Cleanliness: Common areas and room surfaces were visibly filthy and poorly maintained. Pest Issue: Discovered cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for basic health and sanitation standards. Overall Rating: 1/5 Stars Details: I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. The cleanliness standard across the entire property was atrocious. Housekeeping failed to clean the room properly, leaving surfaces dirty and neglected. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches inside the room. Management needs to address their pest control and housekeeping staff immediately, as these conditions are a clear health hazard. Avoid staying here until severe improvements are made. When I reported the pest issue to the front desk, the staff showed zero accountability or empathy. The ladies at the desk dismissively claimed they would only get around to handling it "if they could," using the excuse that they had "too many rooms to manage." Bugs in a room are a serious health hazard, not an optional maintenance item to deal with whenever it's convenient. Between the unsanitary conditions and the defensive, dismissive attitude of the staff, this was an absolute nightmare experience. Do not stay here. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The room was clean, but when I first arrived I stood at the front for a long time waiting because the night check in lady was in the back talking. I saw the guy she was talking to look at me but he never got her attention , I even said hello a couple of times and he just looked at me and kept talking to the lady. Plus the first floor smelled like weed I guess one of the guess was smoking outside. It was okay stay, you get what you pay for.
