The toilet would not flush properly and no one came to fix or even look at it after we advised them. The pool water was extremely green. There was saw dust on the floor from what looked to be from them working on the wall behind the tv.

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was short and rude. Next the pool and hot tub were completely un usable because it looked like they haven’t been cleaned for months and literally looked like a swamp. I definitely took pictures of both if you need to see. The floor of the room was dirty. Just an overall bad experience

One of the few hotels in this town. Pool had not been cleaned out, mossy green! Breakfast selections were okay, but no hot water available for tea drinkers. The front corner of the overhang on the drive thru had been hit in December. We were told that the insurance had not paid....we prayed it wouldn't fall & pull the front of the bldg off! Staff was helpful & friendly!

Stayed in large king suite for 4 people, booked room for 4, towels and accommodations set for 2 told front desk and they were resistant to giving more towels and pillows until the double Checked their mistake, also room ac was leaking water into room alerted staff but was not addressed the 3 days we were there carpet was soaked, also pool and hot tub were outdoor and had not been cleaned was green.

Dirty, Staffing limited access, if not first one down for breakfast the hot food will be gone, laundry room machines are very old and hardly working, drug needles in parking lot. Have stayed in nicer hotels for far less in the area.

My wife called in advance to make sure that the hot tub work at the hotel. The lady at the front desk ensure us that the hot tub did work. However when we checked into the hotel, the hot tub was really cold and the pool had dirt everywhere on the bottom. The rooms are nice but the amenities need to be taken care of. I would not recommend this hotel.

We've stayed at this property several times and were disappointed in how the quality has gone down. The hallway on our floor had a terrible odor, the carpets in the hall and room were filthy, and a bug fell out of the faucet when the shower was turned on. We won't be staying here on our next trip to Bridgeport.

I first arrived and had to relieve myself and the restrooms were filthy totally disgusting faeces human waste all over the toilet trash all over the floors. the trash can was overflowing. When I arrived upstairs everything was clean. I did hear a dog barking several times.

2nd second stay herr. Gone downhill. Staff friendly but cleanliness and quality has gone down Will look for another hotel when visiting. Bfast very lame and unstocked. Toilet where bolted had pee stains and not cleaned. Housekeeping not doing proper job. I stay at LQ alot, but this one misses the mark

When we checked into our room, we found dog poop on the floor that looked like it had been there for a few days at least. They were courteous and switched rooms for us right away. In the morning we counted 5 dead/dying cockroaches in the hallway and under the counter near the breakfast bar. It had recently rained and I’m sure they sprayed to take care of the problem. But it was unsightly and didn’t really want to eat the free breakfast after seeing that.

Room looked clean but floor and countrrs had a sticky feel to it as if something was spilled then the mopped up with a dirty mop/ cloth. Not sure bed linens were changed. Found a couple of dirty oil stain/spots on sheets about the size of a softball.

Room was disgusting- scrambled egg on office chair, stains on floors, walls and bedding. Felt generally unclean could barely sleep because of it. Upon arrival I had to bend the inner door lock plate back into place in order for the door to lock- not even sure how something like that happens. But hey it’s affordable.

We were told to have a seat when we arrived because she had to print some things. No one else was in the lobby. She asked my name, never checked my ID nor took a credit card. Said sign here and gave me the keys. When we got to the room, I wanted to sit in the chair while I waited on my husband, the chair was soaked with pee!! I asked for it to be removed while we were and and it was. Made me feel like the rest of the room was unclean!!

The property outside looked inviting. We walked inside and everything looked inviting as-well. We went to the rooms and the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure they had been changed the sheets and pillow cases where NASTY hair all over them! I asked for clean linen and changed them out myself! I took pictures of the hair that was in the bed to share with the person behind the desk. Toilet was Nasty had urine on the base of the toilet, I awoke sick the next morning! The maids obviously are cutting corners. I also had to go down stairs to exchange my own towels before getting fresh ones? Short staffed and having a hotel is unexceptionable. If you cannot maintain your facilities you should warn your visitors so they can make other arrangements elsewhere! highly unsatisfied customer.

The stay was nice. The bed was a bit hard but that can’t be helped. Rotating the mattress might help. Kinda felt like my head was lower than my feet. The water coming out of the bathroom sink tasted funny for brushing teeth so I used a bottle of water. Breakfast was nice and eating area was nice and clean. The staff was very nice.

It was ok. Had to change rooms. Toilet seat was not on the toilet. Made for going the bathroom difficult. And we had one towel in our bathroom between two adults and one child. Called and the lady brought up two more. Light bulbs were burned out too. Dark and dreary.

Staff was excellent. Anything we needed they went out of their way to accommodate. Just wish the room set ups provided mirrors and more lighting in the bedroom area.

Check in was easy and simple. Staff was friendly from when we checked in to when we checked out. My family and I made it to breakfast towards the end of it and the staff made sure we had enough food for our family and even put out more eggs for us. Would definitely stay here again!

When I first got to my hotel room I was not impressed with the front desk and no one was at the front desk almost every time I went down there for anything. However my room was a nice layout, older, but spacious. But, I noticed what I thought might have been a rash from the soap or the water and blew it off. I kept having the rash and now bumps that I am now being told appear to be bed bugs. I did a zoom call and was told that it appeared to be that or scabies... I am on an antibiotic treatment now but they are not clearing up much at all. I called and was hung up on and I had a girlfriend call to discuss the matter and the second she mentioned the room number she was hung up on immediately. I noticed about forty mattresses outside the hotel dumpster as well. I have never had anything like this happen before. I didn't complain but I realized my flight was later than I planned so I asked the front deskif there was any w2ay I could stay till six pm and they charged me for a full day knowing that I was only three hours passed the late checkout the said they do free but I got charged a full night and day more. Please just check your beds though.

Check in was a delight. Had a familiar friendly and professional staff behind front desk. Unfortunatelu when checking out in the next morning, case was opposite, receptionist was unpolite and not at all customer friendly. And breakfast buffet was empty. Still once again nice stay.

The property is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our grandkids loved our stay and they loved the breakfast. The pool and hot tub needed some attention. The sheets on the bed were fine but the sheets on the hide-a-bed were very stained and the floor under the couch was very dirty. The refigerator needed cleaning especially the freezer. We are not clean freaks so this did not keep us from having a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

I would only return if it was last resort. staff was nice rooms were nice but landscaping building and area around was bad, drive up overhang by door was falling and damaged very unsafe and probably not strictly sound to allow visitors to be around. pool was closed even tho it was 60 deg

There was a bottle of opened wine left in fridge and a shirt left in closet. No hot water at breakfast for tea or oatmeal. No one tending to refilling/cleaning breakfast area. Other guest was told when things like yogurt run out that’s it. It was 830 so still had 30 minutes left before end of breakfast.

We stayed a Saturday night. Check in was fairly quick with keys that didn’t work the first round and after some persuasion that the keys were tried in every direction, we were given a new key that worked. We stayed in a large suite with very little furnishings and a lot of waisted space with dark gray walls and little art work. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there was no shampoo or conditioner and only one coffee cup. The breakfast was a typical waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage that were okay but needed restocking with no one in sight to clean up or reload. The halls were filled with mismatching temperature/color LED light bulbs. The elevator could stand a good cleaning. It’s not a bad place to stay but expected a little more from a Wyndham property and a place whose exterior looks appealing in a small town.

Not happy and will not stay there at this time again Leak on floor from air conditioning! Very musty smell ! My family stayed there and I was not happy ! Breakfast was terrible ! Sorry for this report because we stayed there about 20 yrs ago till we found a house to move In.
