A wonderful hotel with new facilities and very helpful and pleasant staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy and take pride in working there. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the restaurant workers ensured my food allergies were avoided, and the housekeepers kept the room spotless. Kudos to the team and management for a job well done.

I had booked the stay for my sister-in-law and her husband as a gift. The stay got off to a bit of a bumpy start with an issue. However, the true test of a hotel is not just everything being perfect, but how they handle it when something goes wrong. The staff here blew us away with their response. They took ownership after understanding the situation, handled it with incredible professionalism, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make things right. It is rare to see this level of genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction. Recommend highly.
