Boa opção de hotel, boas condições e ótima localização. O ruim são os elevadores (apenas 2 e pequenos), perde-se muito tempo para eles atenderem… poderiam ser modernizados e passados a sistema mais rápido é que interligasse os dois. É pouco elevador para pouco movimento.

- O banheiro do restaurante estava com muito mosquitinho. Não dá para ficar no mesmo. - chuveiro do quarto não fica com a temperatura ideal. Sempre muito quente ou frio. - não conseguimos usar a piscina do hotel, que era nosso intuito, pois o mesmo libera pessoas de fora para acessar o rooftop. A piscina já é pequena e não suporta nem o número de hóspedes, quanto mais pessoas de fora acessando. Necessário melhorar o controle e restringir o uso só para hóspedes.

Un super hotel! Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy amable, Clair hizo un trabajo increíble en el check in. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas. La única cuestión a mejorar es la de los elevadores porque en fin de semana tardan demasiado. Prestan sombrilla y sillas para la playa y eso me pareció increíble. La vista desde el roof top es hermosa.

Great hotel with a nice rooftop pool/bar. One block from the beach. Very comfy bed and plenty of space. Good breakfast, but don't special order the omelette or waffles. We tried one day and waited close to an hour. Definitely not worth it. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach for free!! Overall I would highly recommend this place

A estadia em si foi excelente. Só alguns contra tempos, assim que chegamos no quarto no frigobar havia 2 águas já utilizadas, o cartão do quarto se desprogramou 2x, domingo fazem uma festa na cobertura, se vc tiver no 18º andar como a gente, faz muito barulho no quarto, difícil de dormir pra quem tem um sono leve… fora isso, tranquilo, fácil de localizar uber…

All good. Great location. Very good breakfast. Gym is workable with an awesome view. All staff were outstanding. Leme is the beginning of that long strip of beach and road thru end of copa cabana which made it super convenient... virtually same beach experience.... more night life and upscale restaurants in Copa Cabana... but plenty of options in Leme... I'd opt to stay in Leme rathher than Copa Cabana.

Essa é uma avaliação de quem é cliente Novotel ha anos. Posso dizer que o Novotel Leme não está no padrao da rede. Não recomendo pra ninguem. - Ao chegarmos no quarto pela primeira vez, encontramos um banheiro cheio de cabelos femininos no chão e na parede, alem de 1 das toalhas suja. Solicitamos uma limpeza que nunca veio. - A recepção foi ríspida e muito pouco cordial. Chegamos às 9h da manha depois de uma viagem longa de madrugada e eles nos disseram ríspidamente que o quarto estava disponível, mas so liberariam mediante a um pagamento de 350,00. Entendo que estava muito cedo, então perguntei se ao menos poderíamos entrar no quarto ao meio-dia, mas foi negado. Check-in só às 14h, qualquer horário antes disso, tem que lagar meia diária, mesmo com o hotel cheio de quartos disponíveis. - 1 dos elevadores estava quebrado e o outro estava com muitas goteiras, como se chovesse dentro do mesmo (postei um video). -Os quartos sao MUITO menores do que parecem nas fotos. - A internet é fraca. -fila pra checkout muito lento

Fui bem atendida no check in, porém ao chegar no quarto, reparei que o vaso sanitário estava sujo e havia muita areia no chão também. Não fui atendida aí chamar o número das camareiras e demorou umas 4 tentativas para ser atendida pela recepção. Ao solicitar a limpeza, não demorou para que alguém viesse, porém o chão não ficou 100% sem areia. Meus colegas informaram que q comida não era boa, porém eu não comi nada no hotel.

Reservamos dois quarto família e colocaram a gnt em um quarto minúsculo! Deveria ter uma cama de casal e um sofa cama de casal! Disseram que estavam com problema no sofa cama mas tinha 2 quartos deste padrao reservado e ambos os quartos foram fora do contratado! The hotel was in a good location (close to leme beach). We paid extra for a room with a sea view and what we got was a small gap between 2 buildings in front so not worth the extra cost. The staff were somewhat helpful but it felt like they were disorganised and not hugely helpful with booking excursions. Breakfast buffet was poor. There was a very limited amount of hot food and was the same hot food every day. Only one type of eggs. A big selection of cakes but no continental pastries. Only 3 options of cereals and there didn’t appear to be any dairy free alternatives. When asked if we could refund the remaining days of breakfast as we were sick of scrambled egg and soupy sausage, the staff said it would be too complicated and did not seem interested in our feedback on what was lacking or how it could be improved. Housecleaning was below average. On 2 separate occasions the bedding that had been put on fresh was damp and there were tears to the duvet cover. On a separate day, there was blood droplets on the underside of the duvet so we hadn’t noticed until we turned the bed down to go to sleep. I called housekeeping and it took them a while to change the bedding. The maid turned up and spent 20 mins changing the bedding whilst intermittently texting and calling people on her phone.

Hotel com excelente localização. Atendimento maravilhoso, Raquel e Lucas na recepção fazem tudo para que seja perfeito. Apenas os aparelhos de ar condicionado dos quartos sao antigos.

Basic “4star hotel” . Has small ref and safe in the Family Suite room . I am at least expecting some coffee maker / electric kettle/ free 1-2 bottle water / ice bucket . None of the above . Family suite is so small , fits a king size bed and sofa bed with enough space to walk in-between. Breakfast is excellent ! We stayed 4 nights . Location is ok . Locals around and so as homeless. The building always has armed security at the lobby .

Great views, pretty quiet, firm beds, nice pool. Only issue if anything is the internet logs out more than expected, and so you have to forget the network in your device settings and reconnect again though their login page. Everything else is great.

Hotel room: Average. Pillows need replacing. Bed nice size, and firm. Shower: Was very hot and difficult to adjust to a set temperature. Always hot even on cold (dependent of time of day). Hotel fica 1 quadra da praia, quando reservamos entendemos que era frente da praia, porque o slogan do quarto era, quarto com vista mar. E era na verdade quarto com parcial de mar e telhado para outra propriedade. Há apenas degraus para acessar o Hotel, o que dificulta muito o acesso com malas. A lovely hotel just one block back from the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The roof top bar and pool are great. My only slight negative is the staff at the roof top bar weren’t very friendly and I had to go to the bar to order food even though they were just stood around chatting. Reception staff were great.

Foi minha primeira experiência neste hotel, embora já tenha me hospedado em diversos hoteis da rede Accor, inlcluindo da marca Novotel. Posso dizer que não gostaria de voltar a me hospedar nesta unidade específica. Primeiramente o preço estava muito alto (por causa do evento da COP Rio), no entanto o serviço entregue foi de hotel barato. Faltavam profissionais em quase todas as frentes: frequentemente havia fila na recepção, o serviço de limpeza no quarto era difícil de conseguir no momento certo, o serviço no restaurante as vezes era lento e falho, as máquinas de café do café da manhã estavem quase sempre com defeito, os procedimentos gerais do hotel eram ruins e claramente faltava treinamento para algumas pessoas (ou eles estavam desesperados por falta de pessoal e faziam de forma rápida e descuidada?). Foi realmente uma experiência ruim, e posso dizer que a pior experiência em um hotel de nivel equivalente que já tive. Creio que a liderança da rede Accor deva avaliar o potencial impacto que a economia excessiva de pessoal para maximizar o lucro em uma unidade específica pode gerar na marca Novotel no mundo todo, visto que a maioria dos hóspedes eram estrangeiros!

Overall I had a good experience. The hotel is in a great location and accessible to the nearby neighborhoods such as Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, etc. The front desk staff, especially Thales was amazing, friendly, and helpful! Storing our luggage before check-in and after check-in was great. He even directed me to an area to change my clothes since we arrived well before check-in time. The service on the rooftop is incredibly SLOW so be prepared to wait for your food for a long time! The male waiter and pool/towel guard isn’t the most friendly either. The rooms were clean but there’s noticeable areas of improvement to bedding and shower tiles. I didn’t feel uncomfortable so that was an advantage regardless of some of the interior wasn’t great. There were NO bugs in our room nor any seen on the property so disregard those reviews. The neighborhood is safe and the street the hotel is located on was safe! They overbooked the hotel and after 2 hours of waiting told us they didnt have a room for us. Proceeded to tell us they were uograding us to their sister hotel 2 blocks away. Their idea of an upgrade was going from a side sea view to front sea view. We lost the king size bed, the pool, location and time. Completely unacceptable.

Eu sempre escolho Novotel, e os motivos são, local, segurança e o atendimento. Este mês tive um problema com os atendentes da noite de Domingo para Segunda 8 de Dezembro lara o dia 9. 2 mulheres e um rapaz. Arrogantes e mal humorados. Hôtel très sympathique, proche de la plage et dans un quartier animé à quelques minutes de la fameuse plage de copa cabana. Cependant, quelques personnes en grandes précarités qui dorment au juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, bar assez bruyant en face. Great hotel with a nice rooftop pool/bar. One block from the beach. Very comfy bed and plenty of space. Good breakfast, but don't special order the omelette or waffles. We tried one day and waited close to an hour. Definitely not worth it. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach for free!! Overall I would highly recommend this place

Nice, new, clean hotel thats close to Copacabana. Nice rooftop deck and pool with a bar. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. However, I dont think they were quite equipped for the crowds at Carnaval so the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing...they had some people eat in a conference area with less selections. All in all, a decent value and I'd recommend to others.

The hotel was in a good location (close to leme beach). We paid extra for a room with a sea view and what we got was a small gap between 2 buildings in front so not worth the extra cost. The staff were somewhat helpful but it felt like they were disorganised and not hugely helpful with booking excursions. Breakfast buffet was poor. There was a very limited amount of hot food and was the same hot food every day. Only one type of eggs. A big selection of cakes but no continental pastries. Only 3 options of cereals and there didn’t appear to be any dairy free alternatives. When asked if we could refund the remaining days of breakfast as we were sick of scrambled egg and soupy sausage, the staff said it would be too complicated and did not seem interested in our feedback on what was lacking or how it could be improved. Housecleaning was below average. On 2 separate occasions the bedding that had been put on fresh was damp and there were tears to the duvet cover. On a separate day, there was blood droplets on the underside of the duvet so we hadn’t noticed until we turned the bed down to go to sleep. I called housekeeping and it took them a while to change the bedding. The maid turned up and spent 20 mins changing the bedding whilst intermittently texting and calling people on her phone.

I didn’t have a terrible experience here, the only reason why my rating is low is because the sheets were dirty upon arrival which led to me requesting a whole new set of sheets. Also I feel like the cleaning of the shower could have been better. Other than that I had a pretty pleasant stay. Gabriel at the front desk was really helpful with all of our requests!
