New property with okey level of materials used for renovation but We’re given a smaller room than booked. Floor was not clean. Okey kitchenette with microwave and nice to have coffee machine, but capsules provided only for 2 mornings… Why to have heating plate if there’s no pan and necessary utensils. Noisy y neighborhood, but ok with closed windows. Luckily we had 14 degrees Celsius so we could close windows having ok inside. With higher temperatures room will became hot and sleeping could be more challenging.

I cannot express how upset I got with Homaris. I booked a location, near a part of the Berlin Wall ( where the famous paintings are) and then they made my reservation in placed that was nowhere near!!! I was in a location that had nothing close at all. Besides that changing me to a location I never requested, I asked for instructions, they said “ you are in a premium location, just 10-12 minutes walk from the train and metro station”. Nothing premium about 20 minutes in reality walking with all the suitcases after being very tired from a long trip. If you think I am being dramatic, look up how long it takes from Hauptstraße 23, 10317 Berlin, Germany, to the nearest station and then to the city center, nothing premium about that. Really upset on how I purchased one location and the. With no information, I am sent to a part of Berlin that pretty sure no tourist will visit. Besides that, apartment was smaller than the one shown in pictures, they are pretty tight, well organized and clean, super complete I have to say, maybe only about the apartment itself was that shower had no in between, it was either burning hot or extremely cold.

Der var gjort godt rent og redt op da vi kom og systemet med digitale nøgler fungerede rigtig godt. Vi var meget glade for stedet. Det eneste der var en udfordring var nogle gange at komme af med affaldet og finde et sted at parkere. Men ellers så kørte det bare :)

Greit og billig sted å bo. Lett med koder til døra og innsjekk på mobil. Var varmt når vi var der og ikkje noe air condition men vi fikk tak i vifte av renholdspersonalet i gangen. Vi fikk og veskenes om at det kunne bestilles via nettsida men det fant vi ikkje men det ordna seg med hjelpsomt personal

Arrivée vers 22h30, lieu difficile à localiser pour le taxi car le signe HOMARIS est très haut, aucun signe à hauteur d'homme à l'entrée. J'ai contacté l'établissement, mais c'est un Bot qui répond et reste très imprécis. JK'ai mis du temps à trouver l'entrée, un peu angoissant pour une femme quand on arrive tard le soir. Apres avoir péniblement compris où était l'entrée, le code d'entrée dans l'immeuble fonctionne, mais pas celui de la porte de ma chambre. Je suis réstée plus d'une heure à converser avec un Bot, qui a fini par se desactiver alors que j'étais toujours dans le couloir !! J'ai pu trouver un no en Angleterre, mais répondeur, puis à bout d'idée j ai fini par trouver le no d un service client en Allemagne. 1mn plus tard je recevais un nouveau code. leur techno n'est pas au point ! J'étais à bout. Equipements de qualité à l'intérieur, très bonne literie et de quoi faire du bon café. De belles baies vitrées, mais, du coup en juin, c'est un four. Si on laisse ouvert, c'est ultra bruyant car le long d'une voie très passante, donc très mal dormi. Pour terminer, poubelles éventrées sur le côté du bâtiment, on voit bien que ce sont des déchets de l'hôtel, j'ai d'ailleurs pris une photo, pas de recyclage, Je pense qu il y a mieux sur Berlin.
