Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Otroligt fint och bekvämt hotell med absolut bästa läge. Lite långsam roomservice och frukosten tog alldeles för lång tid att få (45 min).

We expected a 5-star experience, but this felt more like a 90s cruise ship with dated interiors and heavy carpeting. Most frustrating was the persistent sewer smell from our toilet; we asked for help, but the issue was never resolved. Also, the "infinity pool" is a stretch—it’s just a standard pool with a restricted view. Definitely not the luxury standard we were looking for.

Wonderful, exceptional cleanliness, customer service, phenomenal, construction and noisy early am only downfall, but was taken care of by giving a courtesy late check out.

Team members were incredibly kind and helpful.
