Unfortunately it is the check in and check out experience that really lets this place down. It was definitely substandard for a 5star hotel.

My room was clean and very accommodating. Lovely bathroom with all of the amenities including hair dryer. The property is gorgeous with many pools, beach access, and restaurants. If you walk along the beach you will find a great supermarket that has really cool souvenirs, liquor, anything you need. Both of the restaurants beside the supermarkets are delicious. There is also an Irish pub. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. When I checked in I was offered a glass of cava and to have my bags taken to my room. Very good air conditioning. Service at the pool was so nice. Very relaxing and good vibe.

Amazing place, beautiful people, it is definitely worth the visit. It is expensive and you do need taxis which are probably around £30-£40 each way for a 30 minute drive, so consider hiring a car, but either way it’s amazing.

Absolutely lovely stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the balcony had a lovely view - would just say the hairdryers need a longer cable as they're really awkward to use but that's being really nit-picky. The timing of breakfast was ideal and such a fantastic selection, could have something different every day. It is ideally placed for the beach and having three pools to choose from. Would have given five stars if it wasn't for the upstairs pool bar being closed and there being no pool service in replacement, then being at the downstairs pool the service was slow, we ended up walking up ourselves to both ask for a menu and order our drinks.

Chose to stay here again for the second year in a row. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful and we love the location. Unfortunately though there were a few negatives this time around all be it outside of the hotels control. The neighbouring property has large dogs that bark incessantly every morning, not just a little, its really very loud. In the evening the hotel across the road has load karaoke for an hour or two. Its a real shame because this hotel is so peaceful, the same cant be said for their neighbours. Notice a few downgrades from last year in the same room. No longer get given a wrist band door fob for your room , which was a cool touch. One reusable branded water bottle left in the room rather than last year's two. This time around we didn't get thin hotel branded beach towels on arrival that everyone recived last year. Small changes but cost saving by the hotel never the less. My partners birthday was acknowledged with a bottle of cava which was a nice touch. In summary its a beautiful hotel but just feel its not quite as luxury as last year and its neighbours are becoming an issue.
