JAZ Belvedere

The hotel and gardens were very well maintained. The staff were generally extremely helpful and courteous. The food was varied and good quality. Access to the pools and sea were good. The lack of easy access to the internet causes a lot of consternation to guests. If this were resolved I think guests would all be happy and rate the hotel highly.

Underbar Semester Väldigt fint facility ,super trevliga och artiga personal , väl städat och ren hotel, magnifika trägårdar , praktiskt, lobby och strandbaren bjuder på goda drinkar och personalen är väldigt trevliga. ( Mahmod, Ala,Yahja , Ahmed) var extra trevliga och duktiga. Mat buffen var en av dem bästa bufféerna vi haft i alla hotell vi har varit i .Väldigt god, kvalitet och varierad mat. Stort tack till restaurangen Executive Chef Amir Embaby och Sous Chef Hani Och Ahmed för den här fantastiska mat upplevelsen. Enda nackdelen som tyvär drar ner på betyget var WiFi. ej tillgänglig i rummen och strular i lobbyn. Vi löste problemet med att köpa eget sim kort med 20G internet för ca. 200 sek. Hotellet rekommenders starkt för båda par och familjer.

Et, tavuk deniz ürünleri lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı eh işte. Türkler sever kahvaltıyı. Peynir, zeytin yok resmen. Havalimanına 10 dk olması avantaj eğer uçakla turlar yapacaksanız. Kumsal olması güzel. Havuz alanı yeterli değil. Kışın ısıtmalı havuzu yok gibi bir şey, ufak bir alan ısıtmalı, içinde 30 kişi var ve tam da sıcak değil. 3 gün hasta yattım. Kah

Seconda volta qui e confermo che sia la struttura come il personale è stupendo. La stanza è comoda, le pulizie sono maniacali dappertutto, il cibo abbastanza variegato, tutti i giorni c'è la griglia (a rotazione tra carne, pollo o pesce). Spiaggia e piscina bellissime con ombrelloni e sdraio a sufficienza. La struttura ha molti edifici alcuni molto lontani dalle aree comuni, nel mio caso questo è stato un problema.

No Internet , no WIFI available in Rooms and very poor WIFI in Lobi. I dont recommend to anyone. Sunbed - very small and not comfortable.

Really enjoying my stay at this hotel. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The whole place is very well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. Big shoutout to the animation team, they bring so much energy and make the atmosphere really fun and lively. There's a great vibe around the hotel.

Eccellente, pulito, perfetto, animazione e personale educati, e gentili. Mi sono proprio rilassato in un resort sicuro pulitissimo e in una posizione bellissima sul mar Rosso.

We have just returned from having 2 fabulous weeks at the Jaz Belvedere. The hotel was beautiful. The reception and the lobby bar were immaculate and the decor was very classy. The pool area was always kept clean by the staff also the beach was spotless. We could not fault the food at all. Lots of choice there is a pasta station, BBQ outside for meat eaters, lots of vegetable dishes, salad area, fresh fruit, and an array of delicious breads. The staff were outstanding, very attentive to our every need, and always had a smile. Thank you to our waiters (I did get their names to give them a recommendation but didn’t realise the paper was in my husbands shirt pocket and it went in the wash) so we think it was Mamoun and amti. They were always in the first two areas from the door and one always would always say the Italian Bon appatito they were both great. The pool bar did delicious pizzas thank you Mohamed sabre for great service. Housekeeping was also attentive, rooms were spotless and towels were changed every day. I cannot fault this hotel, we had a fabulous relaxing time great staff we will be definitely be back.

Ho soggiornato al Jaz Belvedere per una vacanza di 13 giorni e, nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza piacevole. La struttura è ben curata, il personale è gentile e disponibile, e l’atmosfera rilassante rende il soggiorno piacevole. Ottima anche la posizione, direttamente sul mare, con una bella spiaggia. Tuttavia, per fare snorkling è meglio spostarsi in quanto quel poco di barriera corallina presente nel mare della spiaggia è ormai “spento”. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti migliorabili, in particolare per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere. Sebbene il servizio sia stato generalmente cortese, la pulizia non è sempre stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Un suggerimento importante: per soggiorni lunghi (come il mio, di 13 giorni) sarebbe opportuno prevedere almeno un cambio di lenzuola a metà vacanza, cosa che purtroppo non è avvenuta spontaneamente. Nel complesso, vacanza carina e rilassante, ma con qualche dettaglio da rivedere per migliorare ulteriormente la qualità dell’esperienza

Worth Every Penny Rating: ★★★★★ Jaz Belvedere completely restored my faith in what a resort can be. From the moment I arrived, everything just *worked*—smooth check-in, clean and modern room, perfect A/C, and a view that reminded me why I came to Sharm in the first place. The food was far better than expected for an all-inclusive. Real variety, actual flavor, and enough rotation to keep things interesting all week. Even the coffee and desserts were decent, which is rare at resorts. The beach? Spotless, quiet, and well-staffed. The Red Sea here is stunning, and there’s easy access to snorkeling right off the shore. No chaos, no garbage, no nonsense. Just peace. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly stable—even in my room—which made it possible to check in on work when needed. The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. You could tell the entire operation was run with pride and attention to detail. **Bottom line:** If you’re tired of overpriced “5-star” resorts that deliver 3-star service, come to Jaz Belvedere. It’s clean, calm, well-managed, and actually delivers on what it promises. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in Rooms were not safe even the staff struggled to open the door so in case of fire will be really dangerous The safe in the room wasn’t working, food was really bad and not clean.NO WYFI AT ALL I HAD TO LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING TO ANOTHER HOTEL AS DIDNT FEEL SAFE TO STAY WITH MY KIDS AT THIS HOTEL I ADVISE EVERY ONE NOT TO STAY THERE

I have to say the place was amazing lovely and relaxing I was in room 1354 the cleaner Ahmed was amazing very friendly and professional He was making a different designs on bed every day he is a such a nice man Also a big 5 stars for the waiters in the main restaurant they were super friendly always smiling and very welcoming Thanks to everyone in this hotel I will definitely go back Oh also the food was very nice a loads of choices Well done guys The only negative point I have was the wifi it was bad and no wifi in the room just around the reception But that was not the end of the world

My family spent a week from the UK we had an amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly. The staff who cleaned our room Islam was very nice too. The environment was really clean and recycling bins available. I know we are definitely going back.

We had an issue with our reservation, partially our own responsibility (even though we made a call before placing a reservation and got a verbal confirmation that it\'s fine). We have been lied that we never talked to stuff over the phone; later - that we spoke but they never gave positive answer. They never proposed any options or alternatives, in the end - Mahmoud at the Reception informed us, I quote "I do not care". That was the last drop, and we moved out after 3 days, instead of staying 12 booked nights originally. Hotels.com support was absolutely brilliant and supportive, while Jaz team constantly dragged the processes and ignored emails, didn\'t speak over the phone, etc. Awful, the worst experience ever. Could have never imagined this would happen to us, as we travel frequently, several times per year. Regardless of the reservation drama, the hotel is too small, the area is very weird, you have nowhere to walk in the evening. The food was not delicious, my kid and I finally ate banans not to be hungry. As an adult, I normally ignore this fact, but this time was too prominent. The pool area is clean and very nice, but too boring, no music; drinks served with no ice; the bar is too far away from kids area, so you have to make a choice - to take a drink or watch your kid. The only positive side is cleanliness, but I doubt anybody would only go for cleanliness in case of a summer choice. Recommend rethinking the concept and, of course, treat your guests better.

Amazing hotel, and most professional staff ever

I can’t describe how much this was the stay of a life time, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave you are treated the royal treatment. The staff is super friendly the place is immaculate and the food is to die for. I am so glad I stayed there and will be staying there from now on Thanks to Abram Abd El Rahman Gamal Mohamed Sharky Paulina Georgia Ayoub and Ahmed and many more names and pleasant faces.you truly know how to treat a guest. Senz’altro un’ottima struttura curatissima sia nel confort delle camere che nella condizione degli esterni. Spiaggia ampia e comoda con distanza tra gli ombrelloni pienamente sufficiente e con paraventi. Ideale per bambini. Struttura relativamente piccola che permette facili spostamenti hall, spiaggia e ristorante. Staff disponibile e cortese. Struttura che rispetta gli standard di ecosostenibilità, tra cui dosatori nelle camere, teli mare più piccolo della norma e sostituibili solo a richiesta. Cibo discreto per uno standar di clientela italiana. Per gli appassionati di snorkeling non è il massimo avendo fronte spiaggia una laguna naturale, quindi la barriera rimane al largo.

La struttura è molto bella curata e pulita il cibo buono ma ripetitivo cucina internazionale la spiaggia molto bella pulita ordinata e curata il servizio straordinario dalla reception che mi hanno aiutato molto Ibram in particolare avendo avuto un problema purtroppo manca la barriera corallina come purtroppo un dappertutto a Sharm per trovarla bisogna spostarsi in aree protette comunque devo dire di essere molto soddisfatto

I loved everything about the hotel except the food, it wasn’t that good plus they don’t change the menu , it’s always the same kind of food
