Staff was friendly. breakfast good. The pool was out of service, we wish we would have know, we would have booked elsewhere. The bed had seen better days and was a back ache for my wife and I. The sheets seemed clean but the pillows smelled heavily of sweat. The sink in the bathroom was very slow, would of thought that the cleaning staff would have picked up on that. The internet was non existent, could not steam our Amazon prime account, no movie guide for the few things you could get to work. The woman at the front desk was very nice but had no idea how to correct the problem. Apparently they had a new internal internet system that was continuous problems. Virtually No internet or limited use for our 4 night stay. Our last night at 11:52pm the fire alarm went off in our room waking us out of a sound sleep. shocked and disoriented I called the front desk and was told there were no alarms, got no explanation the next day. We travel a lot and stay at different top rated hotels, This hands down was the worst! Will file a complaint with their corporate

Only one minor issue…Inadequate parking access for a vehicle towing a cargo trailer. Two or three parking spots with a notice “ reserved for vehicles towing” would be nice. Understanding right now that would not be possible due to construction equipment on site. Management team did find me a spot on this visit..much appreciated by me and my traveling companions.

I would have rated the facilities 5 stars - but there was construction going on the building, so surrounding area was torn up and had demolition materials scattered around. Also, I asked for housekeeping service to come during the day while I was out. They failed to come to the room.

There was no prior indication that the hotel would be under construction during our visit. The wall paint, carpet, and more were partly removed, and there was debris everywhere. At points, access was cut off by the crew - no stairs, for example. It was a mess.

When we got to the hotel we were informed that the pool was not in service (this is why we chose the hotel). The room was clean, although I went to brew a cup of coffee and there was a used pod in the machine. The breakfast had good options but some “hot” food was cold. Overall, it was a budget friendly hotel and the room was nice

When we arrived the lady at the front office told us that the pool was not open. Mind you when our families stays in hotels with our two young children’s we look for a nice pool, no pool, not ok. I would have liked to be notified before checking in as they knew we had two young kids and if I had been notified I would have cancelled and moved our reservation elsewhere.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Hooksett for a seven days while I visited a friend from college. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and undamaged, the bed was sooooo comfy, the tv was of excellent quality, and my stay was very quiet. The breakfast they serve was tasty, contained a decent spread of options, and was open later than most hotels I've been to. The hotel also has a 24 hour snack bar, where you can buy some great late night treats. The area is safe and the hotel felt secure. My only issues were small in comparison. The biggest problem being the pillows. Each bed had four pillows, that were both hard as a rock and lumpy. The bed itself was very comfortable though, so I still had a great night's sleep. I would just recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that: The gym was lacking, only containing basically a treadmill and some weights, but the pool was nice. And there is very little in walking distance and there is limited transportation, so make sure you bring your own car. Would still recommend this place. Especially if you are there to visit SNHU. As the school is just down the road.

Immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I had a quick and easy check in that was 2 hours early. The room was immaculate and very nice. The bathroom was amazing. Probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. All in all I am very pleased with the experience

Our room was disgusting. Mold in the shower, trash still on the floor. And then to top off the whole trip, we found a pill on the floor! While my three year old son was in the room the whole time. Do better.

Our suite was spacious for a family of five and felt clean and new. All guests receive free cookies which were delicious! Our room was a bit warm when we entered but cooled down when we adjusted the thermostat. The queen suite was equipped with 2 huge flat screen TVs. It would have been great to have non-caffeinated teas in the room and at breakfast as well. The complimentary breakfast was great, complete with your standard coffee and tea as well as pre-packaged scones and GF muffins, fruit, eggs and sausages, mini quiches, beef burritos, oatmeal with blueberry compote and nut toppings, yogurt, juices, and cereals. I’m not usually a fan of complimentary breakfast offerings but this one was a standout! The staff were helpful and friendly (particularly the cleaning and food staff). We would return and would recommend to families visiting the area!

Convenient location for where we needed to be. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, the older tv's had a high pitch ringing sound when on, the breakfast was terrible. Bacon was a not the color or texture of bacon.

The television service was terrible. It offered HBO which worked half the time. The streaming service on the TV didn’t work, the receptionist said it had been down and didn’t know when it would start working - it never worked during our stay. We stayed for a week but only received housekeeping services 3 days.

Checked in pretty late. Front desk was very nice and went through everything despite the late hour. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was ok but on par with other hotel's included breakfasts. Breakfast area was very clean though and the woman putting the food out was efficient as well as nice. Very conveniently located as well.

Top notch in every category!! Comfortable, clean, spacious , great shower and breakfast was amazing …. Frittata , burritos, scones , bacon , plus all the usual fare. Great bargain for the price. Highly recommend.
