We have stayed here 3 times. This is the last time. It keeps getting worse and worse. Dirty room, nasty moldy shower curtain, dark and dingey, toilet wouldn't flush, shower didnt work, bathroom fan sounded like it was going to self destruct. Hot tub water was cloudy so we avoided it. The AAA approved sticker on the front door is dated 2017. The only saving grace is that staff is really nice.

The AC stop working, i called down to the desk and the guy didn't know what to do and didn't offer any help. He told me he could have maintenance look at it tomorrow. But I'm leaving tomorrow. I couldn't open the windows because they didn't have any screens on them. After a few hours the AC would cut back on for maybe 10 minutes at a time then cut back off for about 45 minutes. The floor was kinda sticky and had a few slippery spots on it. The next morning i asked for an iron and they literally just brought me an iron, no ironing board. Didn't know i had to ask for it to. We had an upstairs room and there was no elevator. I have medical issues and had no choice but to walk up these stairs. If i would've know that, i wouldn't have ever stayed there. I was in pain for 2 days after that.

I loved my stay the only reason i booked there was for the hot tub which was down i checked in Sunday and stayed until Friday morning my room was cleaned on Monday but for three days straight my room was not cleaned and trash was left to pay 80 bucks a night and not have your room cleaned is crazy .

We booked this hotel for a family weekend trip. All staff were very friendly. These are my issues with the hotel: 1. Small breakfast area 2. Limited breakfast, there was a sign that stated 1 plate per guest. On top of that we were not allowed to take breakfast back to the room. Which caused an inconvenience for us. 3. They only offer small packaged shampoo and conditioner packets. I had to ask for multiple because I have a lot of hair and long. 4. The pool is not heated. There were a group of 9 men in the hot tub drinking. When there is a sign on the door that states no food or drinks. 5. Upon inspecting our room we found rat poop. I have pictures and videos to prove that.

Property located in ideal place if you're heading towards Yuma, AZ ... which is about an hour's drive away. Convenient to park ... easy to check in. Room is comfortable enough thankfully, too.

Worst hotel room my wife and I had. It says on the beginning that it’s a “smoke-free hotel” but the moment we entered our room, you can smell a strong scent of smoke and how dusty the room is. A lot of stuff are broken too such as the deadbolt for the door, the tiles for the jacuzzi were cracked, the bed frame is loose. We also found a panty on the night stand, dusts and dirt spots all around the bed and chair, graffiti on the painting, chunks of beef jerky and cap of wine bottle on the floor, hairs on complimentary toiletries on the bathroom, blood stain on the trash, mold around the walls. We couldn’t take it and we checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. I informed the receptionist about all the problems the we encountered and we hope that we get our security deposits back as well as we don’t get charge for the smoke fee that the hotel have as the room has that smoke scent already before we even enter the room. I don’t understand how this hotel got a high rating. Definitely disappointed!!

We had to go to the ER at the hospital in Brawley. We got out of the hospital at 2:00 am. I was able to get a room at this hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby the cheerful welcome we recirculation in the middle of the night was so appreciated. Her name was Chrissy. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The bed and sheet we sooooo comfortable. The breakfast was more than I expected and the coffee was wonderful. I'm already looking for another reason to stay here. Let's hope it's not another visit to the ER. Feel comfortable in your deciding to stay here, you won't be sorry.

Bugs Bugs and more bugs throughout the hotel. They charge you an extra $10 if you book online and you're caught in the middle to be force to pay the $10 because the reservation has a No Refund clause when you show up to the lobby. What a way to rip you off.

Was given an unmade room initially. After a significant wait time I received another room. The servicing the next day was incomplete, no coffee, no tissues and bed was short sheeted. Getting pretty run down. Faucet and towel rack rusty, bathroom and ceiling fan above average noisy.

Bed was the hardest bed I've ever felt. It actually hurt to sit on the edge of the bed. Bathroom light only came on with a fan that was absurdly loud. The heating unit made weird loud noises so we had no head. The window was broken and cracked and taped. They need to fo better.

The girl at the front desk was so nice when we checked in. Unfortunately they gave us room 101. Which shares a wall with the breakfast area and the lobby. There was loud music playing until 2:30 in the morning. I am not a Karen. I do not mind people having a good time. But the walls were actually shaking. The base was so intense. Then about five in the morning breakfast started up.. also the room appeared clean at first glance, but there were wrappers on the floor in the bathroom, What looked to be a meatball next to the fridge, there was something splattered and dried on the front of it, and the tub did not drain.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast was so-so, the hash browns were undercooked. People upstairs were very noisy very early in the morning. Regardless we would stay there again, the bed was comfortable

A decent but basic hotel. I expected a bit nicer/newer for the price, given there are many other choices just a few miles down the road in Brawley for way less $'s. But, it was good enough for a one night stay. Quiet, seemed safe enough and the room, though older and basic was spacious and comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this property. For me, it serves my needs: clean, quiet, includes breakfast, decent location, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The floors are not carpeted, so it can be a bit loud - especially if you're close to the lobby. The rooms are "fine". Nothing fancy at all, but they have a fridge with a small freezer (not all place I've stayed with a fridge also have a freezer). If you're looking for a place to crash that's reasonably priced (you get what you pay for), then is is a very good option. I'd stay here again.

The property decided that my reservation was canceled in October even though Expedia continued sending me updates saying I was all set right to the day of or check in. They had booked our room out and didn't have another available (which is why i had booked months in advance). To their credit they offered to put me up a thier "sister" hotel which was fine until we disovered it was a 1960 era moter lodge populated by migrant workers I wouldn't stay at by myself let alone with my family. Either total incompetence or completely dishonest. If i had to guess, the property stole our reservation in favor of a more lucrative opportunity and tried to pawn us off on thier sleazier option to get it. A total debacle.

No dining in the whole town on Monday. TV never worked. Room Doors hod to be opened by staff. No working keys. It took about 30 mins to check in. Even with Expedia pre booking. They lost it? Not bad if they had staff.

The AC stop working, i called down to the desk and the guy didn't know what to do and didn't offer any help. He told me he could have maintenance look at it tomorrow. But I'm leaving tomorrow. I couldn't open the windows because they didn't have any screens on them. After a few hours the AC would cut back on for maybe 10 minutes at a time then cut back off for about 45 minutes. The floor was kinda sticky and had a few slippery spots on it. The next morning i asked for an iron and they literally just brought me an iron, no ironing board. Didn't know i had to ask for it to. We had an upstairs room and there was no elevator. I have medical issues and had no choice but to walk up these stairs. If i would've know that, i wouldn't have ever stayed there. I was in pain for 2 days after that.

Overuse of a strong lemony cleaner that lasted over an hour with the a/c on and requested their help to pull on and later off the ceiling fan short cord to help clear out the strong odor. It gave me a migraine like headache. Dan Katz in my party, stayed downstairs and had the same problem and had to take two ambien pills to deal with it. Requested 2 nd night not to clean my room as a result. It worked but smell at my door was still strong. I wasn’t bothered by the large hole in the bathroom door but having no elevator to the 2nd floor was inconvenient for my knees and heavy baggage. Staff was nice but it took over 40 minutes to check my party of 3 in. Nice gal at desk had difficulty finding the reservations (had my Expedia #) for each of us. Mix up with accepting my $100.00 cash deposit she accepted and using my card. Asked for receipt 3 times and never received it. She asked for my email to send it, not received. Got a call while driving home from Teresa saying I left my $100.00 there. It was to take the “hold” (unknown to us) off of my charge card per lady who accepted it. Teresa said to call the hotel on Tuesday to confirm as she knew nothing about that. Would not recommend this place at all.

BEWARE! They will charge you $10 upon arrival if you reserve a room through Expedia etc. Also, do not believe the high rating they supposedly have. It must be fake reviews as this is a 5 out of 10 hotel at best. The bed was rock hard. If you are someone who likes to sleep on the floor, maybe you will like it, but it was extremely uncomfortable. The walls were bare with screws coming out of the wall. The shower faucet was hard to control. The air conditioning and heating worked well. The breakfast was very bare.

The receptionist that was on duty wasn't friendly. She acted like a robot. She seemed like she didn't like being there. The place seems to be going down hill. No coffee pots in the room.

We had to go to the ER at the hospital in Brawley. We got out of the hospital at 2:00 am. I was able to get a room at this hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby the cheerful welcome we recirculation in the middle of the night was so appreciated. Her name was Chrissy. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The bed and sheet we sooooo comfortable. The breakfast was more than I expected and the coffee was wonderful. I'm already looking for another reason to stay here. Let's hope it's not another visit to the ER. Feel comfortable in your deciding to stay here, you won't be sorry.

Checkin was fine but long in questions, not like most properties. Bathroom was not in good condition shower head needs to be replaced, no usb or outlets to charge phones, breakfast not too good. Over all the place needs renovation, I’m sure owner can get his money back to renovate. People will pay the money, cause is the only motel on town, and has a great location

I love this little spot. More affordable than Brawley just as basic accomodations for a quick overnight when headed to outdoor recreation. It was quiet and dark. Happy customer

Property located in ideal place if you're heading towards Yuma, AZ ... which is about an hour's drive away. Convenient to park ... easy to check in. Room is comfortable enough thankfully, too.

A decent but basic hotel. I expected a bit nicer/newer for the price, given there are many other choices just a few miles down the road in Brawley for way less $'s. But, it was good enough for a one night stay. Quiet, seemed safe enough and the room, though older and basic was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel room was clean and suitable… no complaints there… but upon check-in (we arrived around 5pm) we found a sign stating “be back in 30 minutes” and nobody available to check us in after a long trip… which was annoying. Then we stopped by for the free breakfast before heading to our work event, and it was embarrassing. One small tray of undercooked potato pieces, one small tray of the grayish meat (sausages) you’ve ever seen, and one small tray of hard-boiled eggs were brought out by the guy at 5am. The juice machine wasn’t turned on. The unlabeled squeeze bottle that appeared to contain ketchup, had hot sauce… I’m giving it 4 stars, because the room itself was nice for the price… but the lack of someone to check us in at 5pm, and the awful excuse for a breakfast bar resulted in a star being taken off.

We booked this hotel for a family weekend trip. All staff were very friendly. These are my issues with the hotel: 1. Small breakfast area 2. Limited breakfast, there was a sign that stated 1 plate per guest. On top of that we were not allowed to take breakfast back to the room. Which caused an inconvenience for us. 3. They only offer small packaged shampoo and conditioner packets. I had to ask for multiple because I have a lot of hair and long. 4. The pool is not heated. There were a group of 9 men in the hot tub drinking. When there is a sign on the door that states no food or drinks. 5. Upon inspecting our room we found rat poop. I have pictures and videos to prove that.

They offer breakfast but you have to be there at 5:30-6 in the morning otherwise you get the dregs of what is left. Coffee was cold in the thermos, many mornings ran out of bread/bagels, yogurt. Hotel decor is dated but the room was clean which I was grateful for.

The hair dryer blew up in my Moms hands right as she turn it on and started smoking, toilet would clog just from going #1, the staff was nice but the breakfast was limited and they ran out of food before 8 am

Had a last min trip from Maine to ca- hotel room easily booked for thru Expedia. Upon arrival very nice lady at desk was extremely helpful and made the check in quick n easy. The room was okay- very basic, housekeeping was my only big thing- dust everywhere, toilet paper hung was down to 1/10th roll. 1/2 Hangers in closet were broken. Had minimal basic hygiene(enough for one person for a day). The main lobby stairs were covered in dirt, stains and unkept. Breakfast was basic- but quick and easy. Didn’t have time to explore the rest of the hotel. Staff each morning and at check out were wonderful! All of them.
