The room was very spacious and comfortable but it was very loud and there’s no elevator which makes it difficult when you have a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs.

No offered shuttle from Airport to the Ramada. When we check in we book for 3 people and the reception offers us a double bed with a sofa they had no idea that should be a sofabed .

Not a real 24/7 for Airports Shuttle. Shuttle available from hotel to Airport from 10:30pm until maybe 8am. During the day, only available Shuttle from airport to the hotel.

The parking lot is a park and fly lot so it is very full. We had a hard time finding a spot and we got a room on the first floor that backed onto this lot. It didn’t feel as secure as I would have liked. Also, the hot breakfast is awful. Just get the cereal or go to Tim’s in the morning. The staff were nice and efficient. The room was also clean so that was nice. Close to the airport which was really helpful.

Easy flow parking and passenger drop off. Easy check-in. Stable wifi. Staff were welcoming. Cleaning staff don't knock before entering sometimes. There was extensive water damage throughout the ceilings and water leaking in the hallways. Unexpected maintenance workers in our room. No tv cable. The rooms were spacious and relatively clean with less attention to detail. Bed sheets smelled clean. No door sweeps, allowing mice into the room at night. Overall, it was okay. Worth the price, at least. No bugs.

Thr room was clean. The check-in staff was courteous and although I had a very early check-out (5 a.m.), he made sure the coffee and muffins were available in the lobby. The bedsheetscwere stained. Staff said that this was due to chemicals in the laundry. He assisted in in changing to another room and I found those sheets to be stained as well. As it was a late check-in and very early check-out, I spread clean towels on the bed and pillows and slept on top of the bed. This hotel needs a new laundry supplier and new crisp bed linens.

I booked a non-smoking room and was put on the 4th floor. Every door on this floor had a No-Smoking sign on it, but when I exited the elevator onto the floor, the whole 4th-floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. My "non-smoking" room also reeked of cigarette smoke - even after one of the front desk staff sprayed something on the carpet and around the room, it still reeked. When I was trying to go to sleep, I couldn't, because I just couldn't shake the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke - it was in my hair and in my nose. Finally, around 11:00 p.m., I had to go down to the front office and ask for a different room. Thankfully, I was at least given a different fresh-smelling room on the 1st floor. It's just too bad that more steps weren't taken to ensure that guests DO NOT smoke in the rooms!

The room was average, the floor looked like it wasn’t mopped and cleaned properly, it was dusty, my kids had white socks which became totally black due to all the dirt which was not visible to naked eye. It was a laminated floor and not carpeted. We were there only one night but still it was an unpleasant experience with the floor cleanliness. Rest the bedding was comfortable and clean. The food options at the breakfast bar were very limited. I’ve stayed at other Ramada locations and they had better options. Just tiny containers to serve customers with some potatoes and sausages is not what I expected. There was just bananas as fruits, boiled eggs which I’m sure were not freshly boiled, these were probably the Burnbrae hard boiled eggs thrown in warm water. There was no waffle maker to make fresh waffles. These were prepackaged waffles which had to be toasted and just one toaster which was too slow to toast things. I wanted to eat these but due to slow toaster and crowded area, I just left having 2 eggs, and a glass of juice. I will not stay at this location again.

The hotel is older and you see the age/wear in many locations. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not use the airport shuttle.

The concierge was rude and condescending. The building was super hot on 2nd floor and was 32 degrees outside. Room didnt have AC on and was too hot to feel any comfortability. Turned AC on snd took all night to gool down.

The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable…BUT the room was SOOOO HOT! It must of been at least 90° in there, did not cool down all night…I sweated like a pig, the AC didn’t work to cool it down. The fridge seal was broke so the frost was a tad over the top (see photo)

The hotel is a bit run down. Also very poor sound insulation. Though it is clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is good with nice hot choices. It was a business trip so the hotel served it's purpose.

The room provided was full of smell of fries. Reception guy refused to provide other room & asked to keep door open. TV had a bad resolution upon asking help, reception guy rudely mentioned that talk to Manager in the morning. He will provide the room as he received in his shift. Like he has no responsibility. In the shower hot water turns cold automatically after 2 or 3 minutes of shower.

If I could give this property zero stars, I would, I didn’t know paying for an early check-in with me in the room was not clean, random charges to my account, and unfriendly and under trained staff, housekeeping came in folded the toilet paper and left. We had no clean towels no nothing and I was told that the manager would be calling me and of course no call. Would never stay here again

We booked here through expedia for two rooms and had everything confirmed. When arriving for check in the front desk lady was very hostile and rude insisting we only had one room and it wasnt her problem. She was incredibly unprofessional manager named Pam Chopra. She was hostile as we have video proof. Once i arrived to show my proof on expedia she was still very hostile and loud and yelled multiple times. I had to use deescalation tactics to get her to calm down as i didnt do anything wrong. She insisted that expedia is tbe one that was wrong but inssited on raising her voice and continuousely making comments. Wr arrived in our room and jt was disgusting. There were dirty green marks on the bed. One of our beds had long black hair on it. But if we complained the front desk lady said she will kick us out and call the rcmp. My mom is medical and we came from out of town to meet family and attend a concert. We couldnt afford to be kicked out during the busiest time in edmonton? So we had to sleep in a dirty room. Then there was a bag over our fire alarm (extreme hazard). Our room stunk like rotten stuff the entire time we had to get spray. Horrible experience and even worse customer service. Including the restaurant. They need to be inspected by BBB and health inspector.

Hotel was clean and simple. No extra ammenities (pool, gym, etc), but if you are looking for clean, quiet and inexpensive, it's a great hotel. The staff were pleasant. It's close to the airport and is in an area of other hotels. Has its own restaurant and the complimentary hot and cold continental breakfast was nice. 20 min drive to Edmonton.

Airport shuttle was good and easy to find. Room was clean but the bathroom floor was very cold. Breakfast area was messy. Microwave in breakfast area was dirty inside. Garbage on ground by main door. Poor first impression!
