This hotel was brand new and so the facilities were very clean, modern and functional. The massage chairs in the room is really nice touch. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made you feel right at home. They even gave us a little care package when we checked in with water and snacks. The parking was plentiful and convenient. The only weird thing is the location of this hotel which is off the main road in west Springfield behind an old abandoned hotel. This is the only reason I am not giving it 5 out of 5!

Staff very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds are great. It is the best sleep I’ve gotten at a hotel. The few cons are the small refrigerator and the door to the elevator not being the full length of the elevator. We had a lot to bring in and the luggage dolly fit but it was a chore to fit in it with the full luggage dolly. The few cons will not stop me from coming back and staying.

Brand new building. The web site stated a bar and pool but they haven’t built them yet. Had a little problem with the air cond. Room gelt damp but once we kept the bathroom vent on it seemed to fix it. Loved the massage chair that was in the room as well Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless

Roach Motel — Do Not Stay Here The room looked nice at first, but when I lifted the toilet seat, a cockroach ran across it. I immediately checked out. I was promised a refund, but when I called the next morning, the front desk employee was rude and tried to gaslight me by claiming it was a stink bug — even though I have video proof. When I asked for his name, the staff refused to provide it. I've called several times this morning and the phone goes unanswered. There’s also an abandoned hotel right next door, which may explain the pest problem. Unacceptable experience and terrible customer service.

Although it has been renovated, it is not being well cared for. It is dirty and unkempt. Screens are hanging half out of windows, trash in the rocks surrounding rhe buildings, carpets are gross and the walls are extremely thin. The bed was fairly comfortable but thats the only positive. It should not be rated an 8.

Had to find 3 rooms before we could get in a room. First one not clean, not sure what was wrong with 2nd one, but clerk told us we couldn't go in it after she gave us the key. 3rd one was good.

The building is dated and old. The room looked beautiful but there was hair on the bathroom and bedroom floors. It looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped before we got there. The bed was uncomfortable.

5/5 – Hidden Gem Near Springfield College! I stayed here this past weekend while visiting my son at Springfield College, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 15 minutes from campus, tucked away in a quiet area but close to plenty of restaurants and shops. At $225 for the night, it was actually one of the cheapest options in the area (most others were $300+), but it far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even greeted us with freshly baked cookies and a goodie bag that included water and chips, which was such a thoughtful touch. The lobby was stunning—modern, clean, and decorated in vibrant colors. There was complimentary coffee and water available, which added to the warm welcome. Our room was absolutely beautiful! It felt like a boutique hotel—clean, modern, and relaxing. They had his-and-hers robes with slippers, a luxurious rain shower in a sleek bathroom, and a modern sink setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable with four pillows plus two extra pillows already in the room (a big deal for a pillow lover like me!). New hotel with unexpected amenities that make a must stay. Modern rainfall shower system and an in room massage chair which appear to be standard combined wirh comfortable bed and spacious room. Spent a lot more for a lot less than here so very impressed.

The room was nice but small. The bed was pushed against the wall so I had to climb off the end of the bed to get out. There was only 1 night table so I did not have a place to put my phone or glasses. There was a massage chair that was nice, but there was only 1 office chair and no place else to sit. The TV only partially worked and we were unable to watch regular channels.

We've never stayed at a Blue hotel, but we will be looking for these from now on! The massage recliner in the room was just what we needed after flying in. The bed was comfy, the bedding felt cozy and luxurious, and we didn't hate the pillows! It's rare to go to a hotel and like the pillows. The lobby is a whole vibe with great music, awesome coffee/tea choices and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had some technology we hadn't seen in a hotel room yet, so that was cool.

Yolanda at the front desk was top notch. Greeted us with a tremendous smile and had a way about her that made you feel happy to be there. I also observed her working with a bit of a challenging customer, and she treated them with compassion and respect.

Small rooms, building materials under the closet, under the bathroom vanity, the massage chairs are a weird item for the room? Small “fridge.” Rooms otherwise clean. Couldn’t check in, given the wrong key multiple times and manager still couldn’t get our room open so had to move rooms.

The few cons are the small refrigerator and the door to the elevator not being the full length of the elevator. We had a lot to bring in and the luggage dolly fit but it was a chore to fit in it with the full luggage dolly. The few cons will not stop me from coming back and staying.

5/5 – Hidden Gem Near Springfield College! I stayed here this past weekend while visiting my son at Springfield College, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 15 minutes from campus, tucked away in a quiet area but close to plenty of restaurants and shops. At $225 for the night, it was actually one of the cheapest options in the area (most others were $300+), but it far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even greeted us with freshly baked cookies and a goodie bag that included water and chips, which was such a thoughtful touch. The lobby was stunning—modern, clean, and decorated in vibrant colors. There was complimentary coffee and water available, which added to the warm welcome. Our room was absolutely beautiful! It felt like a boutique hotel—clean, modern, and relaxing. They had his-and-hers robes with slippers, a luxurious rain shower in a sleek bathroom, and a modern sink setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable with four pillows plus two extra pillows already in the room (a big deal for a pillow lover like me!). Modern lighting and backlit guest counters brightens up the reception area well. The rooms are clean and features massaging recliner chairs. Location is convenient to large retail brands and restaurants. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Wow, this is a fantastic new hotel in West Springfield! I usually stay at the Quality Inn next door when in the area, and I booked the night before my stay, and this hotel was cheaper, so had to try it! This was part of the old Clarion Inn, which is shut down, and they significantly renovated this 4 story part of that hotel, built in the 70's, into the Blue! I checked in late, around 10pm, Yolanda (I believe was her name) was excellent, friendly, offered me cookies, a goodie bag w/ chips and a water, and quickly gave me my room keys! I had room 112, which was close to lobby and was a 2 double room. Lobby also has fancy coffee machines w/ hot cocoa and cappuccinos! Only negatives were behind night stand, the cap was missing from the phone jack plug, and the monitor for the peep hole did not work. I also did not like how small the refrigerator was (fits 4 water bottles). Each bed had 4 pillows, they were clearly new, and almost too big. They also were working in electrical room in morning and woke me up with drilling. Pros: Zero Gravity MASSAGE CHAIR was awesome, comfy beds, beautiful renovated room, VERY modern, plenty of lights, robes and slippers, and loved the shower which had 4 settings (rain fall, waterfall, body jets, and a handheld!). I loved the decor and style of the room, very modern and impressive! The lobby was great too! No breakfast, but they had cinnamon rolls and croissants by the coffee machines! This hotel was brand new and so the facilities were very clean, modern and functional. The massage chairs in the room is really nice touch. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made you feel right at home. They even gave us a little care package when we checked in with water and snacks. The parking was plentiful and convenient. The only weird thing is the location of this hotel which is off the main road in west Springfield behind an old abandoned hotel. This is the only reason I am not giving it 5 out of 5!

This was the best deal I could find when making a reservation the same week I needed one. It had a high rating at a lower cost than anywhere else in the area that I saw on hotels.com. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-kept. I didn't even know about the massage chairs which was an amazing perk! They have coffee machines that make all kinds of coffees (latte, regular coffee, etc) treats and hot chocolate. They could offer a few more options for the breakfast pastries but it was enough for me. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Wow. What an awesome and extraordinarily well priced hotel. The showers? Holy heck, amazing. The massage chair? We bought one before we left. Unique, clean, exceptional experience compared to what I expected. Try the Roundabout Grill for breakfast. Incredible.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We were surprised by the massage chair in the room. That was a cool surprise after a 2 hour drive. It's a very high end comfortable hotel. Lots of nice personal touches like a gift bag with snacks and water upon arrival. Fresh baked cookies and swanky coffee machines in the lobby. I could go on and on... Just so it! Treat yourself to Sunny side for breakfast, it's right around the corner.

This hotel was terrible. I normally do not write bad reviews, as I travel a lot domestically and globally and I see a lot. I booked this hotel to break a long drive from Maine into two parts. 2when we arrived, the room was filthy. The bathroom was covered by long hairs all over the floor, sink, toilet and shower. The hairs were on the floor of the room too. There were at least 4 different types of hair. There were items left from a previous guest in the bathroom (tooth brushing items). It was so gross. I would have left but we arrived late with a kid and he was asleep. I let the staff know and they were kind but did not do anything about it. The room also smelled like an air freshener and the bed was wet (assuming from the ac that was on blast). The breakfast was bad but the coffee downstairs was surprisingly good. I'm normally a Hampton Inn or Days Inn person when I need a simple one night stay and my attempt to try something new was met with failure. I do not recommend. I am disappointed.
