’s no 5 star hotel but is awesome for all it has to offer especially at the price point.

Expected more because of the location. The room was a 1 bedroom, but felt like a studio. Appliances need to be upgraded. The breakfast was ok. The 12 noon check out was great.

Very good place and space. It is a little on the expensive side but the facility is clean, great staff and location. Fantastic pricing in comparison to the Gaylord (just across the street). The spoiler was the air conditioning unit that made a loud, unpleasant noise when on making the room terribly inhospitable for sleeping

Great stay. Impressive to the point on plan on going back. Staff was so courteous, inviting and helpful. My room condition was excellent. Loved the partial view of the Potomac. Appreciated the fresh linens. Hope to stay at this National Harbor Residence Inn soon!

The staff was very personable. I inquired about late check out and I was able to check out an hour later without any charge. I was very appreciative of that. You just need to fix your elevator at Mariner Garage.

Staff was incredibly rude. Claimed our reservation was not for five days even though it clearly was, and called us yelling that they were going to take all of our belongings out of our room, despite the fact that we were still staying there two more nights.

We had a late check-in (after Midnight). The person (I forgot her name) was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! She made my family feel welcome and comfortable. She provided us with information on where to find food after normal business hours. She was one of the most professional and proficient Front Desk Professionals I have ever met!!!

It was an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall excellent stay. Location was great walking distance to everything at the National harbor main street. Good selections for the breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Only con would be no ice maker in the fridge.

Property was under construction and didn’t sleep well at all every night I was here. Staff also didn’t help the situation or try to resolve anything. Key cards kept not working, the view we paid for wasn’t even given to us. Just overall a bad experience and will not be back.

Always reliable. Right across the street from convention center. Hated the price because a week after I booked it, it went down by more than half.

Great Views and Location

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and our bed was so comfortable. This hotel is directly across from the Gaylord which was so convenient. Parking was around the corner from the hotel in a covered parking lot. The fee was $24. a day and you could go in and out as many times as you want to daily.

Nice property with parking directly across the street and hot breakfast each morning. Dining, shopping, entertainment all in walking distance (3-5 minutes away.

Good quiet hotel in great location

Perfect for a business trip. Cheaper than the Gaylord and right in front of it.

The check-in time is 3 pm, but I arrived there a bit early (like 11 am). A staff member said that my room was available and allowed me to check in early which was very nice since I traveled with little kids. The room was clean and the location was great. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice walking distance to area restaurants and attractions. Gaylord conference center across the street so convenient. Very friendly staff. Only complaint would be the lack of different options at breakfast. Each day was scrambled eggs, sausage.

The only thing we did not like was the morning breakfast staff hovered over everyone as they were getting their breakfast, which was very annoying. Other than that, the food was great. We love the location and it’s a nice hotel.
