Alles soweit normal und i.O. Schade das es keine Information gab das ein Parkplatz reserviert werden muss. Standen dann da als Dienstreisende ein bisschen blöd da haben aber in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz bekommen

Vorsicht sehr unfreundliches Personal.Der blonde junge Herr an der Rezeption war zum Check-in anfangs freundlich, aber man merkte schon die Unmotivation (vermutlich habe ich als ankommemder Gast sein privates Gespräch mit dem Kollegen gestört), Zimmerkarten wurden ausgehändigt ohne Angabe von Frühstückszeiten und wo sich das Restaurant befindet. Auf meine Nachfrage nach Parkplätzen hieß es, unser Parkplatz ist voll, am Straßenrand gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Haben unseren Koffer auf das Zimmer gebracht und sind gegangen. Um ca.21 Uhr kamen wir wieder im Hotel an und es gab in keinsterweise im gesamten Viertel im Bereich des Hotels freie Parkplätze. Nach 1,5 Std. Parkplatzsuche habe ich an der Rezeption nochmal nachgefragt.Ich wurde belächelt mit patzigen Antworten des jungen Mannes mit dem Hinweis man könne ja nicht 1000 Kunden 1000 Parkplätze zur Verfügung stellen. Zu diesem Gespräch haben sich dann weitere Mitarbeiter eingemischt, wo der Ton mir gegenüber ziemlich forsch war. Man hätte mir mindestens zum Check-in mitteilen können, dass es Samstag Abends sehr schwer ist hier oder in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden, dann hätte ich andere Möglichkeiten genutzt. Es wurde mit mir diskutiert und diskutiert worauf ich gemerkt habe dass man hier als Gast gar nicht willkommen ist. Beim Check-out wurden wir sogar von einer anderen Dame an der Rezeption ausgelacht, dass wir wegen einem Parkplatz abreisen. Solches Personal passt nicht zum Ruf der Best Western Hotels

Hotellet som sådant ett best western förväntar jag mig mer av. Jag tycker att ett hotell i den prisklassen per natt ska erbjuda både frukost och en vettig parkeringsplats för en mc. Fruktansvärda priser! En morgon så tjöt brandlarmet i över en timme. Vi fick ingen information om vad som utlöste det hela. Hotellets gäster och även personal stod och rökte på den sk innergården/där parkeringen är så det luktade rök i rummet. Vill jag rekommendera detta hotell. Nej! Dessutom fanns det ingen trevlig lobby för att sitta och chilla. Rummet var rent, men för övrigt inget bra hotell.

It has a very small bar area but at night you’ve no idea if it’s open as it’s not lit up?

Godt funktionelt værelse, selvom hotellet ligger særdeles centralt, ligger det tilpas trukket tilabeg fra støjen. Så der var virkelig stille om natten, gode parkeringsforhold, ros til de brede parkeringsbåse, og fair pris. Søde og hjælpsomme i reception. Perfekt der var mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe på værelset, alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse for 3 overnatning.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. We planned to do laundry here with the assumption there would be a laundry room, but unfortunately it was an incredibly pricey laundry service which was not within our budget... thankfully there was a nearby laundromat that we used instead! The location is a decent walk away from most tourist attractions, but this was no problem for us as we enjoy walking. I would stay here again for a short term stay!

Bra hotell sentralt i Berlin,hvor vi har bodd flere ganger. Grei gåavstand til til de fleste steder i Berlin mitte. Fin parkeringsplass! Fikk kjempefint stort rom! Vi er så fornøyde med 4 netter her nå,og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Rigtig fint hotel, sødt og imødekommende personale og pænt og rent værelse. Der var parkering, man skulle have reserveret, men vi fik til dagen efter og kunne have pladsen til kl 14 på check ud dagen.. de var søde til at hjælpe med at fortælle hvor vi kunne parkere den første nat.. vi kommer bestemt igen

The breakfast was ok, but no bacon or sausages. I mean, in the country of the Bratwurst, you'd expect some type of sausage for the money being charged! Also, there was supposed to be a room cleaner every 2 days, bet we only received one very very basic clean in 5 days, plus a couple of towel changes.

We had a great stay here for three adults for three nights. The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely. If I were to come back to Berlin I’d definitely stay here again.

Personal war freundlich, Lage ist top, Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Leider keine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer (kostet extra unter 5 Tagen) und das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist und ein zusätzliches Kinderbett hätte keinen Platz gefunden. In Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

A good stay , great shower , clean and tidy maybe a little bit basic for some but well priced and perfect for our trip

The hotel staff and check in/out process and services was great. The main issue was there was no air conditioning. The current system does not actually cool the air so our stay during the summer with high 20s to low 30s (Celsius) was uncomfortable.

They weren't able to help with my request of a room away from the lift.i had suffered poor sleep the previous two nights in a different hotel due to located by a noisy lift. Reception. Told me they were fully booked and I was offered a disabled room on the first floor . I requested a top floor

Located very close to a U Bahn station, the property is only a 20 - 30 min walk from most of the main attractions which makes it a great location so didn’t really use the station. Not a large bar or reception area but the rooms are big enough for a city stay and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Very quiet, was not disturbed by any outside or inside noise. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend

Very good location, staff is very helpful, the main downside is that the air conditioning was very weak, we were there in August and it was pretty hot, despite the air conditioning.

Really good location, very helpful staff. Only criticism is that it is advertised as having air conditioning, but it does not. It has a ventilation system which blows out ambient air, which in warm weather makes the room quite hot at night.

Centralt beliggende. Det ville have rart med en lille køleskab til drikkevare.

Geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer, komfortables Bett, grosszügige Dusche, 3 Min zur U-Bahn, Bäckerei und Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe. W-LAN leider recht langsam (kann aber an der Lage des Zimmer liegen, wir hatten 117)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for an hour extra to check out and it was no trouble at all. Very happy customer.

I booked to stay at this hotel because my Nephew was staying there for a few days and he was taken ill. i arrived to make arrangements to get him back to the UK. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful, flexible and supportive throughout this difficult process. many thanks.

After our the 3rd stay we can confirm it: the worst customer service at a hotel I ever seen. Rude and impolite, I can manage. But useless and never ever be available to solve any problem, is too much. And not only to me: a customer said the AC wasn't working and the answer he received was "Wait more. And no, we can't go is sunday, nobody is working here, wait till tomorrow". And if you go, don't accept a room facing where they receive stuff for the hotel. Since 4:30am people chatting and heavy noises. Pros? It is cheap. Of course, you receive what you pay.

Due to an issue with a passport, we weren't able to travel. Expedia provided excellent customer service and attempted to change the booking. This was agreed in principle but the hotel then seemingly changed it's mind about the change and didn't approve it. Very disappointed that they wouldn't allow us to move the date. We had hoped to stay there later in the year.

Front desk serve so warm, worth to choose again

Good value for money. Quiet. Clean. Efficient front desk. Spacious room. Good shower. No complaints. The area does not have a lot of character but it is easy to get to other parts of town.

The hotel is very near to the tube station Spittelmarkt. It's also a good idea and not too far to walk to for example Checkpoint Charlie or Alexanderplatz. The staff are very kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet is perfect for all tastes. You won't be disappointed. I would definitely come back and stay at Best Western again. Auf Widersehen!

Hotellet ligger et fint sted, næ U-bahn og et par rigtig gode restauranter. Et morgenmads sted er der også, så vi spiste ikke på hotellet, da det andet var billigere og godt.

Dejligt centralt beliggende hotel i gåafstand til mange af attraktionerne i Berlin. Pæne, rene, tidssvarende og rummelige værelser. Morgenmaden er okay, men serveres i kælderen af hotellet. Hyggelige restauranter lige på den anden side af gaden.

Einfaches Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Fußläufig von der U-Bahn.

Easy access to sights

The hotel was clean with a comfy bed. We were in walking distance of the attractions in Berlin so convenient location. The area was nice and quiet with a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were super helpful and hotel lovely however there was some building work taking place but not noisily. Did find the tube station building work/restrictions around the area quite disruptive

Very good place to stay in Berlin. In a quiet location, not too far from the centre of the city, Spittelmarkt station is just round the corner. Clean, friendly hotel would visit again should we go to Berlin in the future.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich ,vorallem an der Rezeption. Leider gab es kein Frühstück wegen Baumaßnahmen, aber ein paar meter die Straßen hoch sind 2 Bäcker wo man Frühstücken kann. Alles in allem sehr guter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Big room and good breakfast, very clean and nice staff. A nice place to stay so I really recommend it.

Die Räumlichkeiten zum Frühstück im Keller waren wenig ansprechend. Ansonsten allerdings waren die Zimmer wie die zentrale Lage empfehlenswert.
