So overall our stay was good. The hotel was clean. Check in was quick. The pool was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have a couple issues. 1) I purchased two milks from the lobby store. Opened one (it was plenty in date) and took a drink only to find it was chunky. Staff did refund both of them for me and did not charge me for the replacement drink. 2) we learned the morning of check out that our tub does not hold water (we were going to give our son a bath). Not a huge deal and something most people would probably not notice. We did not report this as we were checking out. 3) back door leading to the parking lot by the pool does not close and latch on its own. I mentioned it to a staff member who was walking in as we were exiting. I hope the issue gets resolved. I’m giving four stars as the hotel staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained. Breakfast was what one would expect for free from a value hotel (though I wish they used REAL bacon!!). Would stay again!

We had a 'handicapped" room that was a long walk, and the room was OK except for the tub. There is no way a handicapped person could get into that tub - it was way to high. There were a lot of grab bars but what is needed is a walk in shower not a 3 ft, high tub.

Overall our stay was good there was another issue with the a part of our toilet seat it had been glued and it fell off there were no explanation of how yo use TV and the breakfast was not good but these were all minor issues

The room was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. There wasn't much of a view, but it was very close to Olde Mystic Village, the Mystic Aquarium, and downtown Mystic. There were also several restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available 24/7 in the lobby too and the lobby and restaurant area were nicely decorated for the fall season.
