When we arrived the pool and hot tub was not operational and water wasn’t the cleanest. Our room cards kept failing. Toilet leaked. Noisy tenants. Housekeeping wasn’t available on the weekends if you stayed more than two days, and you had to request it at least 24 hours in advance. Not to mention they weren’t full but was going to charge an extra $50 to check in 2 hours early! Definitely not worth the money we spent nor would we recommend this establishment to anyone.

Bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean but couch was dirty. Remote for TV did not work even with battery change. Hot tub was not heated by and we had to request for it to be heated. Wasn’t ready until 9:45am, advertised to be open 7am.

The room was relatively clean, but the linens were dirty on the bed and the towels had stuff on them. Even though the pool was indoors, it was ice cold. However, the hot tub was rather enjoyable. The breakfast was very lacking. only some what appeared to be frozen and reheated eggs, no bacon or sausage. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids, so that was a plus. Overall not a bad experience for the price, but there are definitely better places to stay for a little more money.

The room was very dirty. I asked management to clean it, they did have 17 days because that is the time frame of my reservation. The front desk went up and just pushed the debris from the couch to the floor which was already filthy. There were stains on the curtains, the mircowave and mini fridge were dirty and dusty and white stains on the ottoman and floor that could be cleaned but were not. I asked for another room but they didn't have one and offered to clean it again but it was 11pm by then, we checked in at 6pm and went to dinner and in that time frame they were supposed to re-clean it. The hotel smells of dank moisture, marijuana and body odor from a gym. There are people loitering around so if you have a kids, not the place for them. I did appreciate the managment offering to clean it even though it should have been clean in the first place and offering a refund. It was disappointing to have to look for another hotel at 11pm at night on a Friday, we had been traveling and were tired. All we wanted was a clean, safe place to sleep. I guess it might be considered "safe" since the police were constantly in the parking lot.

Upon checking in, the hotel room was filthy. Trash on the floor, around the beds, and a mysterious fungus emo acting from the A/C unit. Stains of blood on the “clean” comforter on top of the bed. After getting resistance from front desk , and showing the filth thru pictures we took she simply shrugged her shoulders and gave the look of who cares. The other guy who looked at the pictures just started at me like as if he was starring into space. The second room they gave us had pubic hair and piss stains on and around the toilet seat. And the room had stains that were bigger than my carryon luggage. The room was supposedly a non-smoking room, but smelt of a bar at 2AM. Terrible customer service, dirty, dingey, grimmey, and filthy hotel. From lobby to rooms. I checked out a day early and moved to a different hotel and this hotel didn’t want to refund me for the night I didn’t use. They kept giving me the run around and saying managers not in, manager will arrive on Monday. Stay away from this place unless u want an infection, or infestation.

Yes dirty dried up insects around the room and had a bad odor we were not very happy with that motel!! We have stayed at the one in Benbrook and are very happy with that one!!!

Carpet is worn and stained. Bathroom door didn’t close. The bed made a noise as if it was about to collapse. The bathroom fixtures all need replacing as they are stained and dated. All doors have chipped paint. There appears to have been no action taken to care for the facilities at all. People who appeared to be homeless wandered through. English seems to be a second language. I’ve traveled in many places around the world and this is not above places in some of the most poor and remote places I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries. In those places, I expected the conditions and was glad to stay there. But I never expected such in this location. I will NEVER stay here again and will be careful to thoroughly check ratings on any potential Comfort Inn locations in the future. This place should be torn down.

There was no heat for the room and I spent my weekend cold. The window curtains were half falling down. Barely hot water. Fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. Last but not least, the toilet was broken. Everytime I flushed i had to reach in to reposition the stopper. If it wasnt for the fact that my daughter was staying next door with her team i would of requested a room change but truely didnt want to have to go through the hassle and more then likely getting a room with the same issues.

The front staff was awesome. Very warm and friendly. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. This will be our go to when visiting family in the area. Was able to walk across the road to Cracker Barrel for dinner without moving the car.

The room lock was broken and the front desk said maintenance would fix it which never happened. The walls are paper thin and had to call the front desk at 10pm and again at 1am which didn’t help at all. They didn’t do anything about a bunch of teenage kids basically having a full WWE match on the entire 4th floor including the hallways and stairwells. DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend an extra $20-$50 and get a decent hotel and a good nights rest somewhere else.

We stayed in the “handicapped”room because my husband has Parkinson’s disease. The bed was so high he had difficulty getting in and actually fell out of bed during the night. All of the furniture was so low he had a very difficult time sitting down and getting up. This room was a poor excuse for being labeled handicapped as it was not conducive to what most people with handicaps need

Check in was very slow, the clerk took a phone call and was occupied on the phone for some time during the middle of our check in. We checked in at 6:15pm and were asked to wait a few more minutes to assure that our room was ready? Checkin is listed as 3pm.

The coffee area in the room was filthy. We were provided only two tiny bits of rolls of toilet paper and when we asked for some more, the housekeeper glared at my husband. All coffee for the room was decafe. When we had to go to the front for regular coffee, the clerk gave my husband more decafe. He did not seem to know the difference. The front desk staff at check-in was not trained to handle booking the room for another night. He had to call his supervisor 3 times to complete the process which took 30 minutes of standing at the desk waiting. Overall very poor training of all staff.

We had a pleasant experience. This has been our 3rd stay at this property and will remain our choice to stay at when in the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to play games in the dining room area, where we spent some much needed time as a family.

When we arrived, I had several questions about the form they want me to sign. The employee at the front desk kept saying in a very rude tone, if you don't like it go stay someplace else. The 1st room he gave us was dirty, hair on the bed and pillows, the room and couch had stains on it. The spread had white powder coming out of it, when you touch it. The room and hallway did not smell clean, it smelled like pet odor. The 2nd room was nasty and dirty in the bathroom the previous guest used the toilet and it was not flushed. This room also smelled like pet odor. We went back to the desk to advise the desk clerk of the issues. He said if you don't like it you can go to another hotel. We asked for the manager, the manager is his son and he called him on the phone. We were advised that they cancel our reservation. This place is nasty and needs to be report to the health department.

The staff was generally friendly, especially the lady who replenishes the breakfast. The hotel is in an industrial area with only a Cracker Barrel and a gas station nearby. Signage on the highway is poor. I didn't feel very safe in the parking lot. Our room was dirty at check in: carpet not vacuumed with several hair-balls on floor; long, dark hair on the bedspread; hair in the bathroom sink; a used coffee pod in the in-room coffee maker. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had to stay each week for a couple months in Ft Worth for business. This is the best in the area for a two star type hotel. Indoor Hot tub and pool were nice. Gym has good equipment. Bed is the softest of all the hotels in the area and the breakfast is the best with a very helpful attendant that has been cited in several other reviews.

The staff were very friendly and the lobby looked nice. At first glance our room appeared nice as well, but the bathroom was in need of updating. There were cracked floor tiles, a shower with low pressure, a sink that barely drained, and a toilet so low to the ground you practically fell onto it. The bed, on the other hand was so overstuffed and tall, you had to climb up into it (and I\'m 5\'10"). The breakfast was so bad, we chose to walk to the Cracker Barrel across the street. The parking lot had some minor trash and dead crickets everywhere, suggesting it\'s not often spot or cleaned up.
