The staff was great and I got upgraded to a suite. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would note is that the sink wouldn’t drain and toilet kept running.

Honestly, the redeeming quality for this place was the staff. They were nice and tried to be helpful. The place was a little more sketchy than I would have hoped for. There were two cars parked under the awning all day and it appeared employees spent a lot of time out there chatting with those people. It just doesn't present a professional environment. There was a lot of touch up work needed around the hotel from the carpet to rooms. We tried to enjoy the hot tub put the jets were so strong it kept spitting water out of the hot tub. We had to turn it off because the jets were too strong. Then there were the people on the floor above us. They were constantly jumping at thudding until all hours of the night. I finally had to get up out of bed at midnight to go down to say something to the management. The noise finally stopped about 20 minutes later. All in all just a poor experience. We definitely won't stay here again.

Literally the ONLY problem I had with the stay is that the filters in the AC and the AC in general were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfy, towels were super absorbent, breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly (except the guy who flirted with me IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND).

The room was decent just a few chips in the paint, but was livable. Breakast was okay. Pretty standards for hotels. I liked the pre-packaged muffins, a nice touch for when you're on the go.

This was our second stay at this property. We were given room 201, a room with a king bed. The room desperately needs to be renovated. It smelled really bad like mold, mildew, or old urine. The furniture was broken and worn. The TV was old and had to be powered on manually, although the remote worked for changing channels. There was no soap for bathing, only hand soap and tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The back door to the building was open and the stairs were filthy like they'd never been vacuumed let alone shampooed. We didn't eat breakfast nor did we use any of the other amenities during this stay. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel, just not room 201.
