Kind helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downsides: one of two elevators was out of order and the room needed attention: the wall paper was torn, the curtain hanging part way off the rod, dust ruffles askew, bed didn't seem to be made property and seems some of the pillow cases hadn't been changed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful that we dealt with. The property was very well kept, breakfast was good each morning and the pool was a great spot for the kiddos.

We found the breakfast to be lacking in every way. In fact we decided it was the worst breakfast we’d ever had at a motel. The eating area was freezing cold. The food was lukewarm and tasteless. Oatmeal was watery. No sweet rolls. They had two elevators…one was out of order and the other one was maddeningly SLOW.

We were not informed prior to a non refundable reservation that the pool was broken. We feel a discount should have been offered since we were not informed about the pool issue. Everthing else was great.

It was a nice stay except for the elevator was down and we were on the fourth floor. The stairwell was HOT. When I called to get extra pillows and blankets for the pull out bed there was no extras.

When we first arrived I allowed my toddler to walk and within 2-3 minutes, her feet were yucky and black from the floor. My mom who was also staying in the same room as me went to walk around one of the beds and there was a metal pole sticking out and she bashed her leg on it bad. She has a huge 4-5 inch bruise from it. I lifted the mattress and box spring to try and move the pole back since it was what was supporting the mattress. When I did this, I discovered mold under the mattress all over the bed frame near the carpet. When sitting on the bed, I looked over and saw potato chips on the floor. We had not eaten anything in the room, so that was a huge indicator the room had not even been cleaned. Every time we tried to go speak to someone up front, there was a line of 15-20 people either checking in or checking out due to baseball leagues happening nearby. I even tried to book a room elsewhere, but everything had no vacancy. All of this was shocking because the reviews are so high and this place was newly renovated. Clearly the reviews are either fabricated or stayers are unknowingly staying in molded rooms with uncleaned floors. I will never recommend this place and highly suggest no one stay here ever. It was NOT worth the price.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the property looked clean until I took a closer look. Upon arrival I always check the beds. One bed had dirty sheets with men's hair throughout the sheets. It was late so no housekeeping was available but the front desk gave us clean sheets to make the bed ourselves. Also bathroom had long dark hair on the shower walls and the start of mold growing in the corners. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent.

Everything was good except the water heaters broke and we were not able to shower. I had to take a cold shower. When it was mentioned to the front desk, they said that it was odd and everyone else had hot water. Then later, I was told 2 water heaters were broken. This was Thanksgiving Day, so they were not getting fixed and were never fixed for the rest of our stay. The staff was friendly, and our room was large and clean.

This hotel is the newest in the area. This is why I was surprised it needs significant updates and maintenance. Many aspects, including the elevator, hallways, and guest rooms, show signs of wear and lack the modern amenities one would expect for the cost. For instance, every door and drawer in our room were so worn that they wouldn't close properly. This experience was unusual compared to my previous travels.

Average hotel nothing stands out as fabulous. But rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is your average basic eggs, waffle, etc. Bed was average, but the pillows were very over stuffed Internet speeds were below average, Internet browsing was at a crawl.

The check-in staff was professional. The room was disappointing for several reasons. There was a very bad odor in the room. The cover to the air unit was not on, it was on the floor. The coffee maker did not have the filter attachment so no coffee could be made in the room. Glad there was coffee in the lobby. And, the shower head was not properly attached so a shower could not be taken without a lot of inconvenience and water everywhere. When I checked out, I brought all of these things to the attention of the front desk staff, and including the fact that I was given a handicap room, which I’m still not clear why that happened. The person at the front desk check-out did not seem to care that these issues happened. I was in town for a family funeral. I just needed a restful place to stay. I understand that the property will be undergoing a renovation. It is much needed. Hopefully this will improve the quality of the property.

Very basic hotel, our faucet in our bathroom leaked continuously, we reported it, “fixed”, started leaking again the next morning. They charge 18.00 a day to park in an unsecured and uncovered lot. Why? They do include hot breakfast which was nice. It’s ok.

I made my reservation through Expedia. For whatever reason, when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. Candice, the guest service manager, took an hour of her own time to sit with me and work with Expedia, resolving the problem. Excellent customer service!

Registration system was down upon arrival. While that is understandable and unavailable having multiple staff members including some sort of shift manager standing around while one guy personally escorted each guest to their room because room keys could not be issued was frustrating. Pool was warm. Pool area is worn. Shower floor creaked and popped even after getting out of the shower. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was great EXCEPT we had Ants in our room and around 9:30 am mind you check out is 11 a room service used there keycard on our door came in then announced house keeping. With having 2 girls in the room with me. We will see how the hotel handles it.

Stayed for a concert in the area. Front desk lady seemed out of it. Very weird interaction… she couldn’t find my reservation and kept asking for a confirmation code. I gave her the number that hotels.com sent me then finally she asked my name and then tried to charge me and I said I already paid for a room then she goes “ oh”. Didn’t say anymore just kept looking out of it. There were also some strange workers hanging out in the lobby. The entire situation felt off. Then I go to my room and noticed there was a doorbell ? No other rooms had it. It just made me uncomfortable but the hotel was clean and thankfully I was only there a few hours to sleep.

The system to check you in and card readers were down. Unable to get the room we prepaid for and had to stay elsewhere but things happen and the young lady behind the desk was friendly and professional while taking a beating for something beyond her control. She was handling it well as we left and a line was forming. I called back a little later and she indicated the outage was nationwide. Hampton is still top notch. Now getting Hotels.com to step up with a refund.

Of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that I woke up refreshed with no allergy's. The desk clerk was very helpful. She told us that hvac comes in weekly to clean heating/cooling units. Breakfast was pleasant and good. It's off the highway a little so it's quiet. We liked it. Will return next time we drive through on 75.

Breakfast was good and always well-stocked. Staff was polite and professional. After the first night we requested a different comforter (as the current one was too small for the bed) to be applied to one of our beds. Was told housekeeper only comes in every other day, but they would let them know. When we returned that evening, no new comforter. I called down to the front desk to try and get one. When I went down to pick it up, it wasn’t a comforter but another top spread. We ended up going to Walmart and buying my daughter a blanket. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Website description of room said sleeper sofa but no rooms had that. Property did have a rollaway so that was fine. Family two doors down allowed kids to run the hallways and continued to yell at them while we tried to sleep but when I finally opened the door and asked them to settle down the tweens we respectful. Breakfast selection was good, but eggs were really bland and coffee was weak.

Well it wasn't too horrible if you like a bed that is hard as a rock. It didnt have very good water pressure. If you want coffee at 6am better bring it with you and heat it up. Coffee wasn't ready at 6am people were waiting on it. They didn't have anything ready for breakfast. We left about 6:10am.
