The dining area was not compatible to set in evening. We did use the picnic area which was comfortable.We did book about an hour and half before we got there and found out we were lucky because they had no vacancies.

I didn’t eat breakfast but they had breakfast available the staff were friendly upon check in the room ok I was at the end of the hall by the elevators. Parking were easy to get close to your room. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels. Room was clean and had a large refrigerator it had a microwave as well. Pool area was nice plenty of seating and had great hours. Location is convenient, there are several restaurants nearby. Landscaping around the property was well done.

My kids loved the outdoor pool. It was the cleanest part of the hotel. We found hair on the shower walls and bathroom baseboards. We did appreciate the coin operated guest laundry $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Front desk was able to provide quarters as change.

Nothing extravagant, but a fairly new hotel that offers hardwood floors, an ample supply of towels and plenty of parking spaces for cars or tractor trailers. In addition, the hotel is located off Interstate 40 with easy access, while nestled in with several hotels surrounding. This hotel is the premier hotel in this area.

The hotel was an 8 out 10. It was clean but not spotless. The best place I could find in Brownsville. Ashley at the front desk was kind and helpful and all the people I encountered with courteous. Will stay here again.

They used clear caulk on the tub and caulked over black mold that was very easy to see. Common for bathrooms but probably should have used white caulk so it wasn't highly visible. We lost power for most of the day on Thursday which made it impossible to work from our hotel room since it was so cold and there was no internet or lights. Still paid full price though.....

We arrived late and the service was excellent quick and had us in our room in less than 10 minutes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It had a good breakfast area plenty of food and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay

Room was ok. Comfortable bed. Clock on microwave was not working. Alarm clock was not lit so couldn't see time on face at night. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Had a woman out front in the parking lot when checking in trying to bum a cigarette, then came over to see if we knew any place giving away free meals. She was outside again in the morning when we left, walking around.

This hotel is right off I-40 which was quite convenient. The person who checked me in did not smile or seem friendly at all. I don't think she likes her job. I ended up in an accessible room, where the bathroom was quite large. There was no tub to have to step into. The shower was great, although there was a confusion of showerheads and I wasn't sure which one would spray when I turned the water on. Considering how close we were to the interstate, the room was pretty quiet. I had to turn the heater off overnight. I normally sleep at about 68 degrees, which leaves the room nice and cool (it is winter now), but even when I turned it to 67 degrees, the heat kept coming on. There was a microwave and a refrigerator, which I appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

My husband and I had a long 16 hour drive from Pennsylvania and was very thankful for Asia's nice greeting and speediness in getting us into our room we were dead on our feet. The next morning Joanne was such a ray of sunshine we were able to have a nice breakfast and fellowship. Thank you for making our travels so enjoyable. We will never forget you both and this experience.

Very Clean and Comfortable stay! Becca is always so friendly and Nice. Very Smooth check in process. There is several food options , but there is a McDonalds right beside the hotel as well. We ate dinner at a very nice Mexican Restaurant and the food and service was Amazing! Internet access if needed.

Very clean, comfortable lodging. Great hot breakfast! My only complaint is the clerk that checked me in barely spoke to me. She asked for drivers license and told me where to sign the paperwork. She handed me the room key and told me turn left and then right for the elevator.No times for breakfast or even the room number. I was very surprised by her lack of communication. The morning clerk was friendly and smiling!

This property is amazing we decided after driving home from TX to KY to stop and get some rest it was late the staff was super nice when i walked in the hotel smelled amazing everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft i asked where they were from! The next morning we went down to breakfast and the lady running it it was so nice the food was great with some extra fun choices My husband is a Marriott guy but he lived this place i cant say better thing abought it! They even were in the middle of a surprise property inspection from headquarters and i stoped to tell them how amazing the property was! So thank you great price great stay Highly recommend
